Pacific Hotel Fortino

The rooms are clean and hotel is nice. With good a/c. However. Location is not good for visiting Turin centre unless you have car or dont mind paying taxi. But has good price considering turin centre could be very expensive. I was not happy lady at front desk first told me parking outside on the street was fine with no problems and safe . Later on i told her i found a spot in front of hotel and she did not like it and contradicted herself from erlier on and told me it was not safe so i should pay hotel 9 euros to park inside.... 9 euros is super cheap parking overnight in europe. And it was safe and easy.. But i did not like i was lied to.

🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment for us. We stayed in a suite room, and despite that, many basic things that should be expected from a 4-star hotel were missing. There was no kettle, no tea or coffee set, no complimentary water, and not even slippers in the room. Even basic daily necessities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, which was very surprising for a hotel of this category. In addition, although the hotel advertises paid parking, when we arrived we were told that the parking area was full and we could not park our car. This was another major disappointment for us. The hotel does not look like it does in the pictures. In the photos it appears modern and renovated, but in reality it feels quite old. The comfort and service were far below our expectations. Considering the amount we paid, especially for a suite room, the lack of amenities and service was truly disappointing. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied at all and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful hotel! Extremely clean, professional staff, well maintained rooms. Breakfast is fantastic! Only negative is nothing the hotel can control is the area around. Area is not the cleanest, and it does to appear to have street crime. Be alert when walking in certain areas, specially if you walk to the old town and central historical and shopping district. Again, hotel is very good quality.

I stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The team kindly prepared my room earlier than expected, which made my arrival so much smoother. The breakfast service was excellent — great food and really attentive staff. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable. I’d happily return.
