She also catered to my requests of food restrictions and made considerate choices to make sure I would still enjoy our meal.

Delicious Afternoon in Luccaluciabloom
We spent the day with chef Lunia, shopping for specialty’s of Lucca and then cooking a 4 course dinner at her lovely home. She was wonderful, a patient teacher instructing us through completing our delicious lunch. I highly recommend having this experience of shopping, cooking, sitting down for a meal while communicating in a different language. It was a special day!! Thank you Lunia and her son, her assistant.
Incredibly thankful for our cesarina, Antonietta, for welcoming us into her home (and her kitchen) to enjoy a phenomenal farm-fresh Italian meal. From the eggs, to the produce, olive oil, pasta, bread and wine, all were local, home-grown, and absolutely delicious!
After 4 courses, we left with full stomachs and even fuller hearts from the generosity of our host ❤️
