A most beautiful villa hotel. We got a fantastic room: vaulted ceiling, underground wine cellar decor, extra large room…. Swimming pool outside. Nice garden area.

We had an amazing time, our Tuscan home away from home. Elegant, simple and clean rooms, but most importantly just really great staff. Everyone we met was not just friendly, but warm, welcoming and authentic. Price is very decent for what you get!

Our stay at Villa Sabolini was perfect. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are great. We were in the area during the heatwave and there was nothing quite like a mid afternoon rest by the pool. Their pool bar was well stocked and had an awesome bartender (well, all the staff was great actually!) Delicious breakfast every morning and we decided to eat at the on-site restaurant twice because it was just that good. Thank you so much, Villa Sabolini team! I'll be thinking about this stay for years to come.

My wife and I came upon this hotel unexpectedly due to an emergency that totally changed our planned trip through Italy. The front desk staff, Silvia, Valentina and everyone we spoke to and worked with were truly amazing finding ways to meet our unique needs. They made us feel important and valued as people, not as customers. The restaurant staff are equally amazing and kind. The food is fantastic as are the drinks from the bar. Bruno, my favorite bartender has been making me a fabulous Negroni each night with a different gin from the Tuscan region. So tasty and so fun trying local spirits that are made well. The grounds are romantic and beautiful. I truly enjoy the soft music playing as I sip a coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening while sitting outside in the large piazza. The pool is wonderful with a bar near by for refreshments, and libations. I can’t forget the wonderful Tuscan sliced beef lunch with rocket, fresh tomatoes and pecorino cheese shavings. So tasty and perfectly cooked to maintain the flavors of the beef. Grazie for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Absolutely loved this property—truly old but gold. It has so much authentic charm, with beautiful scenery all around. The rooms are small but lovely, and opening the windows to views of the vineyards in the distance feels so dreamy. Breakfast was good and convenient to have included, though the variety was a bit limited (no fresh fruits or freshly made eggs or omelets). Dinner, on the other hand, was absolutely delicious. The service was okay depending on how much your server like serving families with young kids and the hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful. The hallways and lobby are stunning, with architecture and furniture that feel like something out of a classic Italian movie. Such a unique and memorable stay
