Not sure if this spa has had a big improvement from previous reviews, we went today and it was wonderful, everything was clean the staff were lovely and the apretivo had lots to choose from drinks and snack wise it was delightful and included in the price. Plenty of sun loungers outside and lots of bathroom products in the woman’s changing room even hair products for blow drying your hair and straighteners. Over all recommend lovely spa and value for money we did 5 hrs for £45 each and including snacks and drinks which we could never get that in the uk

Reviews
The QC Spa Torino could be amazing. The facilities are beautiful. However, the service is much less pleasant. We’ve paid almost 400 euros for two spa day passes with 50-minute massages and the Wellness Break (light lunch option). The massage was done in an extremely hot room with the windows half open to a busy street, making it very uncomfortable and noisy. When asked if they could close the window, the masseuses told us that it would not make any difference as the AC in the room was not working and they needed some air flow… After the massage, we spent a couple of hours in the indoor pools and saunas, which was quite pleasant. At lunch, we were told quite aggressively by one of the Italian waitresses that we should not be there as we didn’t have a bracelet (they forgot to give us those at check-in…). We went back to reception to pick them up and were able to help ourselves to the buffet. When getting drinks, the gentleman at the bar was also quite unfriendly, and not very helpful. I was really looking forward for a nice chill out day with my daughter, but left quite disappointed by the staff. A real shame…
I’ve visited multiple QC Terme across Italy. This one feels like a brand cash-out. The caldarium was cold—28–30°C instead of the promised 36°C. Saunas advertised at 80°C sat at 58°C. These aren’t technical glitches; they’re savings decisions. The place was blatantly overcrowded, with time slots oversold to the point that guests were queueing in the cold to enter lukewarm pools. Paying premium prices to wait for underheated water is absurd. The “aperitivo” sealed it: tepid prosecco floating in water with no ice, soggy fried food, zero attention. This is not luxury—this is cost cutting dressed up as atmosphere. Compared to QC Milan, Garda, Salsomaggiore, or San Pellegrino, Torino is a downgrade in every measurable way. Either management has lost control, or the QC model is quietly hollowing itself out post-Covid. Once a luxury benchmark. Now just an expensive disappointment.
More like spa of horrors. I have never seen a bathroom so horrendous in all my travels or life. The showers were flooded with a pool of 4 inches of dirty water and were clogged with balls of hair floating around. There were staff members in the bathroom who did nothing. The walls in the showers had black mold towards the ceiling. Half the water activities didn't work fully or were broken, hot tubs that said they were 37 degrees were more like 26, half the foot tubs didn't work, several of the saunas were lukewarm at best, and the apperitivo was all bread and the gf option was a bag of chips and 1/4 of an apple and literally 4 cheese cubes you had to split with your companion. Staff was grumpy. I've been to the Milan location several times and it was way more interesting and clean .This one was a huge disappointment to say the least. And a health hazard!
I read all the reviews but thought I'd give it a go anyway. Maybe we lucked out with timing 3-8pm but we didn't find it stupidly busy at all. The robes and flip-flops were fine, albeit I lost my flip-flops near the end bit I didn't really care. The facilities were just lovely. Waterfall beds, salt scrub, color baths, hard waterfall, another 4 Jacuzzis inside. You also had 2 steam rooms, a plunge pool and a bucket shower downstairs. Steam rooms were almost empty every time we went down there. You then go upstairs to the next floor where the bistro and massage rooms are, along with the relaxation rooms. So many! Must have been 7 or 8. Then you can go outside where there are 2 hot tubs and a warm tub with no bubbles. It was nice. Sometimes crowded but pick your moments. Upstairs again was a lot of steam rooms (around 4) and then a few salt rooms. The top steam room was always empty and had an outside so you could shower out there and sit out there. Only thing I'd recommend there is a water station. Then on the highest floor they had the Sky room with a self facial area and egg chairs with a water station. We didn't realise food was included so that was a nice surprise. It was average for sure, but the beer and wine was nice. The pastries and bread were fine. We paid €60 for 5 hours in a spa, having food was a great bonus as usually in the UK you'd pay £100 just for entry! Plus it was all you can eat and drink for 45 minutes which you can take full advantage of. Once done the shampoo and conditioner in the showers were fine, they did the trick. They even have straighteners. All in all, a great experience.
3 hot tubs, no pools or feature showers, a few boring saunas and a bunch of amateur relax rooms. There’s so much more they could do to enhance your spa experience. If you’re used to actual spas, don’t waste your time.
