I had a very good experience with this tour agency. The trip was well organized, the guide was friendly, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The destinations were beautiful and transportation was comfortable. A few small details could be improved, but overall it was an enjoyable and memorable tour.

There was to much time to wait for the bus. More than an hour. Torino is better to walk it. Sr ley purés
A great way to get to know the city on day one. Easy-to-follow directions and lovely drivers!
I used all 3 routes in one day to enable me to see Turin and learn something of its history and people. Even though the frequency was not as high as I would have liked (maybe as it was off season) the longer routes enabled me to see more of Turin than I would otherwise have done. Had I been staying longer I would have had a wider choice of places to go after the tours. The timetables were accurate and it was easy to select the language of the tour.
The staff service is excellent; the bus runs on time. Hop on Hop Off is useful and interesting as a transportation service (great view and fun sitting on the second level) but it is not a good informative tour. You never actually see most of the places on the map you’re given (you only get to see the bus stop near the venues) and although the audio tour is interesting it often doesn’t relate to what you are seeing on the ride while listening..Watching YouTube videos would be much better for information but if you’re interested in getting to venues in a fun ride or just riding around in a new city, then yes, this is great.
The red line gives you the best idea of the centre of the city and the major attractions. Bus was clean and tidy, and seats were comfortable.
You see a lot of the city with the tour. We went on all the lines, they go all over the city. You see a lot.
The automated commentary did not correlate with the sites being seen. There was a lot of commentary about the royal Palace, but the bus hardly stopped at the palace and it wasn't even clear which building the palace was. The rest of the tour was pretty good
There are three lines, red, blue and green. Love this easy way to see around a city and get a feel for its history and layout. Wish there were more stops along the way, especially when it’s so hot.
It's a great way to get around Turin In a friendly atmosphere, we hope on and off all attractions we want to visit Highly recommend
Got a chance to see so much more of the city than I would have on my own. My saughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the pace and narration.
We got a 48 hour ticket for our three day stay in Turin. (Would have preferred 72 hours). The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a nice way to see the city. Our only complaint was the tour commentary. It was often out of sync and we heard similar information on some of the routes. Often you couldn’t actually see what was being spoken about.
I enjoyed seeing the city of course, but there was not enough information about what we were passing through. I was hoping for a running commentary. There was no advance warning about hopping off points, so no time to decide whether to do it, or ask questions. The green route took us to the palace, but we only glimpsed it for a second through the trees - why couldn't we get close up and see the gardens? The whole thing felt very overpriced and impersonal. However, the guides were very nice. Perhaps they could have walked around and answered questions.
A good way to see the major sites of Turin from the comfort of the bus and the commentary is spot on. When time is limited its a great way to see the city. The 3 tours can be done one after each other which is great.
Waited at bus stop for long time until we found out hop on hop off bus in Turin only operated at weekend -after we had asked in Tourist Office where the bus stop was-surely they should have told us there were no buses on that day🤔😭
Well organized. Easy to find the buses; helpful staff; considerate in ensuring we could hear and understand with our earphones; overhanging branch safety precautions taken. Great to be able to take the 3 tour options of the city at your own pace. Turin is a beautiful, multi-faceted city to visit.
It was very convenient using the buses to get to the sites we wanted to visit. The bus was a handy way for us to get our bearings.
Very convenient for getting around Turin Definitely pick these up on your visit as they will allow you to see most things quite easily
We normally go these HOHO trips to orientate our selves. There are 3 options and we went on all of them. Each is mixed with the Green line simply a long bus ride to a royal palace and Juventus ground with nothing much in between. The red line is around the main town centre and the blue a little further out. Each had slightly out of sync audio commentary with a strange set of background music. Not the best HOHO we have been on but I’m not sure if public transport is easier.
Easy access to interesting places which would have been harder to get to without the bus. Good value and helpful staff
We did the bus tour on a really hot day, it was very uncomfortable, we couldn’t eat or drink on board and compared to other tours with the same company this one was light on information. The information it supplied was basic and also slightly outdated and appeared to need updating. The beauty of the tours in other countries is you can use the your affectively as a public transport system between the main attractions as the bus service here is an hour apart is pretty hard to do.
There are four different routes, I only took two but they gave a good tour around the city. The buses aren't very regular so if you do hop off somewhere you'll be at least an hour before the next comes
Great overview of the city on the red and blue lines. The recording was clear and the operators were very friendly.
Great tour if you are a Juventas fan -bus went there twice! I was totally underwhelmed by this tour. It was a very hot day and the operator said that the shades upstairs could not be used. After about 30 mins it was just too hot and although I had water, sun cream and a hat I had to go downstairs in the cool - others did this too. The commentary was poorly written and just did not relate to where the bus was. A lot of the time it was about general history of Turin and its palaces while we were in traffic around the edges of Turin in normal residential areas. Quite a few times things of interest were mentioned after we had already passed them.
