I think the description needs to be fix because the ticket was valid for the tower and cathedral only and said that total time was 5 hrs but you can do both less than 2 hrs

Itinerary
“Welcome to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, one of the world’s most iconic landmarks! Built over 199 years, starting in the 12th century, the tower’s signature tilt is due to soft ground beneath its foundation. Standing nearly 57 meters tall, its unique lean has made it a global architectural marvel. Today, you can climb its 294 steps for panoramic views of Pisa and beyond. This tower is part of the Piazza dei Miracoli and perfectly complements the grand architectural treasures around it. A visit to the Leaning Tower is a must, allowing you to not only witness but feel the history and ingenuity of medieval construction.”
“Next, we arrive at the Baptistery of St. John, the largest baptistery in Italy and another gem of the Piazza dei Miracoli. Completed in 1363, this towering structure blends Romanesque and Gothic architectural styles. Its circular design and ornate marble exterior are truly captivating, but the real magic happens inside. The acoustics of the Baptistery are world-renowned, creating an echo that gives an almost spiritual atmosphere. The interior is simple yet awe-inspiring, with a central baptismal font and a stunning pulpit by Nicola Pisano. A symbol of rebirth in both faith and artistry, this is a must-visit for architecture lovers.”
“Now, we step into the Opera Museum, or the Museo dell’Opera del Duomo, where centuries of Pisa’s artistic treasures are housed. This museum showcases a rich collection of sculptures, paintings, and artifacts from the Cathedral and Baptistery. You’ll see works by renowned medieval artists, including Pisano’s intricate sculptures and remarkable religious paintings. The museum also offers insight into the history of the Piazza dei Miracoli and the construction of the Leaning Tower. It’s a journey through the artistic and religious heritage of Pisa, making it a perfect stop for anyone wanting to deepen their appreciation of Pisa’s cultural history.”
“Next, we visit the Sinopie Museum, a hidden gem for art lovers and history enthusiasts. This museum houses the preparatory sketches, or ‘sinopie’, that were used to create the beautiful frescoes originally decorating the Camposanto walls. These detailed drawings offer a rare glimpse into the process behind medieval fresco creation, providing insight into the artistic techniques of the time. The Sinopie Museum is unique in that it preserves art that was almost lost during World War II, when bombing severely damaged the original frescoes. It’s a fascinating look into the intersection of art, history, and restoration.”
“Our final stop is the Camposanto Monumentale, a monumental cemetery and one of the most serene spaces in the Piazza dei Miracoli. Legend has it that the soil here was brought from Golgotha during the Crusades, making it a sacred resting place. The inner cloister is lined with Gothic arches and once housed beautiful frescoes that depicted religious and historical scenes. Though many were damaged in World War II, restoration work continues today. Walking through Camposanto is like stepping into history—its peaceful atmosphere, combined with the remarkable artwork and architecture, makes it a deeply moving part of Pisa’s heritage.”

Super flexible. Had to change times and there were no issues. Super helpful & responsive.
Great overall experience, I feel the pricing was fare. Slot time to enter the leaning towers is set for you, and all other museums are in the area.
I’d missed seeing Pisa several years ago, missing the train to there from Florence. So, I was in Italy for a wedding and made a stop there for an overnight stay. It makes for a good two—three hour visit to the whole complex there—including a climb up to the top of the tower, which was worth the hike up. If I hadn’t walked from my bnb, climbed up the tower and the Baptistery and some other wandering, I would have had the energy to take the train to Lucca, which friends have said is worth some time as well.
They scammed us, no ticket just voucher, this company is a scam, never book at this company, its a waste of money and time.
The ticket that they send you, and you download to Google/Apple Wallet is not a ticket. It is a voucher that has no function once you get there. The first time I used Viator, my guide had the tickets. This time, my trip was booked by my assistant, who used my work email. I could not fix the mistake and therefore the reservation was not visible on the ap. At the last minute, after I left on vacation, Viator used a 3rd party (tripadvisor?) function to send the tickets to my (work) email. It went to my junk folder. Also, I try to limit checking my email while on vacation. So, I did not get the tickets. Also, this was apparently a self-guided tour. I could not find anyone who represented Viator anywhere in the area. I am not sure what value Viator was providing other than tickets, I could have purchased on arrival, that I never got. I used Viator once before, and it worked perfectly. The tour guide was great, and everything was well arranged. But I completely wasted my money on this tour that didn't exist.
