Bolly was our driver. He was amazing! First, he was very friendly and helpful. Bolly gave us a lot of great information on things we can do while we stay in Tulum. We felt comfortable and safe with driving us. One of our party was an elderly person and he took great care of her! The Mercedes was comfortable and clean!
Eduardo and STP were amazing. He pick our family of four at CUN to transport us to Alaya Tulum. Upon arrival, Eduardo was communicating with us via text which made us feel very confident. He greeted us on both journeys with cold towels and water. I would highly recommend Eduardo.

Excellent service, Israel was very welcoming and professional; excellent driver, we had a very comfortable trip from Tulum to the airport in Cancun.
We used STP Caribe for round trip transportation from Cancun airport to Tulum. Pick up at the airport was easy as our driver messaged us via WhatsApp to coordinate a meet up in the very busy terminal exit area. We took a Mercedes van which was very comfortable for a couple with lots of room. Note that two seats face forward and two seats face back (facing each other) so if you had a party size great than two some people would need to sit backwards. There are complimentary cool towels, water, beer and liquor offered during the drive. AC worked well in the vehicles and our driver, Alonso, was very courteous and professional.
Our Airport Shuttle Service was excellent. Our driver Juan Dominguez was very friendly and professional. We recommend the STP Caribe Service for its quality of Service and the professionalism of its drivers.
