Alex and Juan were great! The communication leading up to our arrival gave me peace of mind and we knew exactly where to go. Juan had a sign with my name, there was a booster seat in the car, ready to go for my son and the ride to our hotel was smooth and pleasant.
Alex was our private driver for the whole trip. He was absolutely excellent and reliable! He drove us to both of our airport trips, restaurants, excursions, and the store. Our trip went so smooth because of him! I highly recommend these services.
Alex was the absolute best! He went above and beyond to take care of our group of girls and was so sweet!
Alexander was amazing! Always on time and helped us get to and from safely! Thank you so much and we will be back!
Alexander was amazing! He was our driver for the full trip and made us feel safe and got us everywhere in a timely manner. So sweet and accommodating! Will be using him again next time we come.
Our driver was Alex, and he was incredibly accommodating for our whole stay in Tulum! He waited for us through all our different activities(cenotes, yachts, and restaurants/night outs). Highly recommend this company for your transportation needs in Tulum!
Choose Lalo as your driver and you will be transported and treated professionally and with kindness. He is great!!!
Alex was very nice and fun to talk to! Great service getting us to/from akumal and he even showed us a local food spot in tulum that was very good! Definitely one of the best tour guides to have in tulum.
Alex Transport was recommended to us by our AirBNB and our driver Juan was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, easy to get in touch with, waited for us when we were delayed and he helped remove any stress about getting to and back from the beach and places in town. Highly recommended Juan!
It was amazing from begining to end. On time polite and overall a great experience as shott as it was.
Lalo was our driver through the weekend. He was very communicative and absolutely amazing. He helped us translate as needed and was always so helpful and went above and beyond. We were extremely happy with his service which was above and beyond!!
Quick fast and easy. Made a mistake in my booking, but they were still able to accommodate. Will definitely book again!
Alex was great communicating with prior to our trip and getting pick-up with signage at the airport. Lalo was awesome as our driver for the entire weekend to and from all of our itinerary locations with a group of 9 girls. The van was clean and comfortable. Lalo was prompt for our pick up and communicating with him. We felt very safe and Lalo was so friendly let us play our music as well as truly taking care of us. I highly recommend!!! Thank you Alex & Lalo.
Eduardo, Isaac and Jeremy and the rest of our drivers with this company were all amazing! My friend and I always felt safe and got their number and we used them our entire trip. If one was not available to pick us up, they would send another which helped for easy bookings and excellent communication. I highly recommend this company for airport transports and getting around Tulum! When I come back I will use them again! Thanks!
We hired them for transfer from Tulum airport to the hotel. The service was reliable, clean car, friendly owner and the driver. They stayed in communication with us and waited when our flight was delayed. Will hire again.
The shuttle was right on time for our 6:30am pickup. The driver helped me put my bags in the vehicle and we were off in no time. He was very friendly and accommodating.
We had Juan help us out through out the trip. Juan is the absolute best service, he was prompt every time we needed him, gave great advice and was all around a friendly guy. We consider Juan a friend now and really appreciated his service. We will be back and we would love to have Juan help us out again. He’s the absolute best
