After delays with our flight it was great arriving at TQO with our shuttle there and waiting! Great communication from Christian, very friendly and helpful! The cool towels, waters and cervezas were awesome bonus!

Juan was excellent! We had great communication from the moment we landed. Our private transfer felt like we were riding in a limo. We had beverages and Juan was happy to sit in silence or answer any of our questions.

I booked my arrival transportation from Tulum Airport to my resort through TripAdvisor. First off, they did not have any option for roundtrip transportation, only for 1 way directly to the resort. I sent a message via TripAdvisor, and it took over 48 hours to get an accurate message back. As a frequent traveler, I have been to Cancun and Rivera Maya numerous times but was concerned as to why the price was so high for transport in Tulum. I messaged via WhatsApp when my flight landed at 1:49 PM, and they stated my driver was already waiting for me at the airport. I got to the wooden booth that states STP Caribe, the gentleman greeted me, took a photo of me and my bags and proceed to LEAVE WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. Myself being 6 months pregnant and my husband whom has a prosthetic leg had to stand for over ONE HOUR waiting for the driver that was APPARENTLY already there waiting…. I was messaging back and fourth with the representative and he stated that there was traffic at the entrance of the airport at 2:34 PM and there was NOT! He told me that my driver Fabian would be arriving at 2:35 PM and he did not arrive until 3:10 PM !!!!!!!! Horrendous customer service; then upon going back to Tulum Airport leaving our resort, Carlos Daniel Vegas was early, and able to drop us off within ample time. I do NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE and you are better off spending additional funds on a more reliable company.
Our driver was Carlos Vargas and he assisted us coming from the Airport in Tulum and then heading back, just a few dasy later. He couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Baggage assistance, fresh water, cooling towels and mints. Everything was on hand. He was timely and drove safe and efficient to our Hotel. I had booked with STP Caribe before, in 2023 and will do so again - when I'm back in Tulum hopefully.

Darwin was excellent. On time, great service, very comfortable and safe ride. Clear communication as we were arriving.
The communication was good with the operators. However we did not experience their service as our flight was cancelled completely and could not be rescheduled for a few days so our holiday was cancelled. The operator does say no refund within 24 hours but when it is out of the customers control, it would be good if they gave a partial refund. The hotel we had booked had the same policy but did give us a refund with proof of the flight cancellation. I think I would get a taxi at the point of arrival next time in case of flight problems.

We had an awesome experience - they were incredibly accommodating as our flight arrival changed same day due to weather. Our driver was an incredible - friendly, hospitable, and safe - Brandon with a cute wiener dog! The vehicle was so nice, communication was great.
We had a 40 minute 45 minute wait and was unsure how we would get to our destination and then divide our group of six into a group before and two when we wanted to travel altogether because there were no vans available as promised And still charged us 45$ over price

Tulum STP Caribe transportation is bar none the best transportation company in Tulum. We had a 5 hour delay arriving into Tulum airport and STP re arranged their schedules to take care of us. BEST Service from office keeping track of our delay to driver waiting with drinks and air conditioned van.
Jorge was easy to find at the airport! He was so hospitable. We had cool scented washcloths in the van and some much needed water! Jorge was a skilled driver and navigated the traffic easily!

Our driver was very prompt and professional, the vans have plenty of room for luggage, much better experience then the local taxi! We used the service when we arrived at Tulum airport and also to pick us up in the hotel zone for our return flight.
