We got more than we were expecting. We got to see 2 different ruin sites as well as a buffet and 2 cenotes. One was in the beautiful cave. So cool! The guide was very helpful. It was my partners favourite day I Mexico!

I had a wonderful day on the Coba, Tulum and Cenote tour and would highly recommend it. I was the only English guest in a group of 14, but I was looked after exceptionally well throughout the day. A special thank you to our guide, Millie (Mildred), who made sure I never felt left out and took the time to explain things in English just for me. Thank you also to Eli, our driver, who got us everywhere safely and smoothly. Coba was definitely the highlight of the trip for me and the cenote was beautiful. My only suggestion for improvement would be around food. With a 7.20am pick-up and lunch not until around 2.30pm, it made for a very long day without something more substantial to eat. Snacks were kindly offered later in the afternoon, but I was fortunate that I had brought fruit with me. Perhaps a small snack stop or offering something earlier in the day would make the experience even better. Thank you again, Millie and Eli, for such a memorable day in Mexico!
This was a great tour. This was a girls’ trip and we all enjoyed this tour. It’s a long day but each part was unique and special. We went to Tulum first and then Cobá and a buffet lunch and two cenotes Cenote Mariposa and Chen-Ha. Our tour guide Mildred was really great. Informative and funny and caring. Fernando was our driver and he was kind and courteous and professional. Thank you for a great day!
Thank you Milly and Felix for such an amazing and authentic experience. Our guides were very knowledgeable and also funny. It was a great experience I I would definitely do it again
The tour was awesome, and the tour guides, Moo and Estrella, were excellent and very knowledgeable about history.
Excellent trip from some girls from the DMV!
Everything was perfect! Estrella and Angel were the best guides and made the experience quite enjoyable. There was enough time to enjoy Tulum ruins and the Cenotes which were beautiful. The buffett lunch was very well served and delicious. Enough time at the Quinta Avenida in Playa del Carmen to explore some shopping. Really recommend it!
Angel and Estrella were awesome. They knew so much and made it very fun.
We went on the tour with Luis Estrella and Angel. Group of 55 in that tour and they did a great job keeping it all flowing and on track. Great explanations of the ruins in Tulum as well as Mayan culture and history. Really fun time
Moo and Estrella were great guides. Very knowledgeable and funny. Would definitely recommend the company and those guides.
Moo, Estrella, and Susanna were absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure no one was left behind!!!! Can’t bring plastic so bring a reusable water bottle!!!
The tour was really good and the guides Estrela, Suzana and Moo were super nice.
Absolutely loves it. Mildred was so nice, funny, knowledgeable and patient. She made sure everyone felt included and was not left out. We also got to taste freshly made chocolate thanks to her.
Such a good time, Moo and Estrella were fantastic tour guides. Bring a water proof phone case to get cool shots in the Cenotes.
Moo and Estrada were awesome loved the tours the times and food!
Had a great time! Really glad we had Mo and Estrella as our tour guides. They were very educated, informative, helpful, funny, and pleasant to have guide us. You can tell they love what they do and respect the culture. The bus was very clean with a restroom and A/C. Jose was very kind and safe driver. We loved taking a dip into the Cenotes and taking instagram worthy photos. Definitely a must when visiting Cancun. Also, I noticed paying the extra $10 when booking would have been worth it. you will receive a souvenir bag with sandwich and beer which you will regret not doing for the 2 hour ride to Tulum on the bus if you skipped breakfast. Will definitely book with them again. Specifically Ekinox tours. Oh! And I loved that Mo surprised me with speaking to me in my language, Farsi. Really showed he respects all cultures and travelers from all over the world.
Luis Estrella was and exceptional tour guide. Very professional and considerate. He made sure we understood where we would be and what to expect. Victor was a terrific bus driver. Very attentive. I felt safe and confident with him.
I was very impressed with the knowledge Luis Estrella was able to share. Our driver, Victor was awesome.
