Had a great time! Eduardo was our guide and we had a wonderful time. On the snorkeling we saw 6 turtles, a sting ray and a bunch of fish. The cenote swim was incredible and Eduardo customized the swim to our comfort level and interest. Lunch was fantastic. All around a great day and I highly recommend!

We took a private tour with this company. Hisael was our guide. Our tour was perfect from start to finish. We are not early riser so we were a few minutes late and it was not a big deal. They recommended we start early to avoid the crowds with the turtles and it was worth it. We saw amazing turtles and stingrays. Our guide was absolutely perfect and took care of our family, including my four-year-old who he pulled along in a life buoy. We then went to a beautiful cenote. Our hard to please 13 year old loved being able to dive off the platform. Finally we ended at a local taco stand. In addition to being able to support a local business it didn’t hurt the same picky 13 year old said they were the best tacos he’s ever had. Highly recommend this company ans Hisael as your guide.
We had a tour with Hisael and it was great! He picked us up at our hotel and drove to Akumal to snorkel with the turtles and fish. We had a guide helping out and pointing out the fish and they did great with my 8 year old who had never snorkeled. Then we went to an uncrowded cenote, which was really cool. We all loved swimming around and jumping off the ledge. Lunch was at Juanita’s in Dos Ojos and it was so good! My daughter got to hold their parrot and there are tons of swings and fun for kids. Thank you Hisael for a fun day!
Lim was a wonderful tour guide! Knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!
Lim was an amazing guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. Great tour! The Yaz Muul cenote was an incredible tour. We loved it!
We had a fantastic excursion to Akumal and a cenote. Lim, our guide, was very knowledgeable and an excellent tour guide. I would highly recommend this group and Lim.
Our guide Limber was simply amazing. Arrived timely in a lovely clean and airconditioned car. He was very knowlegeable about the sites, flora and fauna, his English and German were top. It felt like spending the day with a great friend who had everything organised for us. It was money well spent!
We had an amazing private tour with Lim! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel effortless. Swimming with turtles was unforgettable, and exploring the cenote caves felt magical. Lim made sure we were safe, comfortable, and having fun every step of the way. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a personal and memorable adventure!
From start to finish, this tour exceeded all expectations. Although our original car had issues and couldn’t take us, the team handled it incredibly well – within no time, they arranged a new driver and guide, and the day went exactly as planned. We had a private guide with us to help find sea turtles, and it was such a magical and personal experience. After that, we visited the most beautiful cenote I’ve ever seen – crystal clear water, peaceful surroundings, and simply breathtaking. The day ended with a delicious local lunch that felt authentic and full of flavor. Everything felt well-organized, professional, and personal. Huge thanks to the team for turning what could have been a hiccup into one of the best days of our trip!
Swimming with turtles was an experience I never imagined I’d see, Ruben made us extremely comfortable all day which ac in his car along with free drinks and snacks. After this he took us to the most amazing cave cenote with the freshest water, he gave us snorkels and flashlights to ensure we could see all the fishes and I can’t thank him enough for making the day as wonderful as it was. Thank you so much Ruben and I recommend anyone wanting to go on a private tour to book as the price was so reasonable. The food afterwards was also free and he took us to the most authentic restaurant which was truly wonderful
Hisael was our guide, he was extremely knowledgeable and well versed in anything related to the state of Yucatan. He spoke 3 languages which came in handy considering we have a couple of kids who don't speak Spanish. He was very attentive and even accommodateda last minute change. Instead of having lunch we requested if it would be possible to take us to an outdoor and cave cenote. Great decision. This travel company is a must!
Our day trip started with a meeting with Ruben. He arrived at the appointed time in the morning and picked us up. His car was comfortable and clean. While we were driving to Akumal Beach, Ruben told us about the local attractions. By arrival, we went to the beach using the tickets purchased by Ruben. Everything was very organized: a place to store clothes, giving out vests and masks, meeting the guide to the turtles. The swim itself to the habitat of sea turtles was wonderful! At arm's length, we saw these sea giants, periodically surfacing nearby to gulp some air. Lots of fish and different creatures on the reefs. When we finished, we were offered water, drinks, and snacks. We were preparing for the next discovery. Since there were two of us only, Ruben offered a choice of cenotes, open or underground. We chose the underground one and were not mistaken. It was a beautiful place with unique natural architecture. The purest water, fish, and bats. We swam with masks and underwater torches through the entire cenote. And Ruben went underwater with us. The beauty and unusualness of this place were amazing, stalactites and stalactites, underwater rocks, cracks in the upper vaults through which the sun entered, and birds flew in. And bats constantly scurrying back and forth. I would love to go back there again! Well, at the end of our trip, we found ourselves in Tulum in a local restaurant, where they served a specially prepared dish according to an old Mayan recipe. We really liked everything! Next time, we will definitely book a similar trip with Ruben. We were lucky that we met him, a local resident who knows everything around and around this magical place. We highly recommend him!
Excellent experience. Ruben was an excellent guide, we went snorkeling with the turtles and sting rays, lots of different fish species. After, we went to Yax luum, an underground cenote with the clearest water. All in all a five star experience. Thank you Ruben!
Perfect half day tour to swim with turtles and enjoy a Cenote. All followed by a delicious local Mexican lunch. Ruben was incredibly friendly and told great stories along the way. Highly recommend it. Very much worth a bit extra to go on a private tour.
Vi had a great day in the company of Ruben. He knows so much out of personal interest, and it really shows! We had a great time all day, and would definitely recommend going to Akumal and a cenote this way. We are so happy with our decision to go in a private tour, and it did not disappoint! Ruben even took photos of u, and all contact was super easy on WhatsApp.
