the hotel is far from the center, literally on the outskirts of the city, the rooms are dirty, poorly cleaned, the kitchens are cleaned once a week, and the rest of the time they are covered in dirt and garbage. the owner of the hotel does not respect most of his tenants and gives everyone different conditions and contracts at his discretion. if you came for the weekend, it is better to find a better hotel in the city, but if you are looking for housing for a long term, it is better to rent an apartment closer to the center. Cockroaches appeared in the rooms several times, but the owners did not get rid of them during my stay. I do not recommend this place at all, do not stay here.
I stayed at this hotel for a month because of work. The manager and owner of the hotel are extremely arrogant and rude. I recently found out that the owner was prosecuted several times for harassing young female employees and guests. The rooms are outdated and do not qualify for a 4-star rating. The mattresses are infested with bedbugs, I found a nest of insects and was in shock for a long time from this place as a whole. The shower is equipped with cold water and that's all. It was a miracle for me that sometimes there was hot water. To all these complaints, the owner of the hotel gave only empty promises and did nothing to fix the problems. There were problems with employees breaking into my room. In the morning they come and open the door without even knocking, which shocked me. the refrigerator did not work. There was no heating in winter. Also the location of the hotel is very far from the city. I would even say on the outskirts. The problem is getting to the center. You can take the bus, but only if you catch the last bus at 8 pm, but you have to walk back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I want to advise people to go to a hotel in the city center or rent apartments. It is much better.
Hotel was too far out of town. Couldn't find anything else for these dates because of the Palio horse race so we had to walk each day to this hotel in the countryside. Once there I can't really say I would recommend the place. The bed was comfortable but the floors seemed badly cleaned and the bathroom is really bad: dirty, very old shower and a door that doesn't lose properly. The hotel staff were weird and gave us really bad advice on buses (which we thankfully didn't follow). Breakfast left a lot go be desired. I won't be returning.
Nice view of the busy highway. Don't expect warm water during peak times in the morning or evening (sometimes also outside peak times). Very basic with no room service, no bar fridge and no restaurant. Outside of the historic city away from everything. Carpets are dirty and the place does not smell very nice. Definitely not a 4 star hotel
For the traveler with a car it is an ideal place to stay if you want to explore Siena. It is just few hundreds meters away from a parking garage from where the moving stairway brings you to the city. Personal is very very nice and helpful. They even call for us a company where nobody spoke English and helped us to figure out the problem, even it has nothing to do with hotel stay or the city at all. After breakfast throughout the day in the lobby there some refreshments which is very nice touch.
