My husband and I were fortunate to have Ilaria as our host for our cooking class. Wonderful and warm hostess with beautiful knowledge about cuisine from king techniques and tips. Highly recommend! And the tiramisu we brought back to our friends was a huge hit!
Ilaria was amazing. She welcomed us into her home and showed us how to make tiramisu and 2 types of pasta. I'm not going to lie, she made it seem so easy. It made me feel like I could cook. It was a a private session with my gf and I. We both enjoyed the whole experience. We sat down to eat what we prepared and she had a bottle of wine and we ate and talked and we really can't say enough how great the experience was for us. I would highly recommend her and this experience.
We really enjoyed the class. We learned a lot about making pasta and Tiramisu. Great food and great fun! You get to eat the food after you make it!
We were looking to have the ultimate Italian cooking experience, we hoped for pasta and deliciousness and Enza delivered. She invited us warmly into her home and made us feel instantly welcome. We made the most amazing pasta dishes, sauces and an authentic tiramisu which we then enjoyed over lunch and we were able to take the left overs away with us. It surpassed our expectations. Enza was delightful and we could not recommend this experience more highly! Victoria & Fiona
Cooking with Patrizia was a wonderful experience. She went into depth about why certain ingredients were used and the cooking techniques that helped us make the most delicious pasta dishes. I highly recommend this experience to anyone. It was fun, educational and the food is made with love.
We had the best time!!!! Highly recommend! Enza was amazing! The food was fantastico…. Fabulous night!!!!
One of the best experiences in all of Italy! Barbara‘s home is located in the beautiful countryside of Tuscany. My family and I enjoyed every minute of Barbara’s experience. Her expertise and skill made everything so easy and enjoyable. The food was delicious and I will take this experience home with me to recreate. Thank you again!
Our Cesarine, Patrizia, was perfect! I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to learn how to make pasta. This was the best experience we had while in Italy! Thanks Patrizia.
We had so much fun learning how to make “pici” pasta and ravioli with tomato sauce with Enza in her home kitchen! It was delicious! The tiramisu was pretty incredible too! Check out @lecesarine if you are looking for a cooking class in someone’s home while in Italy. It was such a fun way to get out of the normal tourist activities and experience life like a local.
We had such an amazing experience with Enza! She welcomed us in her home with open arms and showed us how to make many wonderful family recipes, including picci pasta with the best red sauce!! Lots of food and wine and leftovers (that we got to take with us!) If you’re in Tuscany, you should take a class with Enza!!!
Our pasta making class with Enza was the very best! It was one of our favorite experiences on our trip to Italy. Enza was very kind and made learning how to cook so fun. She used the best fresh ingredients for our class, including delicious olive oil that she makes herself. We enjoyed making (and eating!) everything from the appetizer, to the pasta and ravioli, and of course the tiramisu! We had lots of great wine, shared many laughs, and Enza was amazing to be taking pictures and videos the whole time so that we can remember this class forever. Enza was an incredible chef and host, and we could not have had a better time at her class!
Our cooking class with Patrizia was the most welcoming, most charming, most delicious and most memorable meal we had in Italy (and that's saying a LOT considering we had many delicious meals!) Patrizia is so knowledgeable about the dishes she helps her students prepare - not only does she take into consideration all dietary restrictions and all of the dishes are recipes that you can recreate once you're home, but she also ensures that you leave her home with a full belly and heart! While we are not fluent in Italian, Patrizia's great niece was a fabulous translator and having dinner with the two of them was such a treat! We really look forward to returning soon and would highly recommend this cooking experience to anyone wanting to learn classic Italian preparation in a non-touristy atmosphere!
Amazing!!!! Enza was so much fun I learned a lot from her!! She made the experience very enjoyable! And I think MY tiramisu is one of the best ever made 😃
Despite numerous messages confirming our “private pasta and tiramisu making” class, when we arrived Enza had no record of our reservation nor did she have knowledge of my severe gluten allergy. Also, there was already another family of 4 there for their “private pizza making” class. Enza immediately took control and modified her plan to accommodate both of our needs. Her attention to my allergy was much appreciated. In short, the host was fabulous but I would NEVER trust Viator to book anything else. Our class was not “private” and Viator did not communicate my specific needs with our host despite confirming to me that they would. I think some compensation is due.
Barbara was a wonderful host and teacher, and the experience of learning how to make authentic pasta was something new and amazing. The place was a little hard to find but Barbara was very helpful with finding it and the location was something out of a picture!
My wife and I had an stunning experience at Patrizia's place, in Siena. She's a superb cook and really enjoys her job, we felt at home from the very first minute we crossed the door of her apartment. We learnt lots of secrets of how to properly cook pasta and tiramisu, and we had a lovely time with her, her husband and the translator. By the way, the food we cooked and later we tried it was simply delicious. I can only say thank you to Cesarine and Patrizia for probably the best evening of our 15 days tour trough Italy. Highly recomendable.
We had a fantastic evening at Antonella and Fabio in a beautiful setting not far from Siena. We were lucky enough to take the course alone and learned how to prepare ravioli ricotta e spinaci, pici senesi and tiramisu. The hosts were extremely friendly and familiar. We can absolutely recommend the course!
