Do not recommend. Not worth the price. Julio was the only best part of the service. If you don’t eat pork the will give you broccoli for lunch.

Maya Adventure is not a great company. Firstly, they told us we had to pay an additional $48 usd for park taxes but they charged my card $58. Then after paying, they make you sign a waiver where you cannot use your phone to record. They claim it’s due to safety but even after telling them one of us will stay behind just to record they still wouldn’t agree. If you’re a content creator like me, ABORT MISSION. Go book with someone else. Let’s not even talk about how one of the staff was clearly rude to me because I stated my displeasure of not being able to film. Like what??? Please book with another company

I had an amazing time. The food was really good. The fees were reasonable. We had arrived around 1 PM and left around four so the duration was close to three hours. It included a lot of excursions which made me very happy. There is three zip lines, atv course, Myan ceremony with gifts that go directly to the Mayan tribe, food/drinks, and transportation there and back. I would definitely recommend for you to come by and enjoy. It was very fun and exciting.

Ok they don't write the full entire cost in their prices. You have to look for the fine print for extra costs. Printed price is $250 (approx) then there is another $48 USD each person cost (this is never mentioned in the total price) why? why not to put all cost in the upfront Pricing? it's deceiving and bad business practice

The whole crew was awesome and helpful, felt super safe and had a lot of fun. The activities are extremely cool and definitely worth the money. They do require a fee, which they list in the fine print for about $ 45 USD per person, but it's totally worth it. The whole trip took about 5 hours, including drive time. Had a blast; totally recommend it for a day adventure in the Mayan jungle, perfect for families, couples, and kids.

It is so fun! They expect a tip of $20 per person though at the end and I had no cash they were sort of rude that I didn’t tip. But I was not expecting to pay $300 for 2 people and an additional a $40 for tip. We also did not do the Mayan ceremony like it was advertised so be aware you might not get to do everything. The cenote was amazing!

Staff was friendly, the food was delicious and the overall experience was amazing. Would recommend this adventure to friends and family.

Julio and all the guides were absolutely amazing and so down to earth! Our group me and my spouse was in was fun and we had the best time! The ATV tour was okay, but I get we can't go deep into the jungle for safety and preservation of the animals! The zip line was great but my favorite part was the Cenote swim and the history behind how it was formed! It was so beautiful and the water was crystal clear! The Mayan Ceremony was also nice to see and hear about Thanks everyone!!!

If hoping to romp around the jungle on ATV’s , this is NOT the place to go. That being said, the rest of the day was FANTASTIC. The zipline was very high up and thrilling, the cenote is completely underground and like something out of a movie! We were disappointed at first bc we booked specifically for the ATV portion, but our tour guide Chris made the whole experience. He was funny and understanding and spoke great English. If it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have stuck around to see how cool the rest of the day turned out to be. 4 stars because the ATVs shouldn’t even be a part of this tour, the rest of it is 5 stars

CJ was our tour guide and he took EXCELLENT care of us and we had BLAST from the ATV, zip lining, & cenotes. Kudos/Perfecto trabajo Cesar J (CJ). Make sure you come prepared for all the fun last 5 hours. Everyone was very attentive, helplful and kind. CJ stayed on top everything and anything we needed. Lunch meat as delicious. Warm and welcome definitely a must if in Tulum.we had 7 ppl in our group 2 couples, my best friend and I, and nice lady that came solo. Also, the additional fee is listed in last sentence of the section so it's not $39 only basically the additional $48 is for transportation for the day after meeting at a particular location which is a deal. Instead of paying a taxi to bring you and pickup will be 4x as much so it's a good deal.

The tour itself was fantastic — great guide, unforgettable experience. Just be aware that the additional taxes and fees (not included in the Viator price) are significant, and the payment terminal had serious wifi issues on-site. Our entire tour group struggled to pay by credit card, which felt frustrating and a bit chaotic. Bring enough pesos to cover the extra fees and you'll have a seamless, amazing experience.

If you are driving to the resort or taking a taxi the pickup point is not clear and has relocated, our taxi said 11minutes and it was closer to 35-40 making it very expensive, also the total cost is not the total cost and you do have to pay almost double once you get there stated in fine print, and there is no service so making the payment was very difficult and we weren’t the only ones having trouble, we finally gave up and just left.

The people were amazing. The zip lining was fun and the cenote swim tour was beautiful. I suggest wearing swim shoes and if you ride the atv protective eye wear or goggles

I booked this excursion really looking forward to the zip lining experience, but was disappointed to find out on-site that there was a weight limit that was never mentioned anywhere during booking. Because of this, we missed out on multiple zip lines, including the water line and several others, which was a major part of what we paid for. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of resolution. There was no effort to accommodate us with an alternative activity, partial refund, or any kind of compensation. It felt very dismissive, especially considering this could have been avoided with clear communication upfront. If you’re considering this excursion, I highly recommend confirming all restrictions ahead of time. Transparency would have made a huge difference in our experience.

