A very wonderful trip and experience. Family loved it, plus the cenotes were fantastic.

Alonzo was amazing and took lovely care with our tour through tulum and a cenote. Even if I was a little nervous for the swim thru the caves - it was not be missed.
Incredible tour!! Our guide Carlos and driver Arturo may the day great. The history of the Mayan ruins was fascinating. The cenotes adventure park was so fun for everyone Cliff, jumping, zip lining, snorkeling, and kayaking, and going throughout the cenotes.
Incredible experience from the time they picked us up at our house to the very end! Informative and fun from age 2 to 79! Cenotes were our favorite!
Iber was an amazing guide, we did a cenote private tour and it was absolutely stunning, definitely a beautiful experience, an unforgettable day. Iber has lot of story to tell, great recommendations and passion in making us discover beautiful and authentic place !
We went on this amazing tour for my bachelorette weekend trip and we had so much fun! Carlos and his partner were amazing and I definitely would come back!
Carlos was an amazing tour guide and this experience was top notch. It was an extremely well oiled machine. He knew how to avoid the major crowds along with keeping an appropriate pace for our group (which was 8 adults and 7 kids!!).
The whole tour from start to finish was amazing. When we went to the Tulum Ruins, the views and ruins were amazing, the tour guide “Alondra” gave us so much interesting information about the Mayan Ruins. Her information was that interesting that ,our youngest child (age 11) who is learning about the mayans remembered everything she had said and told his whole class about it when we got home. The 3 Cenotes was an amazing experience for the whole family. The water was so clear and magical snorkelling you could see down to the bottom. The Traditional Mayan meal was delicious there was something for everyone to eat: rice, meat, carrot, cucumber and more.
Amazing experience! Paloma guided us on the most wonderful morning of sights and informative conversation through the Tulum ruins, a great snorkel with tons of fish and capped with tour through a small, private canote. Magical sights and led by a thoughtful, knowledgeable and friendly guide! Paloma rocks! And the driver Victor kept us safe and on time. Thanks!!!
Amazing! Paloma and Jesus are the best tour guides ever. Highly recommend 11/10!!!!!!! So great so fun! Great food and views
The tour was spectacular, the ruins were fascinating and the cenotes were stunning -- I particularly loved zip lining over them it was a very cool and special experience! But our host Alondra really made the tour special, she was so so fun and engaging and our group had the best time with her. Highly recommend her as your guide! Our driver Adan was lovely too :)
Me and my partner had a great trip learning about the Mayan ruins of Tulum and having an exciting adventure in the jungle cenotes. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking for a fun filled day. A special shout out to Iber our tour guide who made the trip informative and fun.
Carlos our guide and Sergio our driver made our day really exiting and fun! Getting to the Tulum ruins early was really nice to beat the crowds! The jungle adventure was really fun and well organized and felt like we were the only ones there. Highly recommend these guys for your adventure in Tulum
The denotes we were brought to were incredible! They curates the best of all three types of cenotes and we really enjoyed every experience. Our guide Paloma and driver Gualberto were wonderful. Very personable, helpful, and full of great knowledge of the area. You will not regret going in this adventure!
Cesar was an amazing guide. Full of knowledge and lots of fun at the same time. Look forward to sending my friends his way!
Alondra was our tour guide she was the BEST!! Very fun time and the food was great! A lot of mosquitoes in the area so we were getting bit a lot because we couldn’t use bug spray.
Niko was an exceptional tour guide! He was so knowledgeable about the Mayan archaeology and was so patient and encouraging when we went to the cenote (for those of us with fear of water). He also gave recommendations on restaurants and beach clubs for the rest of our stay. I would totally recommend this tour again. Thanks Niko for everything.
Alonzo was so informative and engaging. He answered all of our questions and made sure everyone was comfortable. Our family had the best time it was truly the highlight of our trip !
This Tour is a must!! It is filled with education and adventure at the same time!! We really enjoyed ourselves! Fully recommend our tour guide Paloma and our driver Axel !
Carlos was very informative and helped with making the tour special to us! Absolutely beautiful scenery and made lots of memories to last forever! (Definitely pack bug spray!)
Best tour guide, really loves his job and really knowledgeable. We had a great time, this tour definitely was the best day of our Tulum trip.
