I had a wonderful time during this wine tasting! Our instructor was very knowledgeable about the different wines and made sure that we understood a little about the history of how they were created and where they are from. We got there and were the only ones signed up for the day so we had a private experience which was fantastic! Before pouring the wine the instructor made sure to test each bottle to ensure we were getting a good glass which I really appreciated! The paired meats, cheeses, and bread were absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Cool place and very interesting selection of local wines and regional varieties. The platter of cures meats and cheese was also generous.

The tour was okay. Wouldnt say it was the best most interesting tour we’ve ever been on. Didnt find the tour guide as he had sat down with others and didnt wait at the meeting point that we were unsure of and a little bit late even after ringing. He was pleasant but the experience just wasnt entertaining for an overseas visitor. Sorry about that.

What an enjoyable and informative wine tasting we had on Sunday evening with Fabio! His enthusiasm showed clearly in his extensive knowledge about Italian wines including the 4 from Piedmont he had selected for us: 2 whites, one of which was sparkling, and 2 reds. The meat and cheese platter provided just the right pairings to complement the selections. Fabio's personable nature and his welcoming approach made for a delightful learning experience. My top rating goes to Fabio for his expertise and presentation.

Fabio was an excellent wine guide who shared his knowledge and experience of the local wines with us. He catered for our wine preferences which we thoroughly enjoyed, so much so, we now have an additional red wine drinker in our family (damn). Bazar Salera was a great venue for this experience as the accompanying cheese and meat platters paired well with the wines. It was also great value for money and well worth doing.

We very much enjoyed the evening with Fabio, our Sommelier, whose knowledge and enthusiasm guided us through the wines we tasted. Each was beautifully paired with a cheese or cooked meat. The wines were each unusual and very sophisticated. A great experience!

I really felt like a VIP. Amazing tastes and great explanations. I saw the picture he drew in my mind. After finding what I truly like, they even send it to your house if you want. No obligations though!

Just our group and the sommelier which made for a personal experience and led to us learning a lot as beginners aswell as a very good time together with awesome wine and great snacks.

We arrived at the venue, which is a small back street bar, and were told to sit at a table which had 4 bottles of wine on it. A bar person served us a glass of Prosecco each and then left. We chatted amongst ourselves but it soon became apparent that no one was conducting the wine tasting. I enquired with the bar person who informed me that the person in charge of the wine tasting experience was unable to attend and it wouldn’t be going ahead - Even though we received a confirmation email earlier that day. There were four of us in a group, we had planned our day around this experience and the group booking was €168 total. To be seated at a tiny table in a back alley bar and expected to drink four bottles of wine for that price is unacceptable. We asked for a refund which was transferred within three working days. Very disappointing overall.
