Disappointing Experience. Unfortunately, my stay was far from positive due to several major issues. Upon arrival, I noticed that the soap and shampoo dispensers in the room were completely empty. To make matters worse, on the second day, I walked out of my room to find a hole in the hallway ceiling with water actively leaking down. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. At 7:00 AM on the second morning, the food being served was clearly leftovers from the previous day—the eggs were cold, stale, and completely inedible. To make the meal even more uncomfortable, the air conditioning in the dining area was either broken or turned off, making the room uncomfortably hot.

Breakfast was overcooked and the room was extremely dated and in massive need of an upgrade. Room 304 is a mess. There's broken wallpaper and drawing on the wall. The bathroom shower handle broken off wall. Toilet flush plate, broken off the wall. Also I really don't like the fact that I paid extra for a double bag and it was two single beds put together so you could feel the line in the middle. Also, i paid city tax on my way out. I thought I paid this online and really they should have asked for it at the beginning of the stay so there are no surprises. UPDATE AND REPLY TO OWNER I phoned and emailed as the owner requested in order to make things right. I spoke to someone called Diego who was sure that this message response I got below was just an automatic message and that they never respond to reviews. I have therefore changed this review to one star because the hotel have wasted my time getting in touch with them giving them the opportunity to make things right as they said. If the owner wants to get involved at this point and contact me, they are welcome to email or phone me. I emailed so simply respond to that. This leads me to conclude that not only do they waste people's time and try to look good by saying to call them back, they also don't really care about customer service. I am happy to take this review down or change it when I have spoken to someone who admits that they responded to my initial review and is willing to make things right.
I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a very positive experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the city center near Porta Susa, with supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport all within walking distance. The room was well equipped, with a refrigerator, TV, and a coffee machine with coffee capsules. Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water were also provided, which was a nice touch. There were only a couple of minor issues: the blanket looked a bit worn, and the bathroom door didn’t have a working lock. Aside from that, everything was clean and worked well. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay—very friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Great location close to Turino Porta Suza station and Metro. Very big clean room. Hugh bathroom and even a sauna. Breakfast buffet could be better but have a really good stay.
The hotel is in a good location, 1 minute walk from metro station. -The rooms were nice but could do with more dusting off (it felt dusty as I have allergies). -The mattress was quite hard for me but for some people they might prefer that. -The walls and ceilings felt quite thin as we could hear people upstairs walking around. -The hand soaps were quite rough on the hands and made them quite dry. If you prefer it to be quiet ask for a room facing the courtyard and not the street. Other than that it was decent.