The bus was a great option for seeing the city and getting to the places we wanted to explore. The people running the bus were friendly and helpful. The only caution when using this service is to be aware that the bus will not have a predictable arrival time. The bus arrives depending on traffic and how long they have to wait for passengers, etc. The app might show the bus arriving in 60 minutes, but it usually takes less time and you can miss it— which is a problem when it runs in 60 or 90 minute loop. The app is primitive and frustrating, but will give you a rough estimate of where the bus is once you understand it’s quirks.
Had a 3 day holiday and decided to spend it in Turin. Crazy amount of delicious restaurants and cafes. The sights are too numerous to include here, except you can't leave without visiting the Shroud of Turin and taking a double decker bus tour. The city id bustling with activity, is very clean and the people are most accommodating. I felt like an ant in tall grass because this city is so massive which adds to the antiquated charm. If you visit Italy, Turin is a must stop!
Customer service is quite poor. The desk is closed many times, only open on bus arrivals, there is nobody for getting information. Team members can not speak quality English, difficult to communicate. Although we waited for the bus at the correct location the bus passed from the opposite direction and did not take us. Information is wrong and nobody is sorry about that.
The best way to see this vast city is on a city sightseeing bus tour. There were lots of different routes to choose from, they give you headphones so you can learn about significant sights along the route. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was able to see the Eurovision camp get a real feel for different parts of this beautiful city. I was only in Turin for 2 days so I went 2 different routes. I must for weekend visitors.
We usually enjoy taking theses tours to get an overview of the town. They have 3 bus routes that last about an hour each, so plan on a half day of sitting on the bus just to drive around. The stops are also very long, so if you hop off for a quick picture, you have to wait forever for another bus. We got the combination pass with the Egypt museum, and while the hoho is good for 24 hours, the museum tickets are stamped only for the day you get the ticket. It’s too much rushing around. After we completed the 1st bus route we asked the kiosk when the other buses would pick us up, she said “April”!! they only run one bus during the winter. What a waste of time and rip off. I had Expedia points to use up and booked through Viator, which I considered the Evil Empire of tours. You can book the hoho tour in person at the kiosk in Piazza Castello 5 minutes before the bus leaves. Then pick another time and day for the Egypt museum and book directly with them. Turin is a beautiful town, and we were impressed since it doesn’t get the notoriety of Milan. The public transportation is fantastic and a good, cheap option for sightseeing on your own. You can also see our other reviews of the city if you follow us on Trip Advisor. If you found this review helpful please give it a thumbs up.
This was a great way to see the City. We toured once then stayed on the bus and went to the places we wanted to see and then hopped back on.
Usually take the HOHO in a new City we visit and did so again in Turino. First of all not much to see, long wait times between rides, 1 1/2+ at one stop. One line wasn't running at all on one day, they neglected to tell us. We bought one day but it is actually 24 hrs. so nice to have the next day option. All in all it does give an overview and a little history thrown in but unless you want to see unkempt buildings and boulevards and graffiti covering everything you can do better by walking or metro.
We did all 3 routes over 2 days. We enjoyed routes A & B but found route C a little long with long drive between attractions.
Got the wrong ticket, bought it online. It was the wrong one. Several places online to purchase it. Dunno if it was TripAdvisor, or somewhere else. But it was wrong anyway, so we did not go. Complicated to keep track on 3 routes right? Must be really hard.
I went on a day when it rained - so found the trip one way to see the city without getting wet. The interesting information was given clearly.
We were disappointed in our experience in Turin. There was only one bus per route, the longest route being 2 hours. We stopped at the automobile museum, on a route that lasted an hour and a half, and it took almost 2 hours to go through the museum which left us with the option of waiting an hour or walking to the closest stop, which was a 2.2km walk. We have used hop on hop off buses in locations and have been very pleased, but this one didn't live up to their reputation.q
Helpful staff at the booking office. The buses were clean and on time. Could have done with a detachable roof. Great tour of Turin however the timings could have been more frequent to allow you to hop on and off as described but you were left for far too long until the next bus came along
They are the most informal, meanwhile the other companies hop-on every 5 minutes, this bus hop-on every 30 minutes. Very uncpuntual, and the people working there are very rude and bully. And the worst part is that their trashy service is very expensive. I just hate it!!!
These coaches have a roof which hides the wonderful architecture of Torino, can’t say much more. A waste of money
Whenever we go to a new city, if they have a hop-on, hop-off bus tour, then we do it. It is a great way to see the city. Now the issue with Turin's HoHo, is there are three routes, one of 1 hours, 1 of 90 minutes and one of 105 minutes. So if you "Hop-off" ensure you are doing so to do an activity suitable for the time. We did so on the Blue Line, the 90 minute route (stopped at the former Fiat factory - ace), but we then had soem wait for the bus. Staff were OK, not overaly friendly, but helpful when required. We chose the 3 tour package for 2 over 48 hours cost was euro 50 (£44/ $59 approx). I have to say the red and blue routes were good, the green route not so, unless like me you are a football fan and get to see Juventus stadium. My only grumble, the driver had a space where he could have stopped to allow us to get a good photo of the stadium, but he did not, felt a little in a race. I do think it worth doing, but you will have to decide if you are on a short stay whether to go for all three or just the red and/or blue routes. Recommended.

