A few things could have made this experience 5 stars. Communication prior to and with pickup was not great (gave us incorrect pickup info, then 40mins late, but did immediately answer our WhatsApp so that was encouraging). Main road off the highway to get there itself was like a bonus ride- about 20 mins on a very rough road lol. We rode the atvs along the same main dirt road which was quite bumpy & adventurous still. The atvs had some issues but the staff worked hard to fix along the route. The main zip line is not for the faint of heart as u hiked up a massive tower with some pretty rickety steps and railings along the way. But the view and the length of the line itself was pretty cool. The cenote was beautiful and much more involved and educational than we expected. Our guide was Rafael and he was wonderful, knowledgeable and reassuring. Did not love all the vendors at each stop pressuring you to look and buy add on things. Definitely an adventure for this Midwest family.

Overall, great experience was my second time doing this tour and Victor our tour guide was just amazing, cenote tour…..
Really great and fun. Came for my friends birthday. She loved it. Zip lining was fun! What a hike to the top for a 2 mins zip down to the caves 😅 Thanks to our guide Chris! Super helpful
We had an amazing half-day adventure in Tulum that included zip lines, ATVs, and a refreshing cenote dive, every part of it was unforgettable. We also took part in a Mayan ceremony (non-religious) where we learned about the history and cultural traditions of the Maya, which added a really meaningful and educational touch to the experience. The entire crew was extremely attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. A special shout-out to our guide, Julio, who was absolutely excellent. He took great care of us, explained everything clearly, made sure we were safe, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. This tour was well organized, fun, and enriching all at once. I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum, and we will definitely be coming back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rafael was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and funny and made our day trip that much better. Pick up and drop off were easy. The ATV ride was bumpy but fun! Ziplines were a step away from my comfort zone but they made you feel safe. The Mayan ceremony was educational and interesting. I’m happy I was able to participate. The dip in the cenote was the perfect finish to a great day. Definitely recommend this activity for couples/families/friends!
José was the best tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, made us feel safe and so much fun! Would highly recommend.
If you are looking for a smooth, well-organized, and high-quality excursion in Tulum, this is not it.! Let’s start from the top. We were told to meet at Super Aki at 11 AM for pickup. We arrived early at 10:45 AM and messaged the company to let them know we were in position, ready to go. No response. The driver didn’t show up until 11:20 or 11:25, over 20 minutes late. No apology and no explanation. He just checked our names off a list & had us sit in the van for another 10 minutes waiting for another group. No communication and no updates.! Once everyone was on board, we started driving. About 15 minutes in, we turned onto a long rocky dirt road full of deep holes. These were not just potholes. The entire road was uneven, making the driver slow down to a crawl. This took 20 minutes to get through, making the entire transportation process frustrating and exhausting before we even started the excursion.! ATV EXPERIENCE – A JOKE I have done ATVs before and this was the most disappointing experience ever. We were simply riding in a straight line on the same bumpy hole-filled dirt road dodging traffic because only one vehicle could pass at a time. There was no real course and no adventure. It was just a boring ride full of stop & go traffic. The ride lasted maybe 20 to 25 minutes, mostly spent waiting for slower riders or moving aside for oncoming cars. If you were hoping for an adrenaline rush, or anything remotely close to fun…you will not find it here.! ZIPLINING – A MIX OF OKAY AND UNSAFE The first zipline is into water and has a 220-pound weight limit for good reason. If you are over that limit, you will hit concrete. Our entire group was hesitant, so we skipped it. The rest of the ziplines were okay. A couple were fast and fun, but overall nothing special. The real issue was they were doing construction on the zipline tower while we were using it. How do you expect guests to feel safe when workers are hammering and welding right next to us.? The highest zipline was also a letdown. Instead of flying through the air, you glide slowly, so if you were expecting an intense ride, do not get your hopes