All accommodations is individually decorated, with elegant furnishings in classic style. Modern comforts include a satellite TV and a hydromassage shower or bath. The Tuscanian's fine restaurant is recommended by Michelin’s Red Guide. During the summer buffet breakfast is served in the garden. The bar serves international cocktails.

This hotel charged me 580 euros in error more than 15 days ago. I trusted them to refund me the money the next day, but they still haven't. Be careful because they are scammers!

Nice modern hotel in the heart of Lucca old city. Good desk service and several restaurants nearby. Parking is limited but available. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel overall. Good bedsheets and nice bathroom. CD player was not working properly, rooms are noisy at night from pedestrians in the area. Breakfast could use some introduction on what is available. Dining area for the hotel was unheated and cold

For a three night stay with the family, I couldn't fault it. Clean rooms, strong AC, lovely front desk staff, and perfect location with everything within a 10 minute walk. Very accommodating at breakfast for gluten free / celiac.
