Absolutely great location. A very short walk to the Pisa Tower, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was better than most of the hotels we have stayed at during this trip. Guisy, breakfast host, was awesome. Worked hard and made some great Cappuccino’s.

Really lovely little hotel. The front staff were super friendly and helpful, the woman making the coffees was fun, there was a view of tbe tower from the window, and it is very close to the whole tower area.
The hotel is located very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which made it easy for us to visit early in the morning and take beautiful photos before the crowds arrived. It is a small, cozy, and charming hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere. We stayed one night in a junior suite, which was separate from the main building. The room was spacious enough for the three of us, and there was a foldable sofa bed for my son. The beds were comfortable, and having our own driveway was very convenient for loading and unloading our luggage. The room itself was comfortable, although the furniture was quite simple and the sink was kind of small, so there was not much space for my cosmetics. The hotel did provide amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes, which was way nicer than the hotels in U.S, but compared with other four-star hotels we stayed at in Rome, Florence, and Venice, the quality of the amenities felt a little less impressive. However, those hotels were several hundred euros per night, while Villa Tower was less than 200 euros, so it was much more affordable and still offered good value for the price. Breakfast was fantastic and in a quiet little yard. One of the highlights was the cappuccino, which was beautifully decorated with lovely latte art, including hearts and a Pisa-themed design. It was not only delicious but also so pretty that we felt so welcomed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who wants to stay close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and is looking for a more affordable option.
A lovely hotel with very attentive and friendly reception, beautiful rooms that are clean and comfortable, and a delicious breakfast in the morning. This is a gem, and we are more than happy with our stay. Thank you to the staff who made our stay such a pleasure. We highly recommend.
We stayed one night 9/25/2025. Our room was right off the reception area. It was clean, safe and comfortable and had a lovely large balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is very limited and has a tiny driveway in - so pre-reserve your parking if you need a spot and get a small car. They are on site 24 hours a day to help, if needed. They have a bar with delicious wine (and other things too). We did not eat their breakfast and walked to a local cafe instead. Everything is super close to this hotel. Restaurants and the leaning tower. All a very short walk. Felt very safe here
