Tulum Instagram Photo Experience

Carlos Carlos Carlos!!!! The absolute best guide I have ever had! I cannot express how amazing he was as a guide. I went under the assumption that my sister and I would be viewing instagramable art and sculptures. I had no idea that I would be having a full blown photoshoot with the best photographer and director on earth! I'm silly, I'm not coordinated. Carlos made my sister and I look like models! He taught us how to pose and feel confident. He made this experience the best I ever had!! We adore him so much. Besides all the photo locations we took, we went to this cute island to eat, which was also gorgeous. The food was great the juice amazing. Carlos was truly the best and I took way too long to wrote this because I was on vacation for quite some time. He was a real professional and didn't have any creep vibes at all which I truly appreciated. So respectable and knowledgeable.

The tour was good. The locations that were pick for photos was a good choice. The tour guides were excellent, very friendly. However the main attraction which was the sculpture garden was closed due to construction. It would have been appropriate for Viator to make us aware and let us decide if we still wanted to do the tour. In stead our payments were deducted from our accounts with our advising us of the change. I traveled from Washington DC and my sister from Ghana Africa just to experience it. We found out the morning of the tour from the tour guides who thought we knew. Viator’s failure to communicate does not take anything away from the tour or the guides. As I stated they were wonderful.

It’s not a long tour but the drive n locations make seem long. The beaches are not picture worthy because of the seaweed over taking the shore . Plus the last stop and the beach club was the worse part of it due to the 15-20 minute drive on rough terrain to get to the beach club which you might want to consider another location.

Great experience, not much time to swim in cenote. The beach club was nice, but they should have cleaned up the sargassum. It was horrible.

We had a truly wonderful day on this tour and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya area. Everything was very well organized, yet still felt relaxed and unhurried. Our first stop was the Escultura Ven A La Luz, which is an iconic and very photogenic spot. From there, we continued to ATIK Tulum Park, where we had plenty of time to explore and take more fantastic pictures. A real highlight was the visit to a beautiful cenote, where we could swim and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The entire experience felt very calm and never rushed. Later, we went to a private beach where we were treated to an excellent and authentic meal – a perfect way to end the day. A special thanks to our guide David, who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the whole tour. He also took many professional-quality photos of us, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, we felt very well taken care of during the entire trip and can absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a mix of sightseeing, relaxation, and great photo opportunities.

The Tulum Insta Experience was absolutely amazing! The photographers and guides were incredible—they made us feel so welcome and comfortable the entire time. They truly know the best spots in Tulum and helped capture the most beautiful photos. They also guide you on poses so you end up looking your best in every shot. If you’re visiting Tulum and want stunning pictures—whether as a couple or individually—I highly recommend this experience. The beach club stop was great too, and the food was really good. This was definitely one of the best memories of our Tulum trip! 🌴📸✨

The driver showed at hotel and gave us no grace actually pulling away while we were in lobby. No customer service, no phone number, no solutions, just a we don’t have contact info and it’s to early and it’s not out responsibility. I would strongly suggest you to find another tour group if you’re gonna base a family vacation event like this could you maybe be very sadly disappointed, and there are other options down there.

The staff was so attentive, patient, and friendly. They really know that they're doing and they're flexible with guests choosing their own photo experience. There were only 3 travelers on our trip and 4 staff (not including the driver), so we certainly each got a lot of individual attention.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was disappointing due to how a legitimate medical issue was handled. I became suddenly ill the morning of my scheduled tour and notified the company as soon as possible. I was unable to attend due to an upset stomach and the need to rest and stay hydrated before my flight later that day. Despite clearly communicating this, I was told that a refund could only be considered if I provided a medical note from a local doctor or clinic. I contacted my hotel and was informed that seeing a doctor on-site would cost $150. Going to a hospital would have been even more expensive and unreasonable under the circumstances—especially given that I was already unwell and had already paid a significant amount for the tour. Requiring customers to pay out-of-pocket for medical services in a tourist area simply to “prove” an illness feels unfair and places an unnecessary burden on travelers. The alternative offered was a future credit, which was not useful to me and did not address the situation. While staff were polite in their communication, the rigid application of policy and lack of practical accommodation for a genuine illness significantly impacted my experience. I ultimately had to pursue resolution through my credit card company. I would recommend that future customers carefully review the cancellation and medical exception policies before booking.

It was amazing! And very beautiful and interesting! There was a bit of a line to take photos, but it went fast

An architectural marvel that is breathtakingly gorgeous! This is definitely a must-see, and captures the true ethos of Tulum - a love of harmony between nature and humankind.

This was truly such a great activity! I went to Mexico solo and loved having my pictures taken for me. The workers were incredibly friendly and patient. We got our pictures about 24 hours after the excursion ended and I was sent 250+ pictures to sort through! Food at the beach club was great as well.

Pick up from our hotel was 5:45. Got back to our hotel around 7pm. We had an amazing time. The tour guides were so patient and fun and the photographer helped to capture the best shots. Content became available by the next day. Good trip. Good vibes. The cenote swim was my personal favourite the water was so refreshing and cool.