The most beautiful spa I have ever visited. There was lots of experiences to have all day. The food was great, the gardens were incredible.
Beautiful spa with loads of luxury experiences, and outdoor heated pools. The complimentary 45minutes of food and drinks on the evening was the perfect break. Only let down would be that the changing rooms are very small and their wasn’t enough seats and space for people to get ready after.
Food was great, the spa was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. I had an amazing massage which was very relaxing. The only thing was that the robes would be better if they had pockets for a phone. Otherwise the grounds are stunning and all was very clean. We had a wonderful day
Excellent spa facilities, relaxing atmosphere and a lovely day even though it wasn’t sunny. The food was great and made an enjoyable end to the last day of our break
An absolutely stunning day spa and a perfect break for the day. Given Turin doesn't have access to water, it is lovely to come to a place where you can enjoy the Italian sun and swim in the heat. The entire experience was bliss, although it was busy it still felt relaxed and intimate. I enjoyed the day pass with a massage and the lunch buffet. I recommend getting there early and doing the wellness path and massage before it gets too busy (if you are going while the weather is warm).
Where do I begin? A truly MAGICAL experience from start to finish!! My daughter and I had the 5 hour pass with the Wellness break lunch as an extra. From the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be something different to anything we’d done before. I’ve been to spas in the past but this one surpassed all of the others put together! It totally exceeded all our expectations. It was brilliantly thought out, varied and entertaining - holding our interest for the full 5 hours - and was just the ultimate in luxury and relaxation. Every time you thought you’d seen it all, along came another hidden room to explore or another wonderful experience to try. We honestly felt like children in a magical world! The lunch was fabulous - great variety of food AND alcoholic drinks - and a lovely touch was the ‘aperitivo’ at the end - a perfect ‘one for the road’ We left feeling completely relaxed yet energised and revived - and we now want to visit every QC Terme spa worldwide! It really is in another league compared to other spas we’ve tried and was a wonderful way to spend a special day. We’d highly highly recommend it to everyone. What a treat!! 10 out of 10! Exceptional!!!
We will not return… Disappointing experience despite the beauty of the facility!!! We spent 144€ to stay in the facility from 11 to 16, convinced that there would be at least a little fruit, herbal teas, and snacks, and instead there was only water and lukewarm herbal tea. Not even the possibility of buying a toast or similar… Dirty showers and changing rooms Staff often unprepared. We will certainly not return.
Terrible experience. Dirty and crowded. Mediocre food. It's a shame because the villa is worth it.. but what a disappointment! We will not return
The not-so-positive experience begins right at the moment of booking made on the site. After receiving confirmation, I needed information regarding what I had optioned and purchased. I contact the facility and a call center in Romania answers, which, not seeing the reservations, transfers me to the facility....20 minutes on hold and no answer. In doubt, I cancel the reservation and proceed again, however reducing the duration and the services chosen because I feel distrust. Let's get to the day of the experience, which has very little relaxation. Uproar, shouting, laughter at full volume, conversations in loud tones both in the areas on the lower floor as well as in the outdoor pools (the relaxation rooms are saved if you manage to find a seat). Staff absent and therefore no one manages these aspects. The cleanliness of the women's locker room bathrooms needs to be reviewed. The facility is very beautiful, in a period building, just as the garden is evocative. I am sorry because considering the price (148 euros for two) it was not the experience I would have expected.
Terrible experience at QC Terme Torino. My mother and I were deeply disappointed and, in light of what happened, we will hardly return. During our stay, both of our swimsuits suffered evident discoloration, noticed immediately after the shower at the end of the day. I find it very significant that the problem affected two swimsuits on the same day and under the same circumstances. Despite this, the facility rejected our report, limiting itself to stating that no anomalies had been detected in the chlorine system. A completely unsatisfactory response, which in no way explains the damage found and gives the impression of simply wanting to avoid any responsibility. Furthermore, during the stay, my mother had completely red eyes. Also in this case, the experience was anything but relaxing and left more doubts than positive feelings. We expected a service worthy of the price and the reputation of the facility, but we were very disappointed by both the experience and the handling of the report. Instead of listening to the customer and looking for a solution, QC Terme preferred to close the matter with a standard response devoid of real attention. Absolutely disappointing value for money, unsatisfactory support, and unacceptable problem management. I do not recommend this facility and we will seriously consider never returning.
