Impossible to find the location for the tour, the entrance to the park couldnt help/did not speak English. Very frustrating. Can't review on the tour itself since we drove around and never found the meeting point.

Itinerary
Short on time but dreaming of swimming with sea turtles? This 1.5-hour snorkel trip takes you straight to Tulum's sea turtle and stingray sanctuary, the same spot that made our 2-hour tour famous. Your boat leaves from Playa Pescadores, inside Jaguar Park (Tulum National Park). First we cruise along the cliffs of the Tulum ruins so you can photograph the ancient Mayan city from the sea. Then it's time to jump in: wild sea turtles graze on the seagrass and rise for air just a few meters away, while stingrays glide over the white sand and tropical fish swirl around you. Your guide swims with you the whole time, and life jackets and snorkel gear in every size are included, so first-timers and families with kids 5+ feel completely safe. Every boat carries a small group, and you can return to the boat whenever you like. We respect the animals: no touching, no feeding. Departures at 10:00 and 12:00. Entry to Jaguar Park is free, and optional electric shuttles can take you to the beach.

Great experience. Got to see and swim with turtles, sting rays, and fish :). However the coral reef were all brown and dead :(.
We had a great time! We first sailed quite close to Tulum Ruins and got a good view and stopped for everyone to take pictures, then we swimmed with sea turtles and sting rays. We spent quite a long time in the water so we really had a chance to see multiple turtles, all different sizes and colors. All the equipment was provided (life jacket, mask, tuba, flippers). It was a small group of 15 people. There was also a dry space to put all our bags and belongings. However it was windy so the sea was a bit agitated, a few people got sick because of the waves. So if you're sensitive to seasickness I would definitely recommend taking meds with you just in case!
Great time! Saw many turtles and sting rays!! We enjoyed it all and had time to explore on our own. They were also flexible.
It was everything I could have imagined and there were sea turtles swimming so close it was amazing the guide were great, the Taxi service that was referred was spectacular. Great communication
This is a scam. When at the ruins they sell you this "tour". Charge you 400 peso per person, then send you over to the Parque jaguar to pay another 400 peso per person. Tour guide doesnt speak english. you sit and wait for the boat an hour until they have enough people, then they take you out through 4 feet of seaweed, then offshore of the ruin. The entire boat is perhaps 30 ins. A total rip off. Im disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Once arriving at the checkpoint everything was well organized , we boarded the boat promptly at the time stated, and we had a blast, and was able to capture some video of the turtles, sting rays, and the beautiful fish!!! Definitely book this experience
Purchased the 1.5 hour snorkel trip, we were in the water maybe 45 mins or so… thought we were going to another location but they brought us back to the shore
It was a great experience. All the staff and guides were very helpful. It was amazing seeing the sea turtles in their natural habitat
The staff were kind and friendly. Excellent stewards of the coral reef while also providing a memorable snorkeling experience.
Booking doesn't tell you until after you book that you have to pay an additional $15-$20 fee per person to enter the national park, which also requires you to stand in a long line (about 30-40 minutes). The actual trip was an hour from start to finish. We were in the water for about 30-40 minutes. We did get to see some turtles who swam right next to us, but the reefs were dead.
The directions where to park and enter into the national park were a bit confusing and caused a delay, but our host was very courteous and awaited for us to arrive. We were about to rate the outing a 4 until we arrived at the coral reef, sea turtle and sting rays. Then it was a 5!!
Booked this for a bachelorette trip and it was as advertised! They took us out to see the ruins from the water first and then took us to the site to see sea turtles and sting rays. Then they took us to a second area to see the coral reef! It was so much fun! Sadly someone in our group got sea sick though so I recommend Dramamine especially for when the boat is anchored and just rocking. That aside, great experience for animal lovers!