It is not a tour. It's just a ticket provider. You provide your own transportation. There is no human contact.
I accessed tickets online when in Pisa and did not have to wait in any long lines. Everyone should climb the tower at least once. What an experience. Like being tipsy on no alcohol. Incredible views!
We purchased these timed entry to the Leaning Tower of Pisa which also included anytime access to Pisa Cathedral, Baptistery, Opera Museum, Sinopie Mueseum, and Camposanto Monument. Received our entry tickets in pdf format which contains the QR code via WhatsApp 24 hours prior to ticket entry time. (The link to download to Apple Wallet is only for the receipt/voucher and not the actual tickets). Seller is diligent in ensuring that we received the tickets by communicating via WhatsApp. Admission using these tickets went very smoothly. Would recommend purchasing from this vendor again. Parking tip: Enter this address on GPS: "Via Carlo Salomone Cammeo 51, 56122 Pisa, Italy". Five minute walk to the entrance. Avoids the dreaded "ZTL" zones which charges hefty fines for drivers in these areas. Washroom tip: these tickets include one visit to use the public toilets. However, there are washrooms in each of the five other sites mentioned above with the admission tickets. So, can use the facilities with no charge (a euro saved, is a euro earned), when visiting the other sites. Enjoy!
Refused entry by very rude security staff because my wife had a small pouch for phone and passports.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and were surprised at how much there was to see. The booking process was easy and the tickets were easy to access. I would recommend.
Entry ticket worked for all the places. Was amazing to visit all of the sites in one day. Totally worth the visit.
Just a short inexpensive train ride from Florence. This is the best way to see Pisa with a timed entry to the tower and leisure exploration of the other sites all located close to each other. Definitely climb to the bell tower!
Was a wonderful experience. Had a great time
This is not a tour, tickets only, despite mentioning tour in the summary and implying more in the itinerary (we go to...). If all you want is tickets you can buy them next to the tower.
Amazing view at the top of the Pisa tower and so pleased we walked up all the steps. Learned so much in the Cathedral and Baptistry, a great experience overall.
We really enjoyed visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I would really recommend booking in advance as it was busy on the day we went and many people were unable to go up it. It cost us €29 each to gain entrance to the tower and cathedral. One thing I didn’t realise is that you can actually walk around the whole area without buying a ticket, the tickets allow you to go inside the buildings. We spent around 4 hours in total in the area, but also went on the walk along the top of the old walls as well which is about 3km each way. I don’t think this trip would be particularly interesting for children, but for adults it was good.
I thought this was a guided tour but it wasn't and there are no audios or anything to explain. The tower is only a climb so be cautious. The center is a tunnel from the ground to the top, so the top is where you want to be. Great view!!
Don't waste your money on this. It is not a guided tour its just skip the line to the tower and cathedral, even though it is set out with itineraries. For the record its cheaper to buy tickets at the site and there was no queues to skip. The company this is outsourced to is incredibly rude, when we said it was misleading and just kept replying check your ticket. Very disappointed with this tour, which brought a dampener to our last day and will not be using this company again.
The tickets to the Tower of Pisa were great! They included access to several attractions, which made the experience even better. One of my favorite parts was that the tickets included the museum, where we were able to visit the cafeteria and enjoy lunch with an amazing view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Such a beautiful and memorable experience!
I was waiting to be directed and did not re ieve information on what to do. Will not be using this in the future
Do not waste your money with this. It’s cheaper and less confusing if you just get your tickets at the site. No long lines and I went on a Friday afternoon in early September.
Tickets received by WhatsApp the day before then self led ourselves around the site. Apart from the tower time everything else was at our own pace and we spent the entire day there. As our hotel was very close we left for lunch and freshen up, as it was very hot. Then returned to carry on site seeing.
The Viator title and itinerary for this activity are misleading. If you only bought tickets for the tower (the cathedral is actually free), the activity title and itinerary still state it includes the baptistery, and the itinerary includes the museum etc. If you are only going to do the tower, it’s cheaper to buy on site. There was no issue with the tour company that provided the ticket, its Viator activity description that’s confusing. There is no guide for any of the activities.
