The driver was great and helpful. He was prompt in picking us up. I would use them again. The communication was also prompt in responding.

June 2023- We booked transport from Tulum to Cancun airport a couple of days before our trip. Our Airbnb address only had a street location which Paradise Transfers promptly notified us so we could send additional geo location to make the transport pick up smoother. One the day, the driver arrived early. Because I read reviews of other transport services being late and/or not communicating the pick up well, I did end up calling Claudia a little earlier than my pick up to confirm everything was on schedule, she was very pleasant and actually told me me the driver was already outside. Driving experience was very smooth and comfortable. I would use them again!

Paradise Transport completely forgot about us and left us high and dry at the airport after we had booked through trip advisor. We were paying a premium of $135 USD for what we thought was a premium safe and comfortable journey. When we rang to see why they weren't at the airport the women on the line at Paradise Transport pretended that someone was on the way when it was clear they had forgotten us. She then continued to lie to us about someone coming. After about thirty minutes of waiting when most people had left the airport Paradise Transfers sent someone from a different company to pick us up. Through all our communications with Paradise Transfers they lied about the circumstances of the booking including describing an imaginary driver who was supposedly shouting our names from the a very specific spot where we were waiting. She even tried to blame us at one stage when it was so obvious what had happened and refused to give us a refund so we could catch another form of transport, which by the way would be half their price. If you have booked with them I would be worried! Good chance they won't show up!

I will be using this company all the time. I found out about them on TravelWiki Page for Tulum. It was the only transport option that used What’s App, which is very convenient for texting and calling. They took us (1) from Canun Airport to Tulum, (2) then a week later they picked us up from Tulum and took us to Cancun’s hotel zone, (3) and a week after that they took us to the airport. Also, Our arriving flight was delayed at the gate for 90 minutes and they waited for us. I was able to text the company. Miguel was waiting for us with a sign. The driver provided us with hand sanitizer and santized the seats as well. He was also super sweet and informative. I will use them every time I come to Mexico and recommend. I like the fact that they have low prices and you can text via What’sApp, and also because they waited 90 minutes for us.

We have been using the services of Paradise Transfers for the past four years going back and forth from the US to our home south of Cancun, QR. and have always experienced excellent, responsive and timely communications and service. We used Paradise Transfers for Round Trip Transportation Cancun to Tulum. We felt very secure, with password controlled drivers. Clean vans with group rates. Met us right outside the Arrival Area and delivered us to our hotel, with an optional stop at the Supermarket. Friendly, efficient, drivers and Airport greeters.

My husband and I travel to Cancun at least once every year. We have used Paradise Transfers the last 3 years and can honestly say that it has been a great experience every time. The website is very user friendly and explains the cost for both one-way & roundtrip without any confusion. Claudia is very informative and always prompt and courteous with her response to the reservation and/or any request for travel itinerary changes. The drivers are always waiting for us at the airport, holding a sign with our name. They are prompt, professional and friendly. The transfers are private, which means you don't have to share the van with other passengers. A big "thank you" to Claudia and the drivers for always making our roundtrip transfers worry free.