Incredible facility, wonderful relaxation areas. However, the staff was disappointing, definitely not up to the level of the facility. The cleaning staff enter the various relaxation rooms talking and giggling among themselves very loudly. In the locker rooms, the ladies dedicated to collecting laundry walk through the hallways yelling like they're at the market. At the bistro, a security guard (?) with an attitude definitely not in line with the level of the facility. Too bad. Because everything else is truly enchanting.
I am very disappointed with the organization which, despite a significant expense of 80 euros, does not allow the reservation to be moved, even by one day, due to unforeseen inconveniences. It was not the intention to cancel but only to reschedule, and we were refused. Furthermore, the call center service is very curt and not very patient with people who, being elderly, are not very tech-savvy and ask for information. The human dimension is increasingly being lost in favor of technology and money. The service was much better years ago.
Clean premises in a splendid period villa; if the center is not too crowded, you can do the wellness path in maximum relaxation. The indoor pools are a bit dark (personal taste). The outdoor garden with an emotional pool is nice, as is the terrace with the swings; you are, however, in the city center of Turin with the noise of traffic. The evening aperitif is good, varied, and tasty. Prices are a bit too high if you do the wellness path including the experiences. Overall good, we will return.
There are few things to do in proportion to the place, 64 euros for a day pass, the bathrobes are frayed, it is not clear when events like the mud treatments in the park room start, there is only one herbal tea station and you have to find it, just like the water station. The price includes an aperitif from 4 PM onwards, the time to book upon arrival is satisfactory, the lunch paid separately, 29 euros, is decent with a nice variety of desserts. The birthday gift of a scrub sachet to use in the thermal baths was nice.
For what you pay, in my opinion, a bit more attention would be appropriate. At 10:15 PM, two large men walk around the facility and ask us to head to the exit since it would be closing time. We ended up in the bathrooms with an endless 15-minute wait to take showers. Oh no, dear ones, not like this; it's worse than going to the public pool. Organize yourselves better; I spend 70 euros for a few hours, and then you make me leave 15 minutes early and wait in line? Out of the showers, 3 were not working. If the scrub runs out during the process, they do not refill it; they leave it empty. By 8:30 AM, it was already over. For dinner, however, it was terrible; when you enter, they ask you to sit at the back, but all the tables are dirty from previous guests. The waiters and bartenders are definitely quite rude. When you arrive, the fried snacks are already gone, and you find 3 empty containers, which they refill at 8:45 PM, but not all three, just one. As for the rest, what is available for the aperitif is highly questionable, as the fillings of the canapés and snacks seem designed to prevent second helpings. I would also say it is poorly frequented because it is full of people who laughed and talked loudly without caring at all about disturbing others' relaxation. I believe I am doing you a favor, all things considered.
As loyal customers of the QC Terme circuit, we regret to inform you that we will seek alternative solutions for the following reasons: - unfriendly and unkind staff; - The reception staff provided incorrect information about the activities available (I waited 10 minutes for a treatment and no one showed up, so I returned to the pool area without having the chance to do the requested activity); - The hygiene conditions of the women's restrooms and changing area were absolutely poor (my locker even lacked a bathrobe, so I had to return to the reception and request a new one); - The appetizer was poor, repetitive, unhealthy, with hard and inedible fried meatballs; the staff was inattentive to the guests' needs, with the room and tables dirty with food, and no one came to clean up. The areas related to the saunas and pools remain pleasant, but it is not enough to decide to return. Quality is much lower compared to a few years ago. What a pity.
It is truly one of my favorite spots, so much so that I also go there alone. I relax in the hot tub, enjoy a bit of sauna, swim outside for a while, then read a bit in the relaxation room, and have lunch. Then I start the tour again from the beginning and continue on. I always feel a bit sad when I have to leave and I can't wait to return. My heart's place.
I was at Qc Terme a few nights ago. At the entrance friendly and helpful operators. Apart from the confusion that I do not understand given the management with reservation (perhaps it would be appropriate to review the capacity!), dirty changing rooms with lots of hair on the ground just outside the showers. To get water you have to go up from minus one to the refreshment or floor 3. Aperitif with pretzels, pizzas and fried rotisserie, you have to use napkins, no dishes. Staff not attentive and unpleasant. Dispenser in the various paths and in the locker room empty. It's getting worse every year! Yet at first it was not so, definitely more cared for, clean and attentive and courteous staff.... shame that today the price is absolutely not worth the experience. I hope it can be a constructive review.