up. Instead take your phone out and snap videos and pics.. lesson learned.! CENOTES – DARK, UNAPPEALING, AND SKIPPABLE I have seen some beautiful cenotes in Tulum but this was not one of them. It is inside a pitch-black cave with no lights, making the water look more like swamp water than a natural wonder. No one in our group wanted to go in. It just did not look clean or appealing at all. If you wanna swim in dirty mop water be my guest. For us, NO THANK YOU.! MAYAN CEREMONY – A SCRIPTED SALES PITCH The Mayan ceremony was just a formality to push sales. The moment it ended, they started aggressively pushing products in the name of helping the Mayan people. I get it but it was just too forced, we didn’t purchase anything.! FOOD WAS UNAPPETIZING AND FULL OF BUGS The food was basic & so forgettable. Especially when the city has better tasting food. Nobody wanted seconds & that says a lot. Worse, there were bugs in our sauces which they replaced but still. It was not enjoyable & if you are looking forward to the included lunch, just eat before or after the excursion. CONSTANT REQUESTS FOR TIPS AND HARASSMENT Everywhere we turned, they were hounding us for tips. I understand tipping for great service but not when the service is subpar at best. One of the women in our group was even harassed by staff. She was repeatedly asked if she was single and if she was Mexican. Then at the end of the trip, one of them had the nerve to ask for tips to take care of his wife and kids. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable. There is also a photographer following you around all day snapping pics of you and your group. Then during lunch, he comes around trying to sell you all the photos for $20 USD per person which is crazy. Some of the pictures were decent but most were useless. And for whatever reason, this man was out here taking pictures from between people’s legs. Like what was that about? Just weird. Definitely not worth it.! THE RIDE BACK - A BUMPY NIGHTMARE After all that, we had to sit through another 20-minute ride down that same rocky dirt road, bouncing around like a damn ragdoll. To make it worse, the driver took his sweet time getting back while we sat in that oven-baked van waiting. Meanwhile, he was off somewhere stuffing his face, licking his fingers before finally deciding to get in and drive us back.! FINAL VERDICT: NOT WORTH IT Would I do this again? Absolutely not. I get it. You pay for what you get and now I fully understand why the price was low. If you can afford a higher-quality excursion, do it. This one was disorganized, uncomfortable, and felt like a cash grab. Save your money. Find a better tour.!
Our experience was fantastic, we had a great time! They explained the Mayan culture to us and how they still preserve it. The tour guides "Victor" and "Jorge" were the best. They gave us confidence and all the protective equipment, they explained each instruction in detail, in both English and Spanish.
Not on time. Unplanned, tour guide was lost, had no fix plans of what to do next. Did a 4 hour trip in 8 hours. Had us wait on multiple occasions.
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Raphael made our adventure unforgettable! From start to finish, he ensured we felt safe, informed, and ready to enjoy every moment. The zipline was exhilarating, offering breathtaking views, and Raphael’s energy kept us pumped! Exploring the cenotes was magical—crystal-clear waters and serene surroundings made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Raphael’s knowledge and enthusiasm added so much to the trip. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an unforgettable mix of adrenaline and nature. Thanks, Raphael!"
Amazing day from start to finish! Axel picked us up and Miguel was very knowledgeable about the culture and Its history. He answered all questions we had, took us for lunch in the cutest town, and showed us a less crowded cenote. Absolutely worth it if you have a day to explore.
Our guide Christian was great. The atvs, ziplining and swimming in the cenotewere all great. I would highly recommend this tour when you’re in Tulum.
A great way to see a lot in a single day. The activities on their own are all great fun,in particular the cenote cave is very beautiful. There were some scheduling issues with our group taking a long time to arrive and the activities moving around, but other than that it all went well.
I booked this for my birthday trip and I enjoyed myself. Was skeptical due to the reviews but I’m glad I didn’t eat it scare me. Our tour guide Sergio was very welcoming and friendly. I was definitely scared of the heights with the zipline and my fear of water. He constantly reassured me in the denote and helped me stay calm. The group I was with was also friendly and supportive with my fears. I would definitely recommend and come back.
