The experience was great Camas was a great guide very funny. Had the best time in the cenote. The ruins were also a great experience at the end learned a lot about the Mayan culture.

This experience was so fun for me and my friends. I would make sure to wear sneaker cause there is a lot of walking. Our tour guide Otto was amazing. Definitely something you should experience when in Tulum
Pablo was an excellent guide. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He was an absolute delight and made the day even better! We enjoyed all of the different activities very much. The Nohoch cenote and Mayan lunch were exceptionally wonderful. Highly recommend!
Such a great day! Our guide Ivan was incredible and made everyone feel safe and comfortable, along with giving us some great info everywhere we went. We had a fearful 10yo with us and he chauffeured her around all the water activities, ensuring she was safe, saw everything and had a great time! Our driver Cesar was quietly behind the scenes, setting up and taking down, remembering everyone’s items, ensuring we were hydrated and happy. We had a great group and would definitely recommend again!
We got to do 2 of the 3 activities on our excursion. Pablo, our guide, shared with us that the government had closed the area with turtles due to weather. He gave options and our group opted to receive a portion of the cost refunded and arrive earlier back to the hotel. The refund was sent within 20 minutes. Our guide Pablo was absolutely fantastic. He was just the right mix of knowledge, relationship building, and quick wit. Communication around transport to/from the excursion was somewhat confusing. In the booking process Viator’s system showed that transport was not offered to/from our hotel, but after contacting NS Tours directly I learned it was included.
This excursion was truly the highlight of our trip to Mexico. From start to finish, it exceeded every expectation. We visited Tulum and learned so much about Mayan culture thanks to our guide, Juan Ramon, who was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. He brought the history to life in a way that made the experience meaningful, not just informational. The absolute highlight, though, was swimming in the cenote. Words honestly can’t capture how beautiful and magical it was. I went in not knowing what to expect and was completely blown away. It was one of those rare, unforgettable experiences that stays with you. We were originally supposed to snorkel with sea turtles as well, but the beach was closed by the government due to rough conditions. Our guide, Pablo, handled this with complete honesty and professionalism. He offered us alternative options or a partial refund, which we really appreciated. That kind of integrity says a lot. Pablo was fantastic—knowledgeable, funny, and clearly passionate about what he does. You could tell he genuinely loves sharing his country with others, especially experiences like the cenote. He didn’t just guide us—he elevated the entire day. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the area. It was memorable, meaningful, and beautifully done.
Mother Nature didn’t cooperate with our plans and caused the National park for turtle portion to cancel. The host was awesome, Pablo and driver tom cruise lol, to have multiple options. The option we went with was partial refund, even Viator, 4 thumbs up, was prompt to notify on refund of the missed excursion
We had the best time in our tour today of the Mayan ruins and swimming in the cenotes! Our tour guides were so incredibly knowledgeable. We did not get to swim with the turtles because it was closed for some reason but that still didn’t take away from all of the beautiful culture we got to experience here!
Swimming through the cenote caves and the Mayan Ruins of Tulum we an absolute highlight. The guides were knowledgeable and the whole experience including lunch was seamless
Wonderful tour guides Israel and cezar. Best excursion hands down. Highly recommend. Would go again in a heart beat
We LOVED the cenote tour. Great fun guide. Wonderful lunch. Swimming with the turtles was fun, but probably could have been a bit shorter. The ruins were cool, but we were the only English speakers in our group, so we had to wait for an English tour group, and consequently lost our additional free time to explore the ruins and check out the shops.
The experience was organized. I would skip the tortiugas tour. The water was so murky. Was only able to see a few tortugas.
The day tour in Tulum was… an experience. Our guide seemed to be on their own mysterious inner journey, communicating only when absolutely necessary and even then, just barely. A good portion of the day was spent waiting around, which we assume was part of the “authentic slow-living Tulum vibes.” The shared tour with multiple languages also added a unique touch, as everything had to be explained twice. Great if you enjoy hearing the same information in stereo, less great if you prefer to keep things moving. However, snorkeling with the turtles was enjoyable, even though the water had a slightly cloudy, vaguely seagrassy quality, as if the turtles and we had all shown up at the same time to moisturize. Still, seeing them up close was definitely the highlight. All in all, fun moments, but we wouldn’t repeat the shared multilingual group setup, and a bit more engagement from the guide would have gone a long way.
