Bathroom was the best of the room. Small dark room, with bunkbed we did not want. Food was poor pasta. Far away from everything. No good deal.

For €80 and a last minute onsite booking, the hotel met my needs. After a long day of travel without a defined destination on my day or arrival to Florence/Tuscany, I was happy to discover the resort off the beaten path. I booked/checked in onsite without prior reservations. They do request a €1 for taxes be paid in cash prior to departure. The ac worked. The room was dark, which was perfect for my first 2 hour late afternoon nap in Tuscany, later followed by a 7 hour hard sleep. Thankfully the front desk called to let me know breakfast was still open for 20 Minutes (my phone had died and I missed the alarm). The room had 3 twin beds- for the price, it’s a bargain for 1-3 travelers. I was so tired I didn’t acknowledge the bed, other than it being a twin. I slept like a baby. The shower was large, the room has ac (thank you) and a working toilet- nothing luxury, but that’s not what I was looking for when I discovered the spot. Beautiful cypr as trees line the drive. The hotel portion looks to be surrounded by steel- the bay looking window has a switch open the steel facade - was interesting (one of the photos shows the yellow building without windows and another photo shows the ‘open’ steel to reveal the windows and doors). I slept through dinner reservations. I did not have cell service (AT&T) in the room, but the Wifi was easily accessible and fast! Breakfast was pasties, yogurt, bread, cereal, mini ham sandwiches, coffee at request and a carrot juice shot. The breakfast location has glass on 3 sides and would be a beautiful event venue. The grounds had at least one building that hasn’t been touched and looked to Have a separate building as a residence in the back. For reference, the entry level floor is 0 - the next floor up (via stairs or a lift) is level 1 (I was a confused American trying to find the room.). The lobby has many Rotary references and an iron structure with Rotary is near the front. For the price and convenience, I would consider staying again in the future. Definitely not the place for everyone and avoid if you are seeking true luxury.
You can see this place has some history and is in a beautiful, private and calm location. I believe the place in the inside needs a revamp, pretty old, with old furniture. The mattresses were bad, you could feel everything. The staff, some people were nice but the biggest part honestly speaking they were pretty rude when you asked stuff and sometimes it seemed an effort to be in contact with people. The pool is nice and I loved the modality that every room has a dedicated part to lie down.
We visited the place for a school trip. They referred to me as "The Voice of God" mainly because of how loud my voice was when giving instructions. The staff was very hospitable and accommodated everything that we could have needed. Overall nice place to stay and it is nestled in a wooded area. Could not have asked for a better place to stay on a school field trip.
This is a SORRY excuse for a hotel. The staff of this establishment are despicable. As if it wasn't bad enough to find several dead bugs around our room, the reek of mold was horrifying. The odor and physical appearance of the mold was disgusting. The rooms are evidently not cleaned; upon arrival, we were welcomed by several cobwebs, spiders, and mosquitoes. If you felt dirty after reading that, don't worry !! You will NOT get clean in those showers because they flood the entire bathroom and feed into the mold that is already growing in the showers. The staff were horrible about dealing with our complaints in regards to our HEALTH and I will never stoop as low as to stay here again. SAVE YOURSELF
