Nice rooms in an old family villa, very kind hosts. Thorough cleanliness, high quality breakfast with enough choices and optionally outdoor garden/terrace seating. Walking distance to both city center and the railway station, some 5' walk to a cheaper parking lot, Lungoarno (Easypark app or enough coins, free between 5 pm 8 am, cards mostly not accepted, neither banknotes).

This is a family business in the truest sense. Our host Roberto was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The food and coffee was top notch. I took my family and it was perfect for kids. Highly recommend.

This is a family business and in fact they treat you like family. To say breakfast was great is an understatement, it’s full of tasty, fresh, local products that really made a difference. They genuinely care for the guests and we had the feeling we were staying with relatives. When my son needed minor medical care, Roberto offered to drive us to the hospital and even arranged for a good doctor to visit us at the accommodation.. The property has a nice little garden and a convenient check-in time, plus it’s close to city attractions and plenty of great restaurants outside the tourist traps. And before I forget, they have a couple of turtles in the garden, too! 😀

A really small, very traditional hotel with only four rooms! Although the rooms are a little basic, they are large and spotlessly clean. Roberto and Ivi are great hosts - lovely people who can’t do enough for you. Communication before check-in was excellent. Breakfast is simple but with quality produce, all sourced locally. Roberto’s Mum prepares the fresh juice, with coffee being Roberto’s specialty! The location is absolutely perfect, a short walk to the city centre and railway station. The airport is less than 1 mile away - yes, we walked with luggage on our way back and it’s easily doable! As I said, this is a small, traditional hotel, so don’t expect an elevator or 24/7 concierge. Do expect a perfect location and to be treated like a family member!