This is our first time in Mexico so everything is very new to us. This experience was a lot of fun! Oscar and Fredrick (guide and driver) are the perfect team! My only complaints have nothing to do with them or the service they provided. My complaint, make sure that you coordinate your meeting place and how you will get there at least the day before. We thought they were picking us up at our hotel and found out that we had to take a taxi from hotel to meeting place at the last minute. The experience itself was fantastic, just make sure of prior travel arrangements.
This was a fantastic experience! The ruins were amazing and swimming in Akumal Bay and seeing the sea turtles was such a unique experience. Our favorite part though was going in the cenote. Oscar, who took us through the cenote, totally made the experience so special. Thank you!
Enjoyed the excursions. Ivan was very informative and nice!! The driver Caesar was great as well ! !
This was an amazing experience! Julio was a great guide! I loved going to 3 very different cenotes! One had the cave to explore, one good for jumping, and one that was like a river. Very awesome experience and highly recommend to anyone!
Seemed a little expensive but was so worth it! Felt like three separate tours. Helps if you speak Spanish, but what doesn’t, even if you don’t they will still cater to you. Mayan ruins may not be as significant here as in Belize or Guatemala but still important to see, the turtles are just down right awesome and you don’t have to know how to swim to participate, lunch is good and there’s something for everyone, the cenote tour can be what ever you make it, a quick plunge or an in depth cave tour.
Oto and Javier were excellent tour guides and very knowledgeable about the area and the activities that we did. This was definitely a tour that me and my fiancé will remember, they made the experience worth remembering. Very humble and great hospitality. Thank you guys so much !
The best way to experience a little bit of everything Tulum has to offer! Pablo was the most amazing tour guide- very personable, fun, and extremely knowledgeable! Even for those that couldn’t necessarily swim in our group, felt very safe and cared for when doing water activities. The cenote experience is out of this world and an experience I’ll never forget! Highly recommend
Pablo was the BEST tour guide/biologist! My friend and I are truly his biggest fans. He was extremely personable and had so much information to share. It was amazing to hear about the history of the Mayans and science of what we saw. He was also great at calming our nerves during the cave cenote and really helped my friend when she felt sea sick during turtle time. I really appreciated him for answering all of my questions. He also made sure to know everyone on the tour! We loved being the “LA chicas” and laughed at Mayan sacrifice jokes. Thank you for making our trip Pablo - were your biggest fans! Oh an our driver was also amazing and helpful!
This was a great day! Otto the guide was amazing and knowledgeable. We had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend this tour
Jar was a great guide. Started with the ruins at the national park, make sure you have good walking shoes for this. Then to the bay for snorkeling above the sea turtles and stingrays. I had to plug my nose because I couldn't get a good seal on my face due to my facial hair. Then the best part was the cave cenote. Kinda scary at first but being brave will pay off. Water is clear and a little chilly, but not bad. No language barriers were had. Listen to your guide and you'll be fine.
The Tour was so fun. Juan was the best Tour guide. The turtle were right under us and came right up next to me for air. The cave Cenote was just amazing. The tree roots under were cool. Loved every bit of it.
It was amazing! The best part was the Cenote and lunch. Our tour guide Juan was awesome! We highly recommend this tour.
Booking was easy and the whole experience was top notch fantastic! Our guide, Padro, was the best. He took good care of all of us and provided a wonderful day! Very knowledgeable and FUN! Loved his personality and demeanor! Perfecto!
This experience was absolutely incredible and highly recommended, the cenote experience was out of this world……. We had the best tour guilds which made the experience even more better
Though there were some glitches in the beginning, it was an enjoyable activity. The best part was snorkeling in the cenotes
Nancy was an excellent tour guide. She is clear, informative, and precise. The Tulum Ruins were very good and beautiful. Reminded us a bit of Delos in the Greek islands. But NoHoch Cenote (swimming in a cave) and swimming in the ocean with the sea turtles was unforgettable. Also saw fish, squid, and a stingray.
A mystical and unique experience! Nourishment for the eyes and soul! Pablo a guide and a special person! Super Recommended, dare I say mandatory!
Amazing experience in Tulum! 🌴✨ We were lucky to have the best Oto guide: he speaks French, Spanish and English perfectly, which makes the tour super pleasant. His explanations of the story are clear, interesting and very well told. Besides, he’s funny, nice and sets a great mood — you never get bored with him! Between the ruins, the cenote and swimming with turtles, everything was magical 🤩 I recommend 100%, really the best guide! oto🙌🔥
Una experiencia que superó mi temor a las profundidades. Recomendada aun para los que no somos tan expertos en el agua.