Drivers and guides are accommodating. They take pride in what they do and offering a good experience. Our driver Angel waited for our cab driver to return the phone we left in the car. He was friendly and charismatic. Our guide was Sergio, who was a jokester and very excited to get US excited. The ATV route is safe but if it's rained recently you WILL get mud all over you so bring clothes you don't care about. Bring something cover your nose and mouth for the ride. The zip line is HIGH above the trees and you'll get an amazing view once you get over any fear of heights you may have. And finally, the cenote is beautiful. Wear water shoes for this whole excursion. Bring enough money to tip them! $10-$20 USD. They rely on tips to make a living. If you can spare money, helping out the locals in this way is important and a significant way to spend ethically here.

It was my 22nd birthday , me and my friends came along the mayan experience our tour guide was javier who was an excellent guide and accommodated us very well!! i would 100% recommended booking this excursion it’s definitely WORTH IT

Such a misleading advertisement. I was not communicated during the booking that we still had to pay an extra fee before the tour. In fact, nobody in my group was. Also, it’s announced as pick up and drop off included. It was not. I still had to get a taxi to go a meeting point in both ways. Clear and trustworthy communication is key in any business.

They tried to extort us out of the balance they we previously paid online and we had to cancel our activities and request a refund

The whole experience was amazing !!! Our tour guide Javier was super fun and knowledgeable and made sure we fully understood each activity before engaging. I would definitely recommend booking when traveling to tulum . I LOVED the empanadas they fed us for lunch ! Definitely the best I had while in Tulum .

I had an incredible time — every single activity exceeded my expectations! This experience is perfect whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or with family. The ATV ride was such an adrenaline rush and so much fun. Ziplining was an absolute thrill — especially the highest line, which was both exhilarating and unforgettable. And the cenotes were absolutely stunning. It honestly felt like I was in an underwater movie — such a unique and magical experience. I felt completely safe throughout all the activities, and the staff were extremely pleasant, professional, and attentive from start to finish. I would 100% do this again. A true 10/10 experience!

The guides are very nice, but this is not it fam. The experience starts with then saying the ATVs are old and will break and oh boy did they. A team follows you just to swap out vehicles constantly throughout. Also, you aren’t like going on a jungle trail… you drive up and down the dirt road your van drove in on. Then the main ziplines are incredibly underwhelming. Most I think you could jump from the platform to the ground and be OK. I had a larger zipline in my backyard as a child in the 90s. The water zipline was not working so cannot comment on that. The big zipline is cool but you aren’t climbing wooden stairs attached to a tall concrete structure that have sticks for handrails…. It felt solid but when you’re climbing, I don’t know maybe 60 or 75 ft in the air, you want it to also LOOK solid. The rappeling was only about 10 ft and you’re not rappeling into the cave or something, it just felt like an odd add-on. The cenote itself was beautiful and saved the tour for me. I loved swimming in the cave and towards the back there is this beam of sunlight which is cool. Final comments, the price here is not the real price. There is another tour on here for I think 99.. that is the real price and you will pay closer to that. For some reason this one makes you pay USD 48 (it is closer to USD 55 by card because of the HORRRIBLE rate the tour chooses gives you). And on oickup, they asked me to go to a diff hotel down the road which I thought fine, there is probably others to pickup and it’s not far, but there were no others and the driver had to drive past my hotel to go to that spot so it was really illogical. Another couple I come to find out later was actually staying there, but the tour told them to be picked up at Super Aki a few miles away so they took a taxi in the morning to the pickup… also when I mentioned this tour to some people who have been to Tulum a lot or are locals, they all thought I was going to Xplor park… to be abundantly clear, this is not that though I did not expect it to be… just if you are, you are mistaken.

The experience was very fun, but it didn't feel very organized. We kind of bounced around to different activities depending on if a group was present or not. But Christian was very friendly. Photo packages should just be included in the price. Still waiting to receive mine.

This was a great experience in every way, the agency contacted me a day before it gave me all the information I needed and they clarified all my doubts, they were always pending. Transportation to the park was all good! The driver was attentive. And once in the park we had a lot of fun, the ATV tour was great and I had a lot of fun! The zip lines were amazing, a lot of adrenaline and they are great and one is very long!!! Finally it was the cenote and it helped me to relax and take a bath in crystal clear waters, they gave us a talk inside the cenote where they explained everything to us. In all the activities we were given the safety talks, my guide was very friendly, always pending. One of the best tours I've ever done. I highly recommend it

The overall excursion was nice. The cave swim was amazing!!! The ATVS kept cutting off. Several turned off throughout the ride, they were still enjoyable. There were several guides riding with our group that would switch off atvs. Ziplining was also amazing. The zip line over water was closed for cleaning during our visit. We were able to do several zip lines. Now my issue with the excursion is the fact that I paid for photos and NEVER received them. They were supposed to be delivered via email and even after I sent an email to the company I never received the link!!!
