Tulum Private Snokeling Tour With Cenotes And Turtle Swim

The tour was amazing. Because of some cancellations in the group, me and my girlfriend ended up with a private tour! The guide, JC, was prompt, professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Juan Carlos (JC) was absolutely amazing, so accommodating, kind, and gave us so much historical reference and education on the Mayan culture. We absolutely were without words upon snorkeling and seeing the green turtles and huge stingrays so closely. Our snorkeling guide was excellent and so sweet. The Cenotes were something id only ever I'd ever scene on a David Attenborough show and never thought id have the chance to experience these caves. This was incredible. We also enjoyed the "Mayan massage" on the way to the Cenotes. We highly reccomend booking with JC and doing this tour. This was an incredible experience for my family. Thank you!!!

Booking thru WhatsApp was super simple (Google paradise tours website). Our guide Juan Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. We saw many schools of fish and approx 5 sea turtles during the snorkeling portion. The cave cenote was incredible (but chilly), clear water.

We went to my daughter‘s 37th birthday. And we knew we would have fun, but it was my daughter‘s first term actually learning to snorkel and swim! JC was an awesome guide for the tour. For us half a day was perfect because it allowed us to do other things as well. We are definitely coming back to Tulum and we are definitely booking more excursions through Adventour! A+

We had a wonderful experience! Victor was very easy to communicate with. There was a miscommunication about our original booking date and Victor was quick to apologise and make it right for us. Our guide J.C. was fabulous, friendly, helpful and informative.

My friends and I had a great time!! JC came early to pick us up from our hotel and was super friendly and funny. We felt safe and we were happy he was our tour guide. It was a great snorkeling experience. We saw sting rays, so many turtles, starfish, and more!! The cave was so beautiful and it was so cool being able to actually swim around it. Our lunch was yummy and we just felt like it was the perfect amount of time for a tour. I highly recommend!

The tour guides were incredible and spoke in whichever languages our party needed. We saw many turtles and experienced the gorgeous reef. If you lag behind a tour guide will stay with you to ensure your safety and enjoyment. I would absolutely live in that cenote if I could! The food was great as well. JC and Eliza really made sure we got to spend the right amount of time at each stop.

This was so so fun to do with family our guide JC was very intentional with taking care of us and making sure we had a great experience!! The experience was about 6 hours long and filled with many fun things!

Our tour guides were wonderful! We had a perfect day learning from them, a relaxing sea turtle snorkel, and gorgeous time in the Centre! Lunch was delicious!

Swam with sea turtles and through a wonderful underwater cavern with JC and Alyessa. Time was very reasonable and guides were accommodating. Ended with a light lunch of lovely empanadas. 4 and 7 year old kids loved it.

This was a great excursion for our group of 8. We saw sea turtles, stingray and lots of colorful fish while snorkeling, and really enjoyed the cenote! Many thanks to our guide JC for an excellent tour, and also for returning my sunglasses the following day that I had left in the van! We will definitely use this tour group again.

This tour completely exceeded my expectations — I loved it! We had the best day with Victor and JC. I’ve honestly never been on such a well-organized experience, and from the start it was clear they genuinely care about making each tour feel personal and one-of-a-kind. They’re both so fun to be around - great energy, warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Everything was seamless. We started with a boat ride that got us away from the crowds to snorkel with colorful fish, coral reefs, and incredible sea turtles. After that, we visited the most amazing cenote. I’ve traveled a lot, but this underground freshwater cave was unlike anything I’ve ever seen - dramatic, castle-like rock formations that felt almost otherworldly. Victor’s passion and knowledge about cenotes and Mayan culture made it even more special. He guided us to hidden corners, dove for minerals we used on our faces, and showed us a spot where the light streamed through in the most surreal way. I walked out feeling totally renewed. :) We wrapped up with a delicious lunch - the whole experience was incredible from start to finish! I can’t recommend Paradise Adventours enough. They’re deeply connected to the Riviera Maya and it’s obvious they go above and beyond to make every tour unique and memorable. I will definitely be back to try another adventure with them. This was a phenomenal experience!! The guide gave very personalized service , and made us feel welcome and safe! We saw several turtles and other sea life during the snorkel and the Cenotes cave was majestic!! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who visits Akumal and Tulum!!!

We had a great day snorkeling and visiting a cenote with Victor and JC! Booking the private tour was so worth it so we could go at our own pace and ask questions. We had a beautiful day snorkeling in Akumal, saw 8-9 sea turtles, 2 rays, and beautiful colorful fish! It was awesome! We then visited the Yum.Ha cenote - completely underground swimming with stalagmites and stalactites. It was peaceful and serene! We had our 12 and 14 year olds with us and they had an amazing time seeing all the sea life and the cave! Great day!!

We originally booked the half day luxury sailing but was cancelled due to strong winds. They were able to reschedule it the next day but they didn’t realize the dock was closed. However, they were able to offer a private session of snorkeling with the turtles and swimming in a cenote which was an amazing experience. They really made it worth it knowing we didn’t have it booked originally. Danny and JC were excellent tour guides and were awesome! :)

Our tour was amazing! Animal bay was beautiful and we saw many seat turtles and sting rays. Our tour guide, JC, was lovely and very easygoing. The transportation was seamless. Would definitely recommend!