Moo & Luis Estrella were absolute pleasures as tour guides. Very knowledgeable at each stop & and always made us feel really safe!!
Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was exactly what the company showed on Trip Advisor. The buffet was included and good. We got to see Tulum Ruins and two Cenotes that was refreshing to swim .
It was a well organized tour and the Tour guides (Moo, Kauil and Estrella) where the best 😃and they were funny, gave us a lot of information and made the day unforgettable 😃I would always book that tour again😊
Amazing experience. Everything was well organized and the tour guides were very helpful and kind. It was an enjoyable experience I would 100% recommend
Very nice team of tour guides! I love the experience.
Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and Uk taught us many things about the Mayan culture. The ruins were a great experience. The climb to the top of Coba was exhilarating but super physical. The cenotes were beautiful. I personally enjoyed the cleansing we received from the Mayan Shaman. One note: this tour requires walking on uneven surfaces and a good bit of physical activity.
Louis Estrella and jose were great! 5/5! Thank you!!
The historical knowledge was excellent. This was my second time visiting Tulum, and these guys really made the experience worth it.
Clear communication in advance. Picked up at hotel on time. Enjoyed every stop including Tulum, two cenotes after lunch and Playa del Carmen. Lobo, Carlos, and Estrella are THE crew to get! They were all fantastic. The kids (25 & 13) and I had a great time!
Fantastic Tour! Moo was our tour guide and he was AMAZING! Super knowledgeable for the history & culture of the area. Paid $160 for 4 people which was well worth it with the activities, guides and transportation! Absolutely will be booking with these guys again when we come back down.
The entire experience was amazing, from learning about the Mayan history and Culture via our guides, visiting the ruins and the centers. Our lunch was absolutely delicious! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Best experience in Tulum . Amazing tour guide and the food was excellent
Nice trip. Well organized. Guides and drivers were excellent. 1st stop was Tulum ruins - IMO too short / wish we stayed LONGER to admire the ruins (also since we mandatory paid extra for national park tickets). Pro Tip: Visit Tulum *first* then Chichen Itza because you will be underwhelmed the other way around. Second stop was lunch and cenotes at the private location in the jungle. Food was OK, clean, & fresh - buffet / cafeteria style. Souvenirs available but zero pressure to buy. Two small cenotes, which were nice and refreshingly cold water in the hot sun. Very nice facilities to change and shower. Last stop was Play Del Carmen, walking around the town for exploring snacks, coffee, ice cream and beach - basically free time. Nice way to end the trip.
A great day with great tour guides. The bus was very comfortable which provided for a relaxing yet exciting day. My only suggestion would be to have more time and Coba instead of the cenote. It was a little rushed after visiting the pyramid and getting back to the bus, would have enjoyed more time to explore. The buffet lunch was excellent.
Top notch tour! Uk was an awesome tour guide who spoke three languages and was warm and friendly, as were Susana and Jose - the buffet l food at the cenote was better than at our resort and the cenote swim was heavenly- highly recommended!!
Our family have a great trip. Our guides are Estrella and Sushi. They are both very great. we enjoy Tulum site very much. 40 usd is worth it. our guides provide interesting perspectives from morden day Mayans. the lunch is at a Mayan village with delicious buffet. the two cenotes are very beautiful. enough time to go swimming. more than enough water for the day provided.
The tour was good but we had a bus of like 60 people and it took way too long to wait for everyone to get in and out of buses and wait for everyone to go to the bathroom and meet up again so there was a lot of waiting. They also split our groups up into Italian speakers in one and Spanish and English in the other but it took way too long for the guide to explain everything in Spanish and English and we could hardly understand his English and we stood in one spot in Tulum way too long trying to listen to him instead if having more time to explore the ruins ourselves. In Coba we rented bikes to explore ourselves but we had to wait way too long in line to climb the big temple because there were so many people. Some of the stops were too rushed and we didn't have much time in the cenote. The food was good and the ruins were nice to see but they should have split the groups into smaller groups or used smaller buses with more groups and they should have had only one language per group.