Absolute BEST tour Viator offers. A MUST do when in Mexico Caesar and his associates are wonderful I can’t say enough about this amazing experience

Great experience and very reasonably priced. Transportation to and from hotel, Breakfast, lunch and dinner, fees paid to 2 activities, and professional photographers...plus the experience of the cenotes. Well worth what we paid amd then some!

I will book a tour or an experience with this company every time I visit Tulum. The best customer service hands down. They stay in touch with you via WhatsApp, provide meals, educate you of tulums history and culture, very patient and kind

I was picked up at 6:25 AM only to arrive to North HOTEL to pick up an order and wait for eight minutes for the guest to come out. This is inconceivable, they could pick me up for a minute later and I didn’t like that. The band is not the best a little bit uncomfortable. The rest was very good.

The tour was fabulous! Great tour guides/ photographers. Many great areas to take pictures and have lunch by the ocean. Crystal was great!

This was best of best tours we did! First of all they do what they doing. Guides are making sure till you satisfied with pictures. Our guides was Alejandro and Edoardo did absolutely amazing job. Even guiding you how to pose etc. And another wonderful thing is they are not commercially stopping at souvenir shops at all that takes away your time. They are not limiting your waters or snacks in the car. Highly recommended

If you’re looking for the best photos, I highly recommend bringing a change of outfits that’s easy to slip into! The tour takes you to multiple stunning locations, and having a fresh look for each one made my photos even better. Both photographers, Jonathan and David, were enthusiastic and informative, making the experience enjoyable and memorable. This tour is perfect for solo travelers, as the small group size allows for more personalized attention and better time management. The food included was also fantastic—the shrimp ceviche was hands down the best I’ve had in Mexico. Though you’ll spend some time in the car, it’s not too tiring, and there are plenty of opportunities to relax and sightsee while others take photos. I would absolutely recommend this tour! Jonathan and David were amazing throughout.

I Really wanted to go to this Experience and I tried so much to enjoy it . Our driver ,photographer and guide were all nice . I traveled solo and we met up with 6 other people making it to 7 . This experience is literally to just take pictures which they take with there camera ,it’s honestly not anything fun at all .The last stop we were taken to for lunch was a beach and the lunch that is included was only burritos that are dry and taste less for almost $200 it wasn’t worth it for me. The entrance fee that they say is included the 2 places we went to that had entrance fees was less than $5 and the photos they sent me are blurry the face can’t be seen only the surrounding. If I honestly could dispute this transaction I would because it feels like a scum . You’re better off going on your own and hiring a photographer to go with you or someone who knows how to take photos. I went Jan 25th 2025

This photo tour was worth every single penny. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were picked up on time from our hotel and got to all of the photo sites before they became too crowded. Our photographers were David and Mariah. They knew how to capture all of the best poses and angles. The tour included entrance fees to all the sites, snacks, bottled water, lunch and tons of beautiful digital photos. Our tour ended with a delicious lunch at Villa Pescadores. You won't regret booking this tour.

I embarked on a solo journey, and I am delighted that I reserved this portion of my excursion. The photographer is a seasoned professional who kindly provided me with guidance on how to pose effectively. After our photo session, we went to eat; the food was really good.

The person that answered the phone the day before our tour gave us false information that caused us to miss our tour. That was $400 that we were basically scammed out of.

So today us oldies decided to do something a bit different and out of our normal comfort zone the instagram Tulúm tour . We were looked after by an excellent team Caesar our tour guide ,Jonathon our photographer and Isadore the driver these guys were professional helpful patient and put us at ease immediately . Ceasar was very knowledgable about the sites visited and the history surrounding them . They had us posing and laughing at the Tulúm sign art works and at the cenote .They kept us fed and watered throughout the day and we had a lovely lunch at a beach club . We are aged 57 to 65 and had such a good day thanks to these guys just can’t wait to see the pictures hoping for some filters to ease the ageing process 😂😂😂

This was a good excursion. We went to several sites including a cenote and the beach for lunch. All locations making for scenic backdrop for photos. The photographers were attentive and suggested the best pose for the pictures. Thanks Sebastian, Jonathan and Felipe.

Cesar is so nice and knowledgeable. The tour was super fun. The Cenote was absolutely amazing. The beach club at the end of the tour is a great way to relax from the long tour. Totally worth it.

They are absolutely amazing, so organized and very professional. I am so impressed with this tour and with the 3 gentleman that was in charged of the excursion. David Alejandro, Edgar Flores and Cesar Altamirano they were very professional and super nice with us all. The only thing was that our van(car) the Air Conditioner was not good. But other wise everything was super perfect. I highly suggest everyone to do this adventure with them.

The Tulum Ig experience was everything and more. Ceasar, Alex, and Edgar went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect photos for our trip. They were extremely patient and very helpful with our poses. This was my favorite tour. The cenote was beautiful and refreshing.

The tour was amazing. We really loved the Atik Cenote. The tour guide, photographer, and driver (Jonathan, Eduardo, and Jair) were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect pictures.

Did this activity and it was a great experience from start to finish. The guides and photographers Jonathan 1 and 2 know how to take pictures and know how to have you pose for one to make it look so profesional. I highly recommend it they know all the spots. Thank you to the staff for maintaining such a wonderful fun adventure.