Great tour ! Our tour guide was amazing !!!! Hi Julio !!!! ATVs were fun. Ziplining was fun ! 5 ziplines total with one zipline being 3/4 a mile ! The cenotes swim was so cool and Julio made sure to tell us a lot of cool Mayan facts too ! So nice. Lunch included. And lots of Mayan souvenirs ! Oh also the Mayan ceremony was so cool ! Good vibes !!!
Absolutely worth it, what a great experience and as advertised! Some notes: We swam in the cenote bare foot, it is fine you don't need water shoes. Also the cenote is a cave not a large opening to the sky as many may assume. The ATV's are easy and a moderate pace, if you are looking for something fast and exciting try another tour. You don't need a face mask unless it's muddy! The Ziplines are one huge one where you get to see over the tree canopies then there are 3 other small ones. The "snack" is actually a Lunch and is delicious, also gluten free!
This was the BEST! CJ was our guide and made the experience a 10/10. He was so knowledgeable, communicated the entire day plan with us, and was a blast! The four wheeling was great, zip lines were so much fun, and the cenote swim was incredible. Cannot recommend booking this highly enough!
This was soooo much fun. Johnny was our driver and tour guide for the day. He was very knowledgeable, funny, cool and REAL! Highly recommend him. He really gives you that full experience even when you are scared lol.
This tour was really great. Our guide Julio really explained to us. The cenotes were very pretty. The zip lining was fun. Riding the atv’s were a blast. Overall we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this tour.
This was a very fun activity and the tour guide was great. The cenote experience was my favorite and would definitely participate in it this again.
Best day ever!! So much fun and Julio was just fantastic - so entertaining and knowledgable! Food was amazing too! Highly recommend!!!
Full disclosure! This company runs multiple trips for multiple Groups all day, there are almost a well oil machine but know these people are working hard to ensure the best experience! You are entering land of the Mayan people and are allowed to utilize their cenotes and land, the trinkets they sell and the photos taken are a major source of survival for them, please tip accordingly!! My friend and I had the best time ! CJ our guide was amazing!!!! I missed the opportunity to thank him, my friend and are we’re a little out of shape/ one of us had low levels of iron as well so it was a little difficult to keep up the fast pace of the going from one activity to the other. However all the workers were so understanding and kind! Our group was supportive as well with the leadership of CJ!!! One last piece of advice would be to pack light and smart! A towel, bandana, and water shoes, bug spray, a personal fan, water, comfortable shorts or shirt/ dress to change into. Not a whole outfit, ladies! You WILL get pdirty, sweaty, heat exhaustion is a thing. They ask you to zip line with all your things, I had an 80 pound back pack thinking it would be stored for the whole day. Really great experience overall! Just a little further explanation of the expectations and preparation would have went a long way. But if you’re a more flexible and adventurous person this is perfect for you!
Hello, was a rough start. Waited a good amount of time due to other guest who they were waiting for that never showed. Glad the manager approved the trip going on, felt the rest of group was getting frustrated. Glad we had a down to earth tour guide who knew how to turn our frustration into laughter. He navigated the park for us so we had minimum wait time, gave us culture knowledge and even took our group photos. I really feel Julio went above and beyond to make us have a great experience due to long start time. Thank you Julio, was a pleasure and we will be back!
Was an amazing day all in one trip. Great bang for your buck. Our tour guy was cj. He made everything fun and enjoyeavle. Would highly recommend going here to save but also see and do a ton. Bring bug repellent
Three of us did this tour and had a terrible experience. We met at a meeting point and were taken in a shuttle to a different stop where we were moved to a different shuttle. The shuttle had no AC and they guides closed the door so we were stuck in there for 30min. We felt like we were going to pass out from the heat and lack of air. There also was not enough seating room and people had to stand. On the way back we had to wait 30+min to get picked up and taken back. I’ve booked multiple tours on Viator in different countries and this was by far THE WORST one
Great experience Alex was great!! The drinks were cheap and definitely strong. Overall the experience was great
I recommend going but please be aware of the massive flys and mosquitoes. Regular off spray doesn't work. Please buy the green top off spray. I left with 10 mosquito bites. There were so many flies you would really eat your lunch. By the way the lunch was basic. Also our tour guide didn't take us to the last zip line. I was disappointed.