Good tour, value for money, queues were fairly quick
timed entry to the tower so no hanging around in the extreme heat ! Self guided so at own pace and included entry to the two museums and the Campo Santo Would recommend
We had a fantastic experience booking through Viator for this trip. The pickup was easy to find and the staff were very helpful. The tour itself was brilliant, our tour guide Alessandro and driver Lino, were amazing, funny, and very engaging as hosts. The timings works very well, we had booked entry tickets for the tower and the academia separately, but the times we had woke out perfectly with the tour times, so we got a bit lucky there, however, Alessandro listened to our times and made us feel at ease that they wouldn’t be a problem. An amazing experience nd would definitely book again!!
Only booked the day before our visit. Go early, it’s gets really busy which isn’t great if it’s really hot. Great value for money though. My teenage boys found it fascinating. The cafe/restaurants nearby are great value.
Really easy to sort. Good communication and we got exactly what we booked. Would definitely recommend
We had an excellent experience visiting the whole complex including the leaning tower of Pisa. Strongly recommended
It was very easy to navigate. Instructions very helpful. Able to do everything in the Piazza and museums were a great way to cool off in the heat
Fabulous day at Pisa. The ticket package we book was great. We could enter everything. Nothing too crowded and everything well organized. Take something to cover your shoulders to enter the cathedral!
Emotional to finally see Pisa. One of my things to see since I was a teenager and it totally lived up to my expectations and more
The tour organizer provided clear and timely information at every stage. Everything was simple, efficient, and well communicated.
This package is a great one because you can visit all the attractions around the Pisa tower with one ticket. The only thing you need to do, is to show the QR code you get. Nice and smooth.
Do not book! You are better off booking the experience through the official site early! I booked this experience well ahead of time and 1 day prior the tour organizer contacted me to tell me our scheduled time was not available and they couldn’t accommodate us. They gave us other times (very early and very late) that weren’t going to work. They did refund us, but this was a once in a lifetime trip for us- we were only in Pisa for one day and missed out on going into the tower of Pisa because they cancelled on us last minute. So disappointing!
When all of the other time slots to climb the Tower of Pisa were sold out, I was getting nervous because my client really had their heart set on this experience. I am so glad I found Rome Vatican City. They had exactly the time slot we needed for a group of 10 guests, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Their communication was outstanding, they responded quickly to all of my questions, and everything went exactly as planned. I highly recommend working with them and will absolutely use them again in the future.
It was great. Only downside- the ticket cost us 66 euros but on the ticket it said 54 euros. Why the Discrepancy?
We were set up with tickets that were delivered via Whataspp the day before. It was easy and convenient. This was a self guided tour.
It had been on my bucket list to come to Pisa and it certainly didn't disappoint. It was some hike to get to the top of the tower but was so worth it.
Great experience. Natalia was very responsive and staid in communication the entire time
We wasted our money. It took 1.5 hours to locate the "meeting place". The desk at the location was staffed by a Pisa employee who was not familiar with the Viator tour. I called the vendor and was greeted by a rude person that explained all the information was emailed to me. I was told to log into their site, and in trying to do so found the username field for my email address would not allow enough characters to allow me access. The vendor refused to help further, and I requested a refund due to frustration and was advised all the information needed was provided and no refund would be made. Viator also would not provide a refund stating the vendor denied our request.
Superb. We booked via Viator for timed access. Picking up the tickets was easy and we got in to the tower on schedule. Halfway up I regretted it (haha) but the views were amazing We also entered the cathedral and baptistry on the same ticket. Both were fantastic to see. Thanks to Natalia and all the team for making things so simple.

Excellent experience. The booking was seemless and the support from provided was exceptional!
We had a great time in Pisa. Our tickets arrived promptly after booking through the Viator App and we had no issues getting into any of the sites. This is a non guided tour which was perfect for us as we were able to see everything at our own pace. For the Leaning Tour, it’s important to note that you are not allowed to take any bags in (not even purses). There are free lockers you can use to check your bags in while you climb the tower. You simply get in line a little before the time on your tickets and entry is simple. Overall we enjoyed our experience!
It was truly amazing experience. The booking was very easy and the tickets togheter with the guide who is contacting you per WhatsApp and explaining you how the whole stuff in pisa works was really grateful. I can only recommend this for the trevellers to Pisa :) THANK YOU
1 stop shop for Tower of Pisa tickets and surrounding Museums. Easy process with great communication.