Our private tour with Paloma was hands down the best part of our trip to Tulum. She was kind, personable, funny, and EXTREMLEY informative. She has a gift when it comes to teaching and a passion about what she's teaching that is contagious. I truly felt like we became friends as she makes you feel as such. She opened my mind up to a world and history I didn't know much about that I now have grown to love. Our driver (I unfortunately can not remember his name at the moment) was fabulous as well. We started at the Tulum ruins and got there before there was a crowd. After completing our tour there we made our way to the Mayan Village where we zip lined, canned, jumped in cenotes, and had an incredible Mayan Lunch. I highly recommend trying the coffee because it was unreal. Every minute of this tour was an experience of a lifetime!
Our tour with Paloma was by far the best part of our trip to Tulum. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the Mayan culture and the ruins. We got there early before it got busy with other tourists. Then we headed to the park Tankah for cenote swimming, zip lining, canoeing and an incredible traditional meal (best food of our trip!). We were a group of 5 girls and Paloma felt like part of our group by the end of the day. I highly recommend any of her tours!!! Wish we had more time to do another one with her before leaving.
Very enjoyable tour, Alondra was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitively recommend the tour to those visiting their first time.
In just a few hours we felt we had seen the best and most unique parts of Tulum while avoiding the crowds. Our tour begin with a visit to the Tulum ruins and our guide, Iber, included photos and other reference materials to more fully explain the cultural importance of what we were seeing. He had a in depth knowledge of the site and Mayan culture. Our Cenote tour was remote and completly private. He let us set the pace so we were able to enjoy the experience without a rush. Finally we had a tasty lunch that seemed to be highly favored by locals and unkown to tourists. Even there Iber explained the variety of dishes and we were able to sample plenty. The tour was booked last minute (anve very easy to do) as we realized we would have a free morning during a destination wedding trip, honestly it became the highlight of our vacation.
Salvador and Carlos were amazing! Very informative and knew Answers if we asked further questions. Very friendly and helpful!
Absolutely incredible is not even close to describing the beauty of these Cenotes. Wonderful activity for anyone and we had a very friendly and and informed guide . Pueblo
Amazing tour! Our guide was Alonso. We did the 3 cenotes tour and saw many amazing things. 2/3 were underground and the type of place we would’ve been intimidated to go, but we had an amazing guide and it was a wonderful way to start our trip.
We did an amazing 8 day biking and adventure tour. Our guides Jonas and Iber, were knowledgeable, fun and very accommodating. They knew the best restaurants and the food was delicious. We covered a lot of territory In Yucatan and got a great overview of the area. We biked and travelled by van through villages and the jungle, and visited archaeological sites. Our guide Iber was an expert on Mayan history and life. We always felt safe and cared for.
It was an amazing experience to ride through the jungle and see the cenotes! Pablo was our guide and he did a great job!! We felt very comfortable, safe and entertained 😊 I would definitely book another tour!
It was great, super fun and informative. The centers were super cool and relaxing, nothing was too scary!!!!!😄
I loved this tour. What a great guide Alejo was. He knew all about the flora and fauna as well as culture and history. It was a great variety too. We rode mountain bikes, swam in cenotes, including one snorkeling, zipline, and canoe. But it was not tiring. Oh and the lunch was excellent.
This was such a lovely tour and a real surprise. Tulum Ruins are gorgeous and Iber made the whole thing really interesting. The cenotes are also fascinating and Iber showed us lots of photos to explain how they work. The setting is stunning and all the activities really good fun. We even managed the zip wires even though we're old age pensioners!
We did a private tour of the the Tulum ruins and the Cenotes tour with lunch with Niko. Niko was extremely knowledgeable about the local history and culture, as well as the broader central and South American history and culture. We asked a lot of questions and he was well prepared to answer them all! He was by far the best tour guide we had during our weeklong trip. I would highly recommend Niko!
We signed up for the ruins, zip line and cenotes. We had an early pickup and got to see the ruins and the cenotes without being overrun by busses of tourists - who we ran in to on the way out. We highly recommend the private tour as we were able to go at our pace and get photos of just our group. We enjoyed the cultural exposure including an incredible meal at a Mayan village in the jungle. Our guide Carlos was a wealth of information and took the time and effort to learn our names and make us feel very comfortable. The guides are put through quite a bit of training and will only make statements backed by facts. This is something we truly appreciated to get an authentic and fun experience.
