As soon as you step out of the train station you see the hotel. 1 min walk. The hotel is nice and what you’d expect for the quality of hotel. We arrived early and the hotel was full so we couldn’t check in early initially. But the man at the reception was very nice and managed to find us a room to check in early until our other room opened up. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
Overall, I had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but the balcony could use more attention, as it seemed it had not been cleaned thoroughly for a long time.The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the central train station. The city centre is easily accessible, and you can even walk to the airport, which is very convenient. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Clean hotel with nice breakfast, really close to the central station. Amazing staff, especially Jolanda who made our trip extra amazing. Me and husband were celebration our 1 year anniversary and got macarons and two bottles of Prosecco in our room upon arrival.
NH Pisa was our first stop in Italy, and we chose it because it is located right in front of the railway station, making it very convenient for travelling to other cities. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout our stay
Stayed for one night on a short trip. The hotel is well located and the room itself was clean, but I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. For a four‑star property, you’d expect at least a complimentary bottle of water. When I asked staff, I was simply pointed towards the minibar — which is chargeable. As I arrived late, I had to go out again just to buy water. It felt unnecessary and not in keeping with the standard the hotel claims to offer. A simple improvement in guest courtesy would make the experience much better.