Friendly and professional guides! One adventure after another! Awesome views! Well worth the money….
This was a nice experience! I got a full tour of whatever jungle we were in. It was safe I didn’t see any animals besides a few birds. The mosquitoes ate me alive. The atv riding was so fun. The souvenirs the Mayans were selling were really nice and authentic.
Such a wonderful experience. Ziplining, ATVs, and TOURING a cenote!! I had a great time and learned a lot about the cenotes of the Yucatán. Highly recommend.
We had a great time on our tour, thanks to our guide Rafael. He went above and beyond to help us and made it a memorable experience. Cannot recommend this tour enough!
The ATV ride was kinda lame because we just went up & down a dirt path. The zip line into the water was sort of decent but you can’t go if you’re over 220 lbs so you just stay in the pool - it did let us cool off which was nice. The zip line over the forrest was cool even though the platform was a bit sketchy. The little zip line through the trees was laughably short. The highlight was the cenote! It definitely made this whole thing worth it! We got to cool off and enjoy seeing some fish & bats, while learning about the ecosystem.
It was fun but at the end they were trying to upsell you almost everything. It felt irritating at one point. Our tour guide was great though! Shout out to chilango!
Tour by Jonny Walker, could not recommend higher. Brilliant experience and so much fun start to finish!
Half day zip lining and ATVs it was duper fun . Everyone was nice and polite I will definitely come back to Mexico .
These people are thieves; I have them a 24hr notice to move my tour around, they bounced me around from the 1800 number to the operator. I don’t recommend them at all. You can find more trustworthy tours locally.
Had a blast!!! Lets start with our pick up to our Airbnb, Jay jay was very nice and welcoming, our tour guide Christian was awesome and very attentive to us and our needs with keeping us together and safe. It will get very dusty but they did provide hair nets. We were not rushed at all even though we started late. Lunch was ok. They did keep offering things to buy throughout the tour, which is to be expected. The lockers they provided, came as a clutch because we did over prepare lol. Oh and we did have alittle mix up with them taking us back, the driver was told to drop us 15 minutes away, but the young lady on the phone was sure to get that corrected, and dropped us to our Airbnb. Overall, everyone we encountered was very pleasant, will do again. Thanks guys!!!
Had a blast beginning to end! The staff was awesome and kept our group safe and together. If you looking for a good excursion, but don’t want to take up your whole day! This is the one!
I felt like the tour was rushed. The pick up was a lot later than it should’ve been because when you say my tour starts 8:45 in the morning, I’m ready and so should be the other people. The guide tried his best to make a good experience however, being crowded and rushed, made it not one not to mention, rushed to eat, because now the driver had to hurry up and bring us back. And that same driver left me at the check in spot instead of returning to the resort, which is what was agreed-upon prior to me going on this tour. I had to find a taxi in the middle of nowhere by myself and Pay to get back to my resort. With people speaking, Spanish and Mayan and nobody understanding English.
Alex and everyone is AMAZING! The food was so good and authentic. Cenotes was very refreshing, loved every minute.
