Nice driver and car. Requested a bottle of wine for the drive and it was very nice. We got roundtrip and haven’t had the return part yet but assume it will also be great.

Our pickup went smoothly and our driver was gracious and pleasant. He gave us good information about things to try during our stay and answered all our questions with grace and humor. A helpful tip is to make sure you use WhatsApp, it made communication and updates very easy with the driver.

This experience was great, easy to find the driver, as he was waiting with my name on the sign. He was very friendly & helpful. He even politely asked us to wait while he turned the car & AC on so we didn’t get into a hot car. We got RT & he made sure to pick us up on time to catch our flight home. We felt safe & he gave us great information during the ride about Mexico. Would definitely recommend & book them again my next trip back!

Overall i would use Tulum Riviera Tours for my transport again. Had a few snags: my plane was late, got delayed in customs for a bag search, so when I finally got out it was 45 min past my arrival time. I had to wait an additional 45 min. Driver was nice and texted me to keep me updated.

David & his transportation team were wonderful! They provided reliable service for me throughout my entire week stay in Tulum, where daily I had to make a 1 HR ride round trip from my resort to the downtown Tulum area. My drivers were always respectful, friendly, reliable, excellent communication, and made me feel safe and well taken care of. Thank you, and would highly recommend. My airport pickup was perfect and on time.

This was a great experience! We found this service after being quoted an outrageous fee for a hotel organized service - driver was prompt, kind, and super easy to communicate with prior to pickup. He gave us lots of tips on where to enjoy our stay in Tulum, and got us to our hotel safely and comfortably. Highly recommend!

Driver was on time, super friendly, and safely got us to our hotel in the south of the Tulum Beaches. Gave us some great tips on where we should eat and enjoy our time in the area! Communication on viator and WhatsApp was really easy - great comms and felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Initially, our driver was 30 minutes late upon our arrival at the airport. However, I found him to be friendly and very informative. Unfortunately, the company canceled our return transportation to the airport at the last minute, without providing any alternative options to ensure we wouldn't miss our flight. To make matters worse, they only offered to refund half of what we paid, which ultimately meant I could have saved more money by booking transportation with another provider. According to the hotel staff, this company has a poor reputation.

David was a great chauffeur for our trip to and from the airport. He was timely, communicative and knowledgeable about the local history. The prices were fair too!

Everything about the shuttle ride was great. Our driver, David, was very professional, extremely friendly, and gave us an incredible history of Tulum and the Mayan culture in addition to giving us so many great recommendations of things to do and see. We would definitely recommend David to anyone.

This transportation service offers the best prices, but don’t let that deter you from using them. They are reliable and very professional. I booked this airport to hotel transfer while on my flight to Tulum. I received my confirmation via email and was a little worried that no further instructions came through. On the way out of the airport we showed someone our voucher and were directed to door number 4. That’s where all of the private transfer drivers were waiting. Our driver had a a card with my name on it, greeted us, grabbed our suitcases and showed us to his car. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area (he is also a private tour guide), and got us to our hotel in a timely manner. He answered all our questions about the area, gave us taqueria recommendations, and made us feel welcome! So glad I booked a last minute transfer!

Booked a round trip from airport to hotel. Driver was almost an hour late to the airport, after I called several times and left several messages. I had to send many messages to confirm the return drive. And the driver never showed up. I want a refund.

Myself and my mom travelled to Tulum alone, and were a little worried about safety. Our driver was VERY professional and gave us the best tips and lots of good advice and recommendations. His car was clean and comfortable and he was very kind! We felt very safe and he got us to and from the airport with no issues. He was running late on pickup, but communicated with us the whole time so it was no big deal. Highly recommend!

Received a WhatsApp welcome message and our Elias, our driver, was waiting for us near the exit. The airport is small and easy to navigate, so he was very easy to find. He was on time, easy going, easy to chat with, filled us in on Tulum, helped us with getting some contact solution that we left behind, and suggested some wonderful food options. Would definitely recommend anyone coming to Tulum for the first time, or anytime, to travel with Elias.

This service worked as advertised. We were picked up promptly upon landing and within 45 minutes were at our hotel. Our driver even made time for me to stop at an ATM. We booked a roundtrip, so we will see how the trip back to the airport works when we leave. I am confident it will be just as easy.

The company doesn’t respond to pickup times or dates at the end of your trip they take your money for the round trip but never pick you up for the return one we have been using your company in past years this is the second time this has happened not happy we have found a different company to take us to the airport would like to see half the fareback

We scheduled transport from the airport- they were communicative, timely and friendly. After a long flight, it was greatly appreciated.

