I have always wanted to take this trip. My family name is Pinardi and there is the Pinardi chapel.. It was originally our laundry room we gave to Don Bosco.

The guide was excellent. He knew what he was discussing and his English was very good I would recommend him to my friends
Fabulous walk. Alex is a great guide. He took us inside and really showed us the history and the current city. This tour is a must-do in Torino.
I mostly chose to visit Turin because of the Holy Shroud and I am so happy to have gone in. I was also fortunate to have a friendly local person show me around. He even didn’t mind extending the tour a little bit to enjoy an antipasto food sampling at a local favorite restaurant. There was a very nice park with Roman ruins and statue of Julius Caesar. If touring with Lokafy or Viator, ask for Mohamed. For shopping, make sure to stroll Via Lagrange and Via Roma. Outstanding tour!
I enjoyed the tour with the view of most of the beautiful place in city center and also the insight.
Even with drizzly weather, I had a great time. The guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this as an introduction to the city before your full sightseeing.
We fell in love with Turin because of this tour. A perfect blend of historical and modern sites in the city. Our tour guide Romina was excellent. I have never seen a tour guide so passionate about her city and the great sites to see. My wife and I loved the tour and highly recommend this tour on your first day in the city to get acclimated with everything there is to see.
Romana did an excellent job of showing us the key sites in Turin but she also took us to a few places that gave an insight into why Turin is so important to the locals. He English was top class. Great way to start our short stay.
A great tour, Stefan our guide was very knowledgeable and chatty which made the tour very enjoyable. All main sightseeing points are visited and for those visiting Turin, this is a great tour to go on!
Enjoyed the tour & get more knowledge about Turin. Covers most interesting landmarks & the history of Turin. Stefano is patient & a good guide.
Stefano took us on a nice walk through Torino. My wife and I were the only people on the tour. It was like having a friend take you on a tour of their hometown. Stefano gave great insight into the history of the town and we had great back and forth as we walked around the city. With a bigger group this may not be as feasible but it worked out great for us.
Stefan, our guide, did a wonderful job. English language skill was excellent. Commentary was superb. He kept a reasonable pace and took care to ensure all 8 people on the tour could hear what he was saying. Highly recommended.
Cliara our tour guide was amazing. She was nice and friendly.Very detailed and had answers to all out questions. Telling us about the historical and recommending places to dine was so help for us travelers.Thank you Chiara.
We were very pleased with this tour. We were hoping that the tour will convince us that we did right by choosing this city to visit ... and it did convince us that we chose right. Chiara gave us an outstanding tour, she is an intelligent person, who gave us all the attention that we required. She was patient and answered all our questions, even if some of them were outside the scope of the tour (e.g., overview of Torino economy, overview of Savoie family, how is the Agnelli family perceived by Torino people, etc). Highly recommended!
Our guide was on time and very knowledgable of all the attractions she showed us.She took us through places most people don`t get to see.She was a great resource for us starting our visit in Turin.A great way to start your visit .I highly recommend using them. Harry Schwenk, F;loyd VA. 6-14-19
From start to finish Stefano’s tour of Torino was inciteful and fascinating. His knowledge of Torino and history really brought our walking tour to life. From the Ancient Rome sector all be it rebuilt much later on through to the renaissance buildings to the arc deco arcades and the amazing markets and of course the many piazzas and cathedrals. Stefano had a story to tell in every location plus great recommendations for local fare and places to eats. Stefano was very attentive and ensured that all parties were included. Highly recommend this tour.
Chiara was very sweet and enthusiastic, she obviously loves her city very much! The tour was cool, and Chiara even helped me find some antique flea markets that were going on at the time which was very nice. Turin is a beautiful city and I really enjoyed my tour
Stefano is a great guide and full of information to get you started in Torino. The walk covers a lot of territory and gives you an overview of this beautiful city.
It was my first day in Torino. Walking with good explanation of history was very helpful to see the image of the city. Bringing a map would help you to find your way later on. Stefano’s guide was good and he is happy to take any questions. Grazie!!
I was lucky to have a 1:1 tour with Stefano through the center of Turin on Febr. 2, 2019. He has an excellent knowledge of the city, is very personable and he fine-tuned the tour and information to my areas of interest - not only the guidebook facts, but also the history and background. I went back later in the week to Turin and thanks to the city walk, I found it easy to find my way around and pay longer visits to several places I wanted to see more of. Great value and highly recommended!
I spent four days in Turin and discovered a city full of history and stories a city where the sacred and the profane live hand in hand. I was amazed at the baroque architecture of the buildings in the historic center, the opulence of churches and the quantity of museums. In short four days are not enough to be able to do everything I think to go back to try to continue this wonderful journey in time.
Tactical trip to Turin. Getting off at Porta Nuova station, you can not get lost. Always straight, admiring the beauties of Turin. Monuments that leave you breathless, in a gothic atmosphere. To do in the family absolutely recommendAto.
The guide was unstructured and not well informed, overall no positive experience and actually a waste of time.
It was a very informative, interesting tour of this beautiful city - with information on history and everyday life!
Fantastic tour to discover Turin, over 2 hours of pleasant walk. Romina has thrilled us with her explanations and and various anecdotes, she has transmitted to us the emotions she feels for her city. Competent, funny, really good. I recommend this excursion for those who want to discover Turin having little time available.
Torino has history, both from Roman times and from nearer times. Italian unification and in recent years Olympiad etc. Lovely eateries and interesting neighborhoods. Wine bars etc.
An excellent guided tour with many details, exciting and funny thanks to excellent Leadership. Just the right length to get a good overall impression of the city.
Stefano brought us closer to Turin in a sympathetic and informative way. We recommend Stefano gladly. Thank you.
The sanctuary of the Consolata in the center of Turin in the area of the Roman quadrilateral, is a wonderful work in classic Piedmontese baroque. Already at the entrance is striking for the particular architecture, never seen elsewhere where, to an elliptical atrium, follows a hexagonal chapel, all by the architect Filippo Juvarra. The interior, with numerous radial chapels is an apotheosis of works of art. The hexagonal chapel with the high altar really takes your breath away. The main sacristy and the crypt are also splendid. The only major drawback that partially compromises the visit (except for guided tours) is the lack of electric lighting especially in radial chapels where the vaults and paintings are little visible. They gave us as an explanation the excessive cost of electricity..... in my opinion, having visited cathedrals, shrines and churches throughout Europe, I think you could remedy by charging a ticket for the visit and possibly for taking photographs.
