A perfect choice in Turin Grand Hotel Sitea was the perfect setting for our birthday weekend. An excellent location in the heart of the city, comfortable, spacious rooms, and polite, helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the bar had a lovely atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it and would happily return!

I LOVE this hotel. It’s a classic: traditional in style and super well done. Service is amazing wherever you meet staff, from reception to the breakfast table to the fab in house bar. The standard double room is compact but very comfortable: great bed, bathrobes, fab shower and nice amenities. Unlike most new hotels it is also generous with public spaces, lots of places to lounge and people watch, read or sip a drink. Great location too. One of my favourite hotels anywhere and an absolute bargain if you visit off season
A historic hotel in the heart of Turin with genuine old-world charm. Very comfortable rooms, excellent staff—especially during breakfast service. I loved the Etro bath products and the overall ambiance. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for nostalgic charm combined with Italian hospitality.
A beautiful hotel in the center of the city. Rooms are wonderfully maintained and the breakfast buffet is excellent. If you want to step back in time while still receiving refined service, this is the place for you. Our last night, we had a drink in the lounge. Outstanding service, drinks and speciality appetizers (at no additional charge). We also opted for the junior suite. It was extremely quiet and we'll designed. They even have a free minibar which is stocked daily. Who does that? Absolute perfection.
HORRIBLE!!! I imagine high reviews are from people who have never stayed in a 5-star hotel, let alone a LUXURY 5-star. This place is from 1925 and no upkeep has been done since. Non-smoking hotel yet cigarette burn right in the middle of the curtain. Room barely fits the bed which is a SINGLE bed (they said a "double"). I only had 1 towel so called to ask for another and front desk told me "the room is for one person so you get only 1 towel)... shall I use it for my dirty hands and then my face?!?. Crumbs, dirt+ on desk AND on napkins, when I was able to finally get another towel and showed that to the maid her response was "do you want me to bring you a different napkin?" SERIOUSLY! I asked her how this could be a 5-star as it is barely a 3-star, but I was sure it was not her personal fault; yet she said she is the one who checks the rooms. Now I understand... Soundproofing = ZERO, you hear EVERYTHING so I am going out to buy requisite earplugs. The multi-plug console on desk has huge DO NOT STEAL sticker (nobody would). Bathroom, communal dispensers, body lotion had was coming out, hadn't been cleaned . Stay anywhere else. There are cute much nicer 3-star places near the castle and down by the river.