I always go to the QC Terme , I live near those of San Pellegrino , I went to those of Turin during a business trip with my husband. I found them very worn and poorly cared for. There were not many people but despite this there was a lot of confusion with people screaming at every shower more or less cold! I can't believe there weren't staff to handle these situations. We went out earlier than we should not taking advantage of the aperitif offered because it was not relaxing at all. Only positive note the lunch and courtesy of the staff!
The Qcterme Torino facility is always a very pleasant immersive experience. The relaxation areas are well located. Sometimes the staff who work inside are not very kind and welcoming towards the requests of guests. They are unsmiling and when you hold a scheduled event with any of them they do not show particular enthusiasm. If you happen to meet some operator in the structure and ask for a kindness, he responds but with little courtesy. Considering that the price is high, it would also be nice to take care of the relationship with customers. The same applies to the staff at the bar or refreshment point. That's too bad. Even the cleaning ladies, are sometimes grumpy and repeat things in the locker room in a decisive tone ‘Don’t leave your bathrobes here! They put themselves in the basket. I recommend you to ‘wear’ a smile!!
And the third time we go and the facility is so crowded that you can't relax. And it was a Wednesday!! Full of people, you have to wait to get into the tubs, when you're inside people stare at you waiting for you to come out like at the mall parking lot. They took my bathrobe away... The buffet is also crowded as at the hotel canteen in mid-August. I mean, this is not good. It used to be a place where you went to regenerate now you come out more stressed than before. Something needs to be reviewed or the structure will quickly lose its charm. I would never go back.
What about. I would begin by saying to warn that these spas are absolutely not suitable for people with disabilities Period .. I have read so many negative experiences regarding the complaints of a disabled person. But now I've experienced it personally. Exactly as others say this property has absolutely nothing for a disabled person to go to the spa. Just the bathrooms with some special coffin. By law it should say NOT SUITABLE for disabled people. The pools have the classic pool staircase, how can you imagine a person who does not move the right side to lower himself into those outdoor pools ???? If we pride ourselves on living in a developed country, they should make facilities that really fit everyone, not just words. There is not even a changing room for disabled people, but are you kidding??? The elevator is inside the central room, which is not accessible from the outside to enter the structure, but a person must make 7 steps to reach the elevator. POORLY THOUGHT SINCERELY.
Already at the entrance a confusion of people who seemed to be in line to enter a canteen. We arrive at 5.48pm. Reservation for 6 p.m. The young lady warns us that there are exactly 12 minutes left to enter. All right. We sit down and wait for the 12 minutes. Changing rooms with tiny lockers, tiny benches for too many people and TOO MUCH. PEOPLE. SCREAMING. Aperitif included, ridiculous. Made from 4 pieces of supermarket bag grain, low-quality salami, then deep-frozen oil-soaked fried bread and great bread. Luckily the experience was given to us. Money thrown away. Qc spa never again!!!
My mom and I made the entrance from 5h at the price of 66 euros each. Way too many. Luckily being Monday and having chosen the entrance at 9:30 we did not find many people. The changing rooms are badly organized because there is a small bench every 20/25 lockers. The pools have nice hot water very pleasant but there are not so many and they all look alike mostly and the same saunas and relaxation rooms, nothing innovative or a little different. Throughout the route there is no area where you can eat a snack or drink herbal tea. So I can't judge the food because having lunch at the cost of 34 euros each was excessive for us so we avoided it. We still relaxed, that's why the 3 out of 5 dots, but at this price I would not return.
With regard to your experience on Saturday 21, I have some concerns. - At the reception I was shown a brochure with the times of the events with an invitation to photograph it and I was told by voice the locations where they would take place, but it was impossible to follow them because the phone was in the changing room, the structure I did not know so I could not focus the places, in the structure there are no signs remembering times and place. The only one I remembered and did was "foot bath" I dare say embarrassing because I was given a bowl of baking soda to add to the water: it can not be called an event! - several dispensers were empty: those of the foot bath, those of the perfumes of the break room of the stories, some of the changing room. - the herbal tea drunk at 1pm was fragrant and pleasant, at 4pm it was watered down - in the structure there is no staff to ask for information, you must necessarily return to the reception (not short path).
It is not accurate to call them spas, there is no thermal water, it is a good spa. All beautiful locations and beautiful spas but poor food, nothing healthy, excellent only salads and beer, if you do not eat sausages or cheese no protein, bad first courses. Aperitif all crowded, no saucers, all fried and carbohydrates. Changing rooms with little space to sit.