The ATV ride that was promised through the jungle was a very dusty dirt road where we were choking on fumes from all the ATVs… It wasn’t a terribly fun experience
My friends and I booked this half day excursion and overall we had a great time! To start off, they picked our group of 8 up from our resort along with 4 more people from a nearby hotel. The driver then took us to a supermarket, parked and got off the van, then a random guy opened the van door and started trying to sell us bandanas and water resistant phone cases. Obviously this is all a part of their business. After we refused to buy anything, the guy left and we waited in the van for another 5 mins. A different guy with a green Maya Adrenaline shirt opened the van door and told our group of 8 to get off the van because we were going to be transported in a different van. The other 4 people stayed on the van and were taken to the excursion. I'm not really sure why we got kicked off the van and had to wait another 5-10 mins to get picked up again. Once we arrived at the excursion, yet another guy opened the van door to sell us bandanas and water resistant phone cases. We ended up buying bandanas (because you actually need them unless you want dust all over your face) and paid the rest of our excursion total, there is a charge to use card, so bring cash if you don't want to overpay. Our guide told us that we'd have to do our excursions in a different order because there was a lot of groups in front of us. So we started with the Mayan ceremony, then the ziplines, then the cenote, and ended with ATVs. Honestly the order didn't matter because we still had a lot of fun! I was a little wary of the Mayan ceremony because I don't really mess with stuff like that so if you don't want to participate don't feel pressured to. One thing to note is there are lockers once you get past the first long zipline but you have to carry your stuff with you ON the long zipline to get to the lockers which I found to be a bit odd. The first zipline was the highest and the longest but also the slowest so if you're carrying your stuff in a bag you'll be fine. The other 2 after that were faster but a short distance. After the ziplines we went back to the lockers to change before the cenote. There are some rooms with a curtain you can use to change into your swimsuit but I just wore my swimsuit underneath my clothes so I wouldn't have to do that. The cenote was really the most unique and best part!! You'll get lifejackets and a flashlight to swim through the cenote cave and see bats above you, as long as you don't scream and scare them, they won't fly around. After the cenote we changed and went to the ATVs. Some of the ATVs were breaking down during our ride but the guides were there to help start back up. I don't believe it was a 45 min ride but we were pretty tired so we didn't really care. Lastly, we had our lunch and were presented with all the photos they took of our group throughout the excursion. We ended up buying the group photos because the memories are worth it! Split between the 8 of us we paid around $14 each for the photos. After we finished our lunch, our transportation was ready to take us back to our hotel. Although there were a few things that could've been better like the overall organization and timing of the transportation, our group ended up having a blast. Things to note: - Bring a bandana for dust on ATV - Wear swimsuit underneath clothes - Bring water shoes for cenote (there are sharp rocks in some parts) - Bring money for tips
I came to this tour solo and joined with other participants. A group of about 8 or 9. The group and our guide we all pretty easy going which made things much more fun. We started with atvs over some rugged jungle terrain which I enjoyed. From there we did the ziplines with the 2nd being the highest and furthest. You can pretty much see the entire area from atop the platform. Then we did the cenote which was my favorite part. Swimming throughout the cenote as a group at various depths was fun and challenging. A pleasant surprise was the mayan ceremony which gave me further respect for mayan culture and the land. Overall, I had a great time.
We had the BEST time! There are so many tours to choose from- but THIS IS THE ONE you should go with. It was such a fun adventure. Cruz was an amazing tour guide. Thanks for the great time. P.s. Pack a bandana :)
Probably one of the best excursions I’ve been on! The day was packed with nonstop adventures! From beginning to end all of the guides drivers and all else that took of us were so attentive! I would highly recommend this tour. So much fun and met such great people!
Amazing adventure, informative staff, friendly, and good food. Truly an experience to be had best atv experience ever
Overall, a good an experience but time management couldn’t been tighter. Cruz was a patient and entertaining guide.
Spectacular tour of the several cenotes and underground caves. My tour guide Pedro was extremely knowledgeable and new caves very well. I would really recommend this tour to anyone!
Great experiences and tour guide! ATV’s Ziplining and Cenote were beautiful! The lunch was ok. Overall 9/10
This tour is beyond amazing. The staff really knows there stuff. My husband and I did the cenotes tour. It was definitely an amazing day and something I'll never forget. You just get past your initial fear and five in. Eddy our tour guide was so nice. I have asthma and he helped me gage the cave while holding onto his life jacket. I pushed myself a bit and it paid off. It was such a great day. The lunch afterwords was delicious. Don't expect it to be gourmet. It was a simple meal of rice, beans, chicken and different toppings. It was filling and delicious, Thank you Eddy, Isaiah, and Jose. This was a great day!