Alondra and Axel were an amazing team. We enjoyed every moment of the tour, including the lunch an tequilas tasting. The zip lines were not intimidating at all. The cenotes were awesome and so clear. I highly recommend this tour!
Alondra was the best tour guide ever!!! The day was so much fun and well planned from start to finish. We hit the ruins super early so we had it all to ourselves and had no one in our photos. The cenotes gave us such unique experiences between zip lining, jumping off cliffs, swimming in a cave with bats! The food was awesome and the day ended with a free tequila tasting!
Alondra was the best your guide ever! Loved all the different cenote experiences this tour had to offer.
This trip was great fun. Our guide, Marco, was a gentleman and extremely knowledgeable - of the landscape, the wildlife and the history. It was fascinating listening to his observations. We spent the first hour or so of the trip at the Tulum ruins and Marco got us there as the site was opening - we were amongst the first people there. The site is incredible and there are beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. From there, Marco took us to Tanka Park for the zip lining, cenote swimming and snorkeling. It A great experience from start to finish.
We travel A LOT and do tours everywhere we go! This was one of the most exciting and diverse tours with the most exceptional tour guide named Niko. He made sure each person had the best time and took care to ensure each persons level of participation was acknowledged and handled properly. Niko gave great instructions and suggestions on how to perform each activity. We noticed other tour guides around us didn’t do that at all and put their groups in some unnecessary danger. Niko and Aurelio especially took care of my girls during the very difficult bike ride with patience and great attention. I would recommend, no INSIST everyone to do this tour and ask for Niko.
We loved this excursion! It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kiddos 9 & 11). A bit of adventure for them, with the zip lining and swimming in the beautiful cenotes was the highlight for us. Joseline was an amazing guide…knowledgeable, friendly and easy! A great day!
Absolutely amazing experience. Our highlight was visiting the Mayan site where we ate an amazing authentic lunch, swam in two cenotes, zip lined three times, and canoed! I traveled solo with two toddlers and the Tour guide Carlos was very helpful and attentive. The visit to the ruins was nice (a lot of walking in heat) but it was worth it. Overall, I give this tour a 5/5. I was able to create life long memories with my children.
Awesome tour, just wish there was a bit more time spent at Tulum. The cenotes are beautiful and refreshing. The guide, Said, was excellent.
We purchased the "private tour" option, so we didn't deal with some of the issues that others mentioned in their reviews. Our guide Alberto, picked us up at our hotel and took us straight to the Tulum Archeological Site and gave us a very informative tour. After visiting the ruins, Alberto took us to the Tankah Village, which is depiction of an authentic Mayan Village, with some nice cenotes. After a couple of hours exploring cenotes, which included some zip-lining drops into the water and a canoe ride, we went into the village and we were served a wonderful authentic meal. The meal was very good and the entire experience...worth it!
Great tour on bike, Iber was a great guide very friendly and always checking if I needed something. Xenote “escondido” was great, local deer tacos were awesome and Tulum ruins was also a great place to visit! Bikes are in very good conditions and the helmets as well. Excellent experience and service overall!
Said was an absolutely amazing tour guide. We had a blast seeing the Mayan ruins and eating authentic food. The cenotes were gorgeous as well. We cannot wait to return and bring our Kids.
We had a great experience on the tour but we haven’t received the photos we purchased at the end of the day. Is there a way to contact the company directly or when can we expect to receive those?
Our guide Niko was great. Very knowledgeable and fun. Variety of activities from Mayan archeological tour to cenote experiences to visiting a bat cave.
Such an awesome day and time with our incredible tour guide Niko! Make sure you ask for Niko! Very knowledgeable, friendly service!
A friend and I are on our first trip to Mexico as a grad trip and this was the perfect way to end our week. Iber was our tour guide and was incredibly accommodating. We had to push our tour back (COVID testing chaos for reentering the US), but Iber was so kind and gave us the time we needed. The tour itself was the highlight of our trip. We took a tour of the Mayan ruins and Iber knew the answer to pretty much every question we had. We then got to swim and zipline over a few cenotes, and canoed before ending with a traditional Mayan meal. Overall, the experience was incredible and Iber was an incredible tour guide.
