Our driver treated us like royalty. We all received a cool, damp towel, mints, bottled water, and free Wi-Fi during our trip. The driver was safe and very accommodating. I recommend STP to anyone flying into Cancun airport.

First driver, CUN > Tulum, a VERY tall guy, picked us up in a sedan (not the usual SUV / van). He was looking at this phone the entire trip, texting someone, from the highway to the winding, narrow roads, all 2 hours, which was very dangerous. Didn’t say hello or goodbye. Second driver was professional and terrific. We’ve used this company before, and last time the experience was much more professional.

Once again STP Caribe came through for us . Our flight from Miami to Cancun was delayed and we arrived really late (2:00am) and they were there waiting for us . If you really want a reliable transportation/ transfer , these are the people for sure . And the trip from the Hotel back to the Airport was really smooth and on time . Juan Daniel was really friendly and very professional.

Riding into Tulum with Alfredo was very relaxing. We were greeted with cool towelettes and water and he is super friendly. The car was pristine and comfortable.

Juan Daniel, our driver, was incredibly helpful and made the trip very smooth. We have been to Cancun many times and the trip with Juan was, by far, the smoothest and easiest transfer ever. If Juan could fly an airplane, I'd ask him to fly us home too! Even in large companies like STP Caribe, individual drivers can be very different, and Juan is the best we've ever had. If you can, ask for Juan Daniel to be your driver, do it! Your vacation will be sooooo much easier!

Met up with Carlos on walking out of Cancun airport- no issues finding him his Granny Smith shirt stood out, even in all that chaos! Osvaldo drove us from the Cancun airport to our hotel in Tulum; Juan Daniel drove us from our hotel to the Cancun airport for the return trip. Both of them were friendly, courteous, and very good drivers! They navigated through all the traffic with great efficiency. They send an email asking what snacks and beverages you will be wanting, which is great too! Found STP Caribe through Viator and so glad I did, because it was the perfect transport experience to begin and end our vacation. Drive was a long one (around 2 hrs, but they say can be longer depending on traffic) so be sure to hit the restroom at the airport/hotel before you get on the road.

Juan Daniel arrived early and it was a relaxed drive in a bug cushy SUV from the hotel back to Cancun airport. Exactly the kind of experience you want at the end of your vacation.

I was able to change the pickup location to a different hotel. They where on time and very professional. It was a comfortable ride.

Our transportation was great! Very comfortable vehicle with a lot of space and dials to control the air temperature in the back. We were given fresh towels and water for the trip. Overall great experience and would absolutely use this company again!

Nothing luxury about our van from the CUN airport to Tulum. We paid close to $300 RT and the first SUV was late so they put us in a beat up tour van, which is fine but not worth this luxe price that supposedly gives you drinks and hand towels. Departure van was more in line with reviews and branded as STP (not a tour van). Driver offered wet towels and sanitizer. No drinks like the other reviews though. Our driver was not willing to make a stop for us though - it was only 3 min from our hotel and he was not having it. Wow, disappointed in not being flexible for the amount we paid.

We traveled from Houston to Tulum, and the service from STP was exceptional. Our hotel recommended STP to us, and the service was above and beyond. Our driver, Darwin, was top notch - friendly, safe, and took care of all of our needs. Highly recommend!!

Nothing like being stranded and then not getting your money back and having 5 people stranded. Be prepared if you have a delay you won't be getting a ride. The original driver was in contact and I let them know the delay and I called the company directly ( the office). Kindly they said the driver would be there. NOPE they said he was there calling my name nope it was quiet and not a black car in sight. Why didn't that driver call me? Your'e company isn't holding responsibility for its actions or being honest. We were taken advantage of and can'y get ahold of anyone to help us from here. Don't BOOK with them

Wonderful service, great conversation from Ezra, just an ideal experience after a red-eye flight. The cool towels at the airport were an especially nice touch in the heat.

Jacindo was our driver and we couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. He greeted us with sanitizer, lotion and towels and had an ice chest full of beers. He arrived on time and had our baggage packed before we arrived to the car. Very personable and made us feel right at home! Got us to the airport on time and the ride was smooth and the car was nice and new. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

Our whole experience with STP roundtrip from From Cancun airport to Tulum was extremely efficient. Starting with customer service prompt Pablo quickly made our reservations via email . I even made a phone call to him and he answered without any wait time. Finding our transportation outside Cancun airport was a breeze. Friendly and trustworthy Enrique an expert driver picked us up. He was knowledgeable of the region and could answer all our questions. He even carefully checked our van to make sure our belongings were with us. On the transportation back he arrived early. This transportation company deserves a five star plus.
