We had a fantastic stay at this homely felt hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. Especially Antonio and Simone (plus another guy who we never found out his name) Great location for us. Ate in the restaurant a few times and always had breakfast.
This hotel is quite pleasant, especially during warm weather. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the location is convenient, being close to the city center. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast, and the rooms are clean and spacious, each including a complimentary safe. The atmosphere is positive, and the reception is available 24 hours a day.
We had an amazing stay! We felt at home, the rooms are quiet and clean. Rhe breakfast was amazing and the hotel is well situated. Special thanks to the team and to Eliza and Michelle for their help and kindness ❤️.
Lovely, clean hotel just slightly out of the main tourist area at the tower. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was a good selection of cakes, cereals, cheeses, meats and some hot food. 10 min walk to the tower and close to sone really nice local restaurants with great food.
All the staff are friendly and do a great job they work very hard. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast there's a great choice. It's in a great location for the tower of Pisa and getting the trains to other cities. But the rooms are very outdated and there's no soundproofing between the other rooms you can hear everything. You can hear other people's Aircon from the bathroom which is very loud and generator noises from the kitchen. The twin mattresses were very old and didn't have any mattress protector. The hotel is not ideal travelling with children or young teenagers. The rooms have coffee facilities and a free mini bar with water and soft drinks which is a nice touch. The hotel is beautiful but improvement needs to be made on the rooms.