Luis was an excellent tour guide. My husband and I choose this tour as a part of a relaxing vacation to celebrate Valentine’s Day and my husband’s birthday. Our tour included the Tulum ruins, a buffet then swimming in a cenote, the shopping in playa de Carmen. Luis Strella was very knowledgeable about the history and cultural significance of the ruins and cenote. He was entertaining and did not make us feel rushed. The buffet food was tasty however the drinks were not included but they were reasonably priced. We were underwhelmed with the shopping experience, there could have been more time to explore also everything was over priced but that’s to be expected at a tourist stop. We appreciated that there was no pressure sales for other items during the tour an no pressure to tip. If you are looking for a relaxing tour full of culture and history, I’d highly recommend this one with Luis and Manuel! Thank you for your part in making our first trip to Mexico memorable! We will return!
Great time learning the history and understanding more about the culture! Plenty of time allowed to walk and explore. We had three male tour guides and they were all fantastic!
Nice experience wonderful I like too much
Great tour! The guide is bilingual. Speaking both English and Spanish. He organized and control the pace nicely that we have enough time for both Coba and Tulum yet not feel tired. At the end we still have time for swiming in a cenote after lunch.
Everything was amazing. Our guide, Abel was very well prepared, had extensive knowledge about the places we visited, the history and the culture as well, and a captivating way of storie telling to keep it always interesting. Both Tulum and Coba could worth one day each if you have the time, and interest about it, but you can see the best of both in this combined trip. After exploring the past tasting the local food was really refreshing. Great variety, and everything I've tried tasted really great. And to top it all at the end the swimming in the cenotes was rejuvenating. The sight is amazing. It's also important to mention our driver, Jose Cesar who kept us safe ont the roads throughout the day. All in all it was our best experience in Mexico.
Abel is an excellent tour guide, engaging storyteller, and fun! And Cesar is a pro behind the wheel of the bus! You should meet them!
Mildred was a great tour guide she kept us entertained and gave us many tip bits regarding the history of Tulum. Miguel, our bus driver, got us to and from the locations safely especially in the of road section to the Maya Buffet.
Enjoyed ease of booking, transport and navigating top attractions in a day. Luis Guemez did a great job providing historical info and interesting facts in both English and Spanish. As a solo traveler I felt safe and looked after. Highly recommend
Both of our tour guides - Suana & Blanca are great! Very well explained everywhere we went in English. Great English speaker. They are very kind and patient!
We started the day on a 2 hour bus ride to Tulum. Our tour guides, Carlos Moo, Freddy, and Blanca made the time pass quick with lots of interesting facts about Mayan culture. We then toured the Mayan ruins and again received lots of insightful information on what we were seeing. We then went to the Cenote Mariposa. We started with a tasty buffet and then went for a swim. We all really enjoyed this opportunity to cool down in such an amazing setting. We all had a great time and I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to do something beyond the resorts in the Cancun area.
Angel and Jesus were the best tour guides ever. You can tell they know what they are talking about. They gave us a great mixture of free time and learning time and had a full day of great activities. SO WORTH IT !
The trip was very well organized. Carlos and Angel were the best tour guides, they kept us entertained though the whole ride. They explained everything very well and answered all questions. They gave clear directions and the whole excursion was a breeze. I would recommend using Ekinox Tours to all your Mexico/Cancun excursions.
Carlos Moo and Angel Kauil were great tour guides! They were super nice and very knowledgeable! It was a lot of fun! The food was super good too! The water was very cold but it was worth it because it was so beautiful at the cenote.
We had a great time in Tulum! Angel our instructor was great at telling the history and landmarks. We will definitely go again!
A better experience with two archeological sites at Tulum and Coba with two cenote swims. The immersion into the Mayan Village was a nice touch with the lunch. Chichen Itza is too long of a trip at 12 hours. However, it is a one of the Seven Wonders of the World now. The tour guide was great. Susana.