Ruben took our family to a cenote, snokeling, and lunch - we had the best time ever! He was knowledgeable, well traveled, and attentive to our needs.
OMG This was an incredible excursion. We saw everything we wanted to see. We didn't want to use the resort activities and found this trip through Trip Advisor (and Viator). It was full day trip with a most excellent guide (Ruben). The trip ended up being quite a bit less ($$) than a similar trip through our resort (Club Med) and it was PRIVATE which meant that it was much easier to alter the trip as we wanted. We had two kids with us (6 and 10) as well as five adults. Van was comfortable, we saw a bunch of turtles, swan in a cool cenote and toured the highlights of Tulum. We also had a killer lunch at a small taco place in Tulum. Our only recommendatin would be to do Tulum earlier in the day because it was very hot by the time we got there late afternoon.
The tour was amazing! Lalo, our guide, was kind, informative, and funny, we really felt comfortable with him. The activities we did were so much fun, we saw all kinds of animals and the coolest scenery. Would recommend!
Ruben took us on the most incredible excursion! We saw so much sea life at the Puerto Morelos Ntl Park. The weather was beautiful and we had the entire snorkeling area all to ourselves! We took out GoPro and got the most amazing videos. Ruben also snapped some great pics of us during the experience. Afterwards, he showed us some super local delicious tacos after the swim. The whole morning was a truly unforgettable local experience.
Our guide Ruben was an amazing guide for our last Adventure. The cenote was beautiful, relaxing, and amazing quality time with my husband. We enjoyed tacos with a huge amount of choices of what kind of have the food was delicious. This place was more of a locals hang out. It’s not fancy, but we enjoyed down to earth.
Ruben was an excellent guide, he was prompt on arrival, and it was great last day for us on our honeymoon . He truly knows the land and people. He gave us options for lunch and the food was amazing, but we love our tacos! The cenote was so peaceful and the water clear with the sounds of birds to fill the air, I forgot the world outside as I floated in such peacefulness. I hope to have him or his company in the future to see more of the Yucatán.
Amazing experience, one of the best tours I have done, i had a blast with Ruben, really nice guy! I recommend this tourist company 100 % toppppp
To miss the crowds, we started our private tour early with our tour guide, Eduardo. Our first stop was Tulum. Eduardo gave us an excellent overview of the site and provided interesting information about the individual ruins that we visited. It was a hot day so as we walked back to the car, Eduardo had cold towels and cold bottled water ready for us, which we very much appreciated. He also offered us some snacks to refuel. Our next stop was Cenote Xunaan-Ha. It was quiet and beautiful and the water was cool and refreshing. We could have stayed there longer but we decided to head over to Playa Akumal to snorkel and swim with the green sea turtles before it gets too crowded. Another guide, Kique, helped us navigate through the waters of Playa Akumal and educated us about the green sea turtles. We lost count as to how many sea turtles we observed. After all that hiking and swimming, we were ready for lunch. Eduardo took us to El Fogon where we feasted on tacos (sirloin and chorizo) and beef fajitas. The food was well-seasoned and the beef fajitas were very tender. This was by far the best meal we head during our entire trip. We had a fantastic time on this tour and highly recommend it. Eduardo was friendly, enthusiastic, and was more than happy to answer all our questions. We will definitely do this tour again on our next visit to the area.
All the views were amazing! Our guide was so informative & professional - we literally had such a memorable time in Mexico. Highly recommended!!
Ruben was the best! Very professional, considerate, personable, and informative. VIP services at its best. Each location we went to, He informed us of what we should expect and guided us through the process. The private tour of the Cenote was awesome!!! My wife and I had the entire Cenote to ourselves! (Unheard of) Everything about the trip was A+. From the food, servers, and scenery; it could not have been done better. Ruben, my friend, we can't thank you enough. You helped create memories for us that will last a lifetime. I'd recommend your services without question. We hope to see you again for the next fo around. 💯💫👍
Quality Service and unique support I recommend +++ To do absolutely, we really liked their professionalism and kindness. Francophone guide with the best advice. We had a great time Good continuation to the team and maybe see you soon
Great excursion with our guide Ruben at the top, very friendly. We swam with the turtles and saw beautiful and non-tourist cenotes, we were alone. Lunch very good. Perfect, I really recommend.
The private tour is highly recommended. Follow suggestion tour operator, in Riviera Maya leave no later than your hotel at 7:30 AM to avoid crowds in Tulum Our private guide, Victor Santos, tremendously dedicated to any requirement we had, excellent and safe driver. Thorough knowledge of all the places we were, was available for photographs at all times, without rushing and allowing us to enjoy Tulum: beautiful walled citadel with Mayan vestiges on the edge of the Caribbean Sea, with the best views for photos. Note: You can no longer go down to the beach in the Archaeological Area of Tulum. In Cenote (a beautiful Cenote open to the sky, not sunk in a cave, with a demarcated place to jump, very safe and crystal clear waters, with acceptable amount of people on site) and Swim with Turtles. Separate note for this last activity: beautiful place, sometimes very crowded with swimmers looking for a turtle, follow at all times the directions of the local guide so as not to disturb the animals. As we delayed the tours, we went to a local restaurant in Akumal, recommended by our guide Victor: a small local restaurant outside tourist area, homemade local food, very cozy and very tasty tortillas with beef and guacamole Then back to our hotel. The whole tour was 7 1/2 hours, so we took advantage of the day very well. Local Travel Mexico had contact with us at all times, before and after our tour. Fully recommended. Finally, repeat: Guide Victor Santos, the best in Riviera Maya. If you can, request that he be your guide.