I booked this a week before arrival. I got a message the day before Arrival saying please be patient as there was lots of Airport construction or road construction and to be "patient". I confirmed my flight time again and asked to please have someone waiting at the airport for me. They should have planned ahead of time if they thought there would be traffic? Upon exiting at the airport there were many people holding up signs for everyone else. There was nobody waiting for me I had to reach out to the company and they said because of traffic they were going to be late. I waited at the airport for almost an hour. Upon leaving the airport there was brand new beautiful roads I did not see any construction? I would not recommend this company as they were not honest and they did not plan accordingly even if there was some type of traffic. Everyone else on my flight and at the airport seem to be picked up on time no problem. I waited over an hour.

David was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the area and his driving was great. He was everything you could hope for in a driver. If we ever visit Tulum again we will definitely be in touch. We highly recommend!! We feel very safe and comfortable the whole time

We had a round trip ticket purchase. This service was good taking us from the airport to our destination. However the trip back to the airport was stressful. The admin of the transport service did not respond to our pick up time until it was 20 minutes after. We ended up calling a cab because we didn’t want to be late for our flight. Definitely recommend just getting a taxi even if it will cost more because this service is unreliable.

I arrived on a Saturday and had to provide my flight number and time so they had all the information about my flight in case of any delays. They let you know once you arrive into Tulum airport to go by the Starbucks once you get past the security checkpoint and someone will be there with your name on a sign. Our flight arrived on time and I sent the coordinator updates via text as well to let him know we were at baggage claim waiting for our bags. Once we got to the Starbucks at 4 pm there was absolutely nobody with a sign and our name on it just a bunch of other guys asking people if they need a taxi for a crazy amount of money. One of them had caught my eye because there was a group all wearing matching jungle camo shirts trying to get anyone to ride with them. We waited ten minutes then I called the number who texted me twice and got no answer so I texted at 4:11 and said we are by Starbucks where are you? He then responded “Wait at Starbucks”…at 4:13 I waited until 4:38 then texted him how long are we supposed to wait? He doesn’t respond until 4:56 and sends a picture of the guy and says “next Starbucks” “Jorge is waiting for you” as I’m literally right in front of the Starbucks and have been now for an hour. I immediately sent him pictures showing that no one was there and call him again to no avail. He finally calls back at 5:12 and asks if I’m still waiting…. I told him yes of course so he says let me call the driver and hangs up. Best part is once he sent the photo of the guy he was wearing a jungle camo shirts which I remembered seeing him going around asking people for taxi rides… He then calls me and tries lying to me and saying he just happened to pick somebody else up with the exact same name as me as if I was born yesterday and tells me there will not be another driver available for another 40 minutes to try and get a ride somewhere else and he will give me the ride back when I leave Tulum for free…. Keep in mind I’ve already paid it’s not free and at no point was a refund even offered which would of been the right thing to do as no service was received. Now by this point all the taxi kiosks close at 5 on the weekends so my girl and I were basically the only ones in the airport and there was no one else we could ask to take us. I call him back and tell him we saw your guy going around trying to get anyone for a ride and he never had a sign either plus please don’t lie to me as you guys had my full name, flight info, and hotel details which is impossible for someone else to have the same. We have to wait as all the taxi kiosks are closed and then he said let me see what I can do and hung up again. Calls me back 15 minutes later it is now 5:30 we’ve been waiting for an hour and a half saying he got us a driver. Not one word was uttered by this driver as they say they will give you recommendations on the area and what to do also false. The next day he asks for the information on our return flight and if we need the transfer back after all that so I respond and ask him “How much are you guys going to charge us for the return transfers after what happened last time?” He goes “85 usd” so I respond with “ So essentially a six dollar discount after having to wait for an hour and a half?” And got no answer or response after that. I would honestly rate them 0 stars if I could just go with another company and save yourself the stress.

Professional staff inquired about when we would land, had signage right where it was said to be and communicated for pickup time on the return to the airport. Drivers were high quality and knew where they were going what they were doing. Pick up for return to airport arrived promptly on time.

Great option from Tulum to Tulum Airport. The booking process was easy. We travelled from Tulum to the Airport. Even though the menu option confirmed Airport-Tulum, the agency connected with us timely and made the arrangements. The service was excellent with a timely pick-up. David was our driver, he was excellent.

Quick and Professional is all i will say. I had to make transportation accommodations last minute and needed a ride to our hotel and they made it happen and no weird extra fees either

I was initially annoyed with locating representative. They said meet in front of Starbucks, but where? Walked in circles until finally I see this tiny sign by my name on it🤦🏽‍♀️beside that, the driver was nice, the ride was smooth. Recommend larger signage to locate.
