What a stunning hotel. We stayed here in Florence for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, with a lovely welcome of the free minibar on the first day. The bar downstairs is gorgeous and we must have been there almost every night we stayed, so much so the waitress knew our order by the last night. Beds were super comfy too. We also had a fabulous dinner in the restaurant for our first night where we ordered far too much and it was all excellent. Absolutely recommend spending some time here!

25hours Hotel Florence is truly one of a kind. A unnique, vibrant and unforgettable place right in the heart of the city. We stayed here for several days and absolutely loved the atmosphere, the creativity of the hotel, and the energy it brings to Florence. A special thank you to Laura (I think it was Laura… from the Netherlands) from the F&B team. She was incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. We wish her all the success with her internship. she’s clearly made for hospitality. A fantastic stay in an exceptional hotel. Highly recommended.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The price of the room was not explained clearly, and no one informed us in advance that an additional deposit would be taken as a hotel guarantee until the payment had already been processed. When I raised my concern and simply said that, for future reference, the full details should be explained before taking the amount, Anna, the Front Desk Manager, became disrespectful towards us. As someone in a management position representing a hotel such as 25hours, I found her behaviour highly unprofessional. She also told me three times that she could cancel my booking if I wanted, and appeared to be waiting for me to behave unacceptably or say something that would give her a reason to proceed with the cancellation. Instead of setting a positive example for her colleagues, she gave a poor example of how a manager should treat paying guests. She insisted that the hotel was honest and, in front of me, told her colleague not to worry about my complaint. I found this behaviour completely unacceptable. I reported the matter on 23 August and have been emailing the hotel management since then, but I have received no meaningful action or satisfactory update. I would have preferred to resolve this matter in person, face to face, before leaving the hotel, but I had to leave early to catch my flight. As paying guests, we expected transparency, respect, professionalism, and for our complaint to be taken seriously. All emails was send to Accor group as the hotel is under Accor and emails was send to management as I requested a formal apology. Make sure that bad behavior or unprofessional conduct is not accepted, especially in the way staff are allowed to speak to customers. Payment methods and policies should always be clear, and everything should be handled professionally and respectfully. When I decided to book this hotel, given its reputation and the reviews from previous visitors, as myself a previous visitors I never expected to experience such treatment. I did not book a room at Anna’s house—or stay at a hotel where, she’s the shareholder, that she feels she has the audacity or authority to be comfortable to mistreat customers this way. The way she responded to my complaint as thank you for the feedback instead of our apologies for the miss understanding. When I sent my complaint, she was the first person to respond by email, with her name and signature clearly included. Yet, when it comes to issuing a formal apology for her unacceptable behavior, the hotel management has taken far too long.
A hotel experience as memorable as Florence itself! We stayed in a Rosso room at 25hours Hotel Florence Piazza San Paolino for five nights in the beginning of July and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of Florence's main attractions, restaurants, and shopping, yet still feeling slightly removed from the busiest tourist crowds. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its playful and quirky design. Everywhere you look, there are unexpected details, witty touches, and creative elements that make the hotel feel more like an art installation than a traditional hotel. Even after several days, we kept discovering new and amusing details hidden in the décor. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Many reviews praise the service, and we completely understand why. If you're looking for something different from the standard luxury hotel experience, this place delivers in every way. Stylish, fun, comfortable, and perfectly located—we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
This was one of my favorite stays in Europe. The rooms aren't huge but they're comfortable and laid out in a way that we never felt cramped or lacking for space. Really nice shower. Very clean. Conveniently located. The rooms are themed based on The Divine Comedy. There are Paradiso and Inferno rooms. We stayed in an Inferno room. It was a fun design and we got a kick out of it. The staff was friendly and very competent. The food in the dining area was ok but the space was beautiful and not over priced. There are some lovely outdoor spaces and common rooms including a cinema (though we never saw a film there), and a billiards room. Highly recommend.
