Rude service and unwelcoming staff,especially the Australian lady behind the desk. Also the staff at breakfast was so unfriendly and plain rude. Except the lady who checked us in was nice.
What an unfriendly service by the australian receptionist today. Also the young men at the breakfast was rude and unfriendly. My advice book somewhere else! All our other hotels in Tuscany were great with friendly service..
A charming hotel with an amazing gracious staff. Loved the room for my six day stay with the ambiance of the vintage appeal. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and freshly made coffee of your choice Large bike storage room for our group of 12 cyclists. A wonderful place to visit and enjoy.

Upon arrival, we were delighted to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is ideal, with a charming winery just a pleasant 10-minute walk away though I highly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. The hotel’s swimming pool was another highlight; it is impeccably maintained and provides a serene atmosphere for relaxation, though advance reservations are required to secure a spot. Breakfast each morning exceeded our expectations, offering a generous variety of fresh and flavorful options. The coffee, in particular, was exceptional rich, aromatic, and the perfect way to start the day. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, excellent facilities, and thoughtful details made our stay outstanding. We look forward to returning soon and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