So many fish, turtles, stingrays. The animal were all over us in every direction. It was so beautiful
I visited Tulum for vacation with my friend and her mother, on our last day we stayed at a beach hotel and we decided to snorkel. I would say that this company does not limit your experience if you do not know how to swim. I do not know how to swim and the guides Alfredo and Nickolas made this an amazing experience. Alfredo was the one who got in the water with us and guided us, for the ones who did not have swimming experience he did use a orange floating device and at first I was very uncomfortable being in open water but he helped make the experience as comfortable as possible and at the end I did get used to it and just being able to see everything up close was breathtaking. I would honestly say that he did most of the work with that orange floating device, Alfredo went above and beyond! Out of interest I started to ask Alfredo and Nickolas questions about the coral reef and they started to explain what harms the coral and helps protect the coral reef and the animals in general. The way they explained about how much time they spend cleaning the ocean and how protective they are about certain parts of the coral reef made this an even better experience knowing you are in hands of people who genuinely care about the living creatures and state of the coral reef. I thought it was so nice seeing the guides feed the animals. You can clearly see how much pride they take in their jobs! I would definitely recommend this company for snorkeling and especially the guides Nickolas and Alfredo!
My friends and I went for my bachelorette party on this tour. Our guides were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating. They showed us great views of the Mayan ruins from the ocean and where they took us to snorkel was magical. We saw a ton of sea turtles the day we were out and we also saw sting rays, tons of fish and the coral reef! 10/10 recommend! Great bang for your buck!
This tour was our favorite. We saw everything they said we might, corral, tropical fish, sting rays and most important - turtles. Our guides were friendly and very knowledgeable. My 14 year old granddaughter wanted to do it again as soon as we finished. Very worthwhile.
The guide was great. He helped my wife out, as it was her first time snorkelling. We saw turtles, stingrays and a lot of colourful fish. I highly recommend this trip.
Fantastic experience! The company was very flexible and allowed us to change our booking to a later time when we had an issue getting to the meeting point. When we arrived we were the only two people on the tour, which meant the guide came snorkelling with us, and pointed out brightly coloured fish, coral and rays. The rays came really close! The highlight was literally as we jumped into the water, two sea turtles appeared as if to say welcome! They swam so close we could see their eyes and the detail on their shells and flippers. So cool. Highly recommend this trip- great value and plenty of time to explore the reef, plus a photo op in front of the Mayan Ruins.
The diving instructors were so friendly! They went a little bit overtime as well, as they allowed us to snorkel and go in the water a second time to see the turtles. My favourite experience in Tulum! Do not miss out and be sure to check this company out. So affordable and totally worth it.
The tour was great! We were well taken care of and well equipped to explore the reef. It was beautiful.
Great value and service for a quick snorkeling excursion. The staff was super patient with my family as I coached my kids in their 1st open water snorkel and was so excited to see turtles and stingrays! We also got a great family photo in front of the ruins.
Our guides were outstanding, taking care of one of the people in our party who was not a strong or confident swimmer. She managed to have the same wonderful experience as the rest of us. Definitely include this as part of your holiday.
Our tour guide was exceptional, helping an uncomfortable swimmer so everyone could see the wildlife. Beautiful reef with many fish, turtles and manta rays. Office was very helpful and quickly responded to us when we made a mistake.
Great captain and guide highly recommend this tour! Saw ruins from the water and got to see a lot of great coral and creatures! Super nice guide and captain!
Tulum ruins are closed but this tour afforded us an opportunity to see them anyways! Snorkeling was incredible - dozens of sting rays, 5+ turtles, tons of fish, and coral was so close I was afraid I’d hit it with my fin! Loved every second. Thank you!
I had a private snorkeling tour, I saw so many colour fishes and reefs. The guys were so nice and it was my first time and the guy made sure I was very safe!
All very well, we have seen many turtles and blankets. The boys were very attentive and friendly.
It was my daughter and I and we enjoyed it so much! The service was excellent from the first contact and the guys who took us for the ride were super cute, super attentive, explained everything, told us where we were, what there was, what we should not do, etc. An important part of the experience was them and we appreciate it!
From the beginning Nicolas gave me a very complete explanation of the tour which exceeded my expectations through a great service from José, Nico and Germán, great hosts who offered me a unique experience !!! We snorkele in 2 places one with coral reef and one with turtles and manta rays. Highly Recommended!!
It was an excellent experience, in which you connect with the sea, enjoy an incredible view as you meet many turtles. The experience was worth living, without hesitation I would repeat it again.
Para una primera experiencia con snorkel estuvo bien, el guia era amable y considerado. Sin embargo el tiempo fue menor al que se indica, el titulo dice 1.5 hrs de snorkel, y en realidad el tiempo en el agua fue de unos 40 minutos.
The boat takes you a few hundred meters from the shore and unexpectedly there is a huge reef full of fish. We were even able to caress rays that came to pick up the fish taken by the guide.
