Had a wonderful 2 night stay at this hotel. Beautifully renovated and very central, it was ideal for visiting Turin. The hotel staff were fast, kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Turin. + the breakfast in the courtyard was a great way to start the day!
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and a perfect location right in the city center. The inner courtyard is lovely and a great place to enjoy breakfast !! The only downside is the room service fee: it's €15 for every order, even if you only order a bottle of water. I found that a bit excessive. That's the only reason I can't give it 5 stars, but I would still recommend this hotel
From the moment I entered I was welcomed so graciously. Luca at the Front Desk was superb. All the attendants in the bar and restaurant were calm and lovely. We even had an issue where we were fortunate enough to meet the housekeeping staff. Always greeted us so pleasantly. I did not want to leave. I have already looked for other hotels in this collection maybe for our next trip!
Excellent location in the heart of Torino. No problems with service. Nicely designed room but if you stay more than a day not just by yourself, you might miss hooks or shelves or art on the walls or sound-proof toilets.
The staff to a person were all wonderful. The hotel is really well located. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. So why not 5-stars? Simple - the internet. For any large hotel chain to charge for wifi in 2026 is ridiculous. The free tier is very close to unusable. Attached is the speed on the paid tier!!!! To be fair, they did deduct the wifi charge from the account.