A chaotic and badly arranged cellar. Never again. Outside three small baths without charm. Never mind the rudeness of the people (not the staff) that is not their fault.
Environment to live and discover through the 4 floors of services it offers, in addition to outdoor pools. Complete aperitif, experience to try!
More chaos than relaxation, I wanted to relax instead the total chaos, a lot of people (times behind the entrances were limited)... Queue practically everywhere6, not even the space oer hang the bathrobe.va of course that everything was dirty because with such a large number it is impossible to maintain a cleanliness... Finally, the rudeness of the aperitif staff to conclude a bad experience paid dear and salty... Never again
Price always increased without any extra service. Very crowded, a money machine. Decent changing rooms but showers with dirty floors. People talking loudly without any of the staff intervening. Especially if they're in a group. Disappointing aperitif is little, months after our visit, usual carbohydrates and fried. Tray with 4 olives and 4 pieces of parmesan. Waiters who seem to be bothering him the sooner you leave the better. We got up to serve ourselves more drinks, and back at the table they had taken everything from us... Forget the old and prestigious QC Terme in capital letters
Location always beautiful. Reception with friendly staff, a bit robotic in explanations. Changing rooms with dated lockers and inoperable safes (lack of batteries or broken).I changed 3 lockers to not be able to use it. Support staff totally absent, despite the request. Tubs not always spotless... Aperitif? Food overflowing with over-fried oil with poor quality carbonated drinks. Finally, the waiting staff (room controllers and cleaning staff) with abrupt, grumpy manners and zero kindness. Not worth the price. Except for the beauty of the Villa that houses the Spa, and its magnificent interior fittings. For the rest also "never again".
Beautiful structure but the thirst for money of those who run it makes it a nightmare place: a carnage where the entrances definitely exceed the number of people allowed according to the rules of livability (and hygiene and safety??). The aperitif in a dirty and tasteless canteen style room. All for the modest amount of 70 euros. Failed. For a fan of spa a shame.
Really beautiful. So many well-structured floors, so many rooms to relax in! Elegant, cozy, themed rooms. Five hours of pure relaxation!
Being in the city center certainly does not allow you to enjoy the views of other structures .. but the center is very elegant and nice! Entrances I would say suitable for spaces, good cleaning and very nice Christmas decorations! Maybe calling back someone who raises their voice wouldn't hurt.
Unfortunately my "non-experience" with qc terme disappointed me terribly. I had a voucher with 2 entries that expired on November 3rd, but when I remembered it was November 15th. I write an email asking to still be able to take advantage of the vouchers even possibly with a small surcharge and I was answered that in a very exceptional way they would have allowed me to "recover" them with the payment of 1 full rate entrance, from Monday to Friday and by December 8. It seems to me a very undemocratic answer..
It was my second experience, I would say overall positive. The environment is pleasant and, during the week, not too crowded. The outdoor pools are suitably heated. The dressing room is equipped with all the necessary products for body care. The premises are clean. My experience was not completely positive for the following reasons: - the aperitif is just enough. As written in other reviews, there are practically only sandwiches, pizzas, breadsticks and fried (bad) things. It saves Baladin beer and cocktails that can be composed independently with bruts and juices - most people have no idea how to move around a spa, so they laugh, talk loudly and even bring their slippers to the sauna. We need more control from staff They stole my slippers and bathrobe. Fortunately they were promptly replaced - in the showers of the women's changing room there were mounds of hair on the ground that were not really pleasant to look at and the body cream dispensers were empty
I have known Qc terme Torino for years. Always fantastic experience. Top reception staff. Note of merit to Signa Elisa who provided with professionalism and kindness to meet me for a problem on my booking.
