Lovely staff and great location, right behind the duomo which our room overlooked. Our room was quite large and comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend in the 35+ degree heat! Everything is within walking distance and breakfast is served in the restaurant just across from the residence. It was quite lovely to have a pastry in the shadow of the duomo.
What a perfect stay for our honeymoon! Ideal location, staff were exceptional. Breakfast in the bistro was absolutely perfect and delicious! Room smelt lovely and the wine tasting was fantastic. Would 100% recommend for anyone visiting Siena
Best hotel in sienna!! Located in the center of main attractions, duomo is right in front of the hotel. Rooms are sound proof, clean, and modern. The breakfast was amazing, better than restaurants. Staff are wonderful, specially (Maria, I think she goes by Joi). All staff spoke fluent english. When I told them I am pregnant they went above and beyond to get me reservations at the best restaurants in town to ensure I get pregnancy safe food. They helped with our parking and valet situation. The room was clean, very cozy and cute. Building is historic and wonderful but the rooms are also fully renovated and modern. Very comfortable stay. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Will 100% stay here again next time I visit.
Amazing place! Great location, the breakfast is a good selection buffet. The wine cellar is really cool to visit in the hotel and get some history. The only reason for 4 stars is no shower robes, and the weird double door system with different keys to get into the room, not necessarily a downside but just odd to me.
Really can't say enough positive things about our stay. Husband and I ended a two week Italy tour in Siena and stayed 2 nights here. Communication leading up to and including check in was fantastic. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and met a helpful smiling face at every turn during our stay. Our room was perfect! Clean, modern including a comfy bed and varying density of pillows. Our room had a private terrace overlooking the city and claw foot tub. We decided to have a room picnic including local meats and cheeses with a bottle of wine to unwind from the days travel. Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh fruit, granola, pastries and so much more. On the way out for our room snacks we were invited into the wine cellar and enjoyed a quick history lesson for the building and immediate area. What a great experience, highly recommend you come for a stay!