I recommend any Hop-on Hop-off bus when you first arrive.

Being able to get off at the interesting places in Turin, makes it a better visit.

Well worth the money to get out and see all that Turin has to offer. This is such an underrated city for tourism. Absolutely loved this city and our visit and the Hop On Hop Off Tour allowed us to see areas we wouldn't normally have been able to see!

Both A and B lines are really good. Really opened our eyes to the marvelous sights of Torino!

Would recommend tour to anybody traveling to Turin you get to see all the relevant site.

Bus keeps on moving fast and is difficult to match a sight with the audio.
Buses need to be more frequent so that you do not have to spend one full hour at a place where you do not want to be so long.
Otherwise the tour is informative and get to know the city comfortably at a short time.

A bit disappointing because I thought I booked the whole routs but it was just line C.

Tour B was very bad, not much info, too far out of Torino and hearing over the headset insufficient, with the rattling of the road, or by not functioning! Tour A was pleasant and fine.

We had just one day to visit, so it gave us an overall view of the city.

This is a good tour to get a general layout and brief history of the city. The buses run three separate routes. Our tour included two of the routes. One route was shorter and stayed near the central area of the city. The other route took us near the city perimeter, and to the outskirts to drive by a large mansion. The bus routes run on the hour. Every 30 minutes would have been better. We really enjoyed the city. It has wonderful architecture and culture. It's apparent the city is in the midst of a revitalization effort. A great mix of new verses old made the trip worthwhile.

This gave us the opportunity to see some of the sights of Turin that were less central and allowed us to travel out of the rain. We'd have preferred the buses to run more frequently but thought the tour provided good value for money.
