Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes Experience the authentic essence of Tuscany through an exclusive wine and food journey at Paradiso di Cacuci, a family winery nestled among the rolling hills of Montalcino. Guests will enjoy a private guided tour of the vineyards and ageing cellar led by expert sommeliers, discovering the traditions and craftsmanship behind Brunello di Montalcino.
Following the tour, enjoy a guided tasting of 6 premium Tuscan wines: Rosato Toscano, Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (younger than 7 years), Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (well-aged over 7 years), Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG and a Super Tuscan wine selection.
The experience is paired with a traditional Tuscan lunch featuring pecorino cheese, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, Tuscan cold cuts, fresh handmade pinci pasta with traditional Tuscan ragù and a typical Tuscan dessert. A vegetarian option is also available upon request.

This was a beautiful experience. Homemade food, several wines to taste with even more samples offered. Even learning about how Brunello licensing is actually done. Additionally, having Uva be apart of the tour was my favorite highlight. This tour is all about personalization. A very curated take on Brunello tasting, but also wine in general. The food was a great pairing and the ricotta cake was divine. Paradiso di Cacuci is a beautiful winery with very sweet an welcoming people.

Expertly led wine tasting, exquisite wines, and an excellent lunch. They are passionate about the wine they make on this small vineyard and eager to share their knowledge. We sampled an array of wines, and experienced their differences. The food was homemade and top shelf. Hard to imagine a better way to spend an afternoon in Tuscany. All the other reviews are spot on. It was a thoroughly enjoyable off the beaten path experience.

It’s a bit of drive on gravel road but well worth the journey! The wine and lunch were excellent- manager was so friendly and provided just the right amount of information. We can’t say enough good things about this wine experience!

The wine tastings were numerous and varied. Safe volumes with a full lunch. The food was very good and plated to perfection.

The meal and wine were so extraordinary. We enjoyed it immensely. I would only add that getting a bit more wine would have been the only thing I would change. Or even the option to have a bit more wine if we wanted. Mario was very pleasant and of course knowledgeable.

We happened upon the winery on the recommendation of our excellent driver. We were on a fairly winery heavy tour of Tuscany. So pleased to have found Paradiso di Cacuci.
We were there for a "light lunch" that was authentically Tuscan and delicious.
Marius, the CEO, gave us a quick tour of the production facility before taking us inside for the lunch and tasting. He is a serious wine maker. I am now impatient for the case we had sent back to the states to settle so we can relive the experience with a nice 2018 Brunello. Or maybe a 2017 or 2017 Riserva.
There are many great winery options in and around Montalcino. If you prefer the personal experience of a true boutique winery, this one comes highly recommended.
What an amazing experience! We arrived an hour early and they accommodated us with no issue. The wines were fabulous- I ordered a case to ship home!!! Francesco was an outstanding host and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend and worth the drive from where we were staying!