We had already seen a sharp drop compared to the past, but we had been given a voucher and so we returned to take advantage of it. Spoiler, bad choice. We arrive on time for check in, long queue (at this point what is the point of entering an arrival time if you then have to queue)? Let's glaze the tail and go in. We go outside, seeing that the tanks were deserted. The water I highly doubt would reach the declared 35 degrees. It was very cold (outside ok, but in the water we could not resist) we literally escaped by clapping our teeth, taking refuge in a sauna to recover heat. Ditto the foot treatment was cold outside and just as cold the tub. Once the times of the various treatments were indicated, now we do not know, we were lucky to catch the aufguss (definitely mediocre) and nothing else. Nobody knew anything. We move into the tubs below, even those could not be called very hot, it was, but it was not pleasant. And here comes the main problem: people. Below, screaming from one tank to another like a fish market, in the break rooms the idyll: between people with phones looking at tiktoks and talking loudly or in the room with red lights a couple unscrewed the light bulbs and consummated intercourse. Obviously being that there is no form of control everything is legitimate. Aperitif nothing much, when you are let in you say: you serve the drink yourself, when you do to take a crodino you are reprimanded with much rudeness. Decide in the directions provided. Food under par. Basically after an aperitif we went out because the pools were cold, the saunas crowded (and in any case it was the only coast usable with pleasure) and the relaxation rooms, better to avoid them. Too bad because the structure is always remarkable, but under these conditions (and at these prices) there is no point in visiting.
In recent months I have noticed that spa prices have increased almost twice, without the structure having undergone any real renovation. The staff was also unkind both at the reception and inside the property, which negatively affects the overall experience. The showers are not very clean and the bathrooms often lack toilet paper, a sign of inadequate maintenance. The aperitif is also very expensive compared to the quality of the food offered, mainly carbohydrates, bread, pizzas, various fries, food that is mediocre and not in line with the prices charged. Over 90€ daily, 72€ 5 hours.... A disappointing value for money. I don't think I'm coming back until concrete improvements are made. We don't like to be played. I recommend increasing the quality of food that minimum should be HEALTHY in a SPA. To go from a sold out to nothing is a moment.
I always like to go to this place even if I find a worsening Service. Years ago, bathrobes and slippers were delivered depending on shoe size and size, but now they are already in lockers. Surely they have saved staff and there is no more queue for delivery, but this way there are some people who have a huge bathrobe that gets wet and dirty immediately touching the ground and others who can not even close it. I find that's not a good Service at all. Same with the slippers. Then a flower brooch with the name was or marked at an additional cost of his euros. It was a token of recognition for your bathrobe. Now not anymore and punctually the bathrobes are exchanged., it's not really the best hygiene. There are events in the course of the. Day, but inside the center are not exposed with times and places of execution. They're only shown at the entrance and you can't remember them all, so you come across an event by pure luck. Even the aperitif is not the maximum 4 burnie, both for one and two, with apple, dried sausage, olives and cheese cubes. Then available bread, pizzas and fried (especially sage often burned and dried) and not good pretzels. It is not indicated that you can ask for drinks, such as Crodino at the bar, in short, that here the Service leaves something to be desired, but it is included in the price of daily admission. For the price that has reached the daily admission ticket you expect an extra effort. Also on the way out: once you got a free bottle of water, then a cream and a hand sanitizer. Ice cream in the park, breakfast for those arriving early in the morning. Now all this is gone and leaves a little bitter taste in the mouth. Please return and give us the attention you used to.
relaxation in the city center, clean spas, friendly staff abb., beautiful but not comparable to Prè Saint Didier, very good buffet eating.
Prices increased excessively 78 euros on Monday is unacceptable for the Service they give. At the reception always impeccable and kind. Inside, however, both the bar staff and the cleaning staff grumpy, annoying, uncourteous attitudes. Very dirty women's locker room. Shower room with two boxes without soaps, some even broken, increasingly poor aperitif, not easy. Too many carbohydrates and little choice. For the change of bathrobe we did not receive the receipt and at reception the staff wrote "change of bathrobe" on the bracelet. When she asked for a bathrobe change, the young lady wanted the receipt. We showed her the bracelet with the obvious writing and she replied "I don't read there, you need the receipt", we told her that they had not given it to us and annoyed she replied that she would give us the bathrobes anyway but she should not have". I went there often but never as disgruntled as this last time. Very disappointed.
Staff at the reception very friendly and professional, while the staff of the restaurant part very unstylish, apparently annoyed and I did not see even a smile or a courtesy greeting. Too bad, also because the aperitif included in the entrance is something that I enjoyed a lot! In the past there was a lot of choice between fruits, vegetables, cheeses, various appetizers... while now sandwiches and scones, little variety and a lot of carbohydrates... It is true that nowadays everything costs too much and you cut as much as possible, but also the entry prices have increased.... Towards the end of the day tubs with floating white pieces, carpets of hair in the changing rooms, finished or encrusted soaps. A shame in this case too, because they provide creams, creams, soaps and hair lotions. So many nice ideas but not cared for. The rest pleasant environment, lovely scents, shop with their products, very nice exterior. They sin in the details.
