It’s is a slightly intense tour. The atv ride is fun and demanding must have some strength and stamina. Cenotes are amazing and food is delicious

Itinerary
Your adventure starts deep in the Mayan jungle, where paved roads end and the real thrill begins. ATV Jungle Trail — Drive your own ATV through a rugged trail of mud, rocks, climbs, descents, and water crossings. Not a scenic path — raw jungle. Mayan Ceremony — Before the ziplines, your guide leads a brief traditional purification ceremony: 10 minutes of culture and good luck. 5-Zipline Circuit — Soar through the canopy on 5 ziplines. Crown jewel: a 1km long, 45m high mega-line above the treetops. Unforgettable. Sacred Cenote — Descend into an underground cenote the ancient Maya believed was a gateway to the spirit world. Crystal-clear water, cave formations, silence. Life vests and snorkeling gear provided. Mayan Lunch — Rest in a hammock, cold drink in hand, then enjoy a traditional Mexican lunch (tacos, rice, beans) at our jungle restaurant. Note: Activity order may vary by group and on-the-day conditions. Your guide will always ensure the best experience.

We had Chilango (Cristian 2) as our guide. He was awesome! Chilango was able to speak English and Spanish for our group. Much appreciated. He learned our names pretty quickly, too! The cenote was beautiful. Water is chilly! Ziplines were fun. We did have three zipines, not five as marketed. For the ATVs bring sunglasses and a mask (or bandana) to protect eyes, nose, and mouth from dirt and debris. Mosquito repellent is a necessity. We wore repellent bracelets, but those did not work well. The last thing, bring a waterproof pouch for your cellphone to use during the cenote tour. Photos are a must inside. Lunch afterwards was ok. It was more like a kids' meal size or an appetizer.
We had such a great time here! We rode ATVs & zip lines & traveled through beautiful cenotes. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. Jorge, thank you for everything!
My tour guide was great. The entire tour was an amzing experience. Even though I went alone. I didnt feel excluded at all. I felt safe and I had a great time. The ziplines, ATV's and cenote are adventures I will never forget.
This was absolutely fantastic . Although the ATVs and Zipline can always be fun. The true excitement was swimming through the Cenote for about 45 minutes! Truly unforgettable moment with my friends!
My boy CJ was the best! Super cool dude and the trip itself was amazing. Great price and price vibes
Very interactive. Physical and spiritual. Love the Mayan ritual and so welcoming. Need to update for wheelers but they did the job. Amazing time.
For $80 pp (£62) this was a good trip with lots to do. Advise: wear sensible shoes to walk around jungle. Quad bikes asked to sign waiver, check your travel insurance. Bandana not necessary but if you bring one wear it to buy one $10 approx. Don't really need water shoes for cenote but bring them if you have them. Quad biking 1 hour good driving around jungle on bumpy roads not the best maintained Quad bikes but driveable. Zip lines excellent. Small rock to absail down. Swimming with life jackets into cenote good. Lunch of sorts provided. Free lockers provided. Very friendly quides mentioned tips but not over aggressive as some tours have been on.
We had a really good time. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful, and very personable. Food at the end was better than any we have ever had on an excursion. The ATV ride wasn't quite what we expected. It was a ride up and down some gravel roads. It wasn't a jungle trail ride like we expected. The ATV's were somewhat worn out. It's always fun to ride a 4 wheeler but wasn't what we expected. The zip lining was a blast and the site and crew does a good job with that. The Cenote swim was also a lot of fun. Note if you are claustrophobic it might not be for you (swimming in the dark) All in all we had a good time and would do it again.
Great adventure and fun, really glad we did it. Negative reviews give some useful practical suggestions, but some must be down to expectations. Keep an open mind and go for it! Raphael was a great guide and kept it moving along. Not everyone in a group responds in the same way but he was very patient. Bear in mind this is in the middle of the forest/jungle - paths are rocky and rooty, steps to platforms can be uneven but take your time. The chain came off one ATV but they got it sorted quickly. No other issues.
Great experience. The guides were friendly and informative. The activities were fun and the food was fresh and tasty. I would recommend and think that it's totally worth the money.
You will likely have to wait at a "checkpoint" for upwards of an hour where other workers for the company will try to sell you things for the activities that are wholly unnecessary even though they claim otherwise. ATV's were very sketchy and hard to handle. The ziplines were okay, and the cenotes was the highlight for sure. If I were to do something similar, I would skip everything but the cenote
The cenote caves were the highlight. The ATV were good but I would have liked to rode the ATVs through more of a muddy jungle than a dirt road.
I had a great time! Our guide Ceejay was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job and gave us amazing facts! Everyone there overall was helpful and assisted us through each activity. Would def do it again!
The overall experience was amazing, zip lining and cenote was fun, our ATVs kept breaking down however I paid for my photos and never received them.
The Cenote is the best part about this excursion. The ATV were a piece of junk and the zip line was lame except 1. The one nice zipline was a bummer because you had to carry your stuff with you.
We waited for an extra 30 minutes at the pick-up point, even though they sent us a message saying to be on time because they would be leaving 5 minutes after pickup. The four wheelers we a lot of fun, but they wouldn't really let go fast 😞 that was kinda the point in my opinion especially when there are mud puddles to drive and splash through. They need to upgrade the weight capacity of their zip line equipment l. There is no reason that they cannot get some equipment rated for 325-375 pounds. Was unable to do the big zip line due to safety concerns.
We had a great tour! We were a family of four, 2 adults with a 7yo and 5yo. The zip lines and cenote were the best part of the experience. The ATV ride was fun too! The kids had great fun. Our 7yo son was super excited to try out everything and absolutely had the best time on the zip lines and cenote swim. Our 5yo daughter was a little intimidated by the height of the zip line, but the tour guide that we had, Chilango(i hope i spelled it right, i think his name is Christian) he was amazing with her, encouraged her to try and was very patient with her. She tried it and had a blast!! So a special thank you to him!! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience, would highly recommend. Loved it!
The ATV ride was very disappointing. Thought we would be going through Jungle trails not roadways. Macines were old and no shocks left Zip lines only average. The Cenote was fun. The staff was great.
It was an experience, but not one I’d do again. My husband and I both got seperate ATVs, each of ours broke down twice. They do warn you that they’re not the best atleast, but it did take away from the experience a bit. The zip lines were fun, but PACK BUG SPRAY! The stairs to some of the zip lines were incredibly sketchy and unsafe, so make sure to wear shoes that have some grip! Also, if you struggle with strenuous activity, this is not for you. Lots of walking on rugged terrain, lots of stairs, and lots of swimming. Our tour guide was hilarious and super nice! We thought it was a unique experience but would not do it again.
Great experience. Awesome Senote. CJ the Guide did a great job communicating with the team and giving us the history/facts about eco system.
The zip lines were fun! The ATVs were my favorite, but try not to go too fast lest you butt into other tour members like I did. The cenote was my favorite part because we saw bats & got to go in deep with the tour guide, deeper than any cenote I’ve been too. CJ was our tour guide & he was great. Very fun & funny & informative. The entire staff was amazing. I wish I had brought more pesos for tips & to donate to the Mayan members.
The stars are really for our tour guide, Tito/George — he was excellent. However, the rest of the experience did not match the price or the expectations based on what was advertised. The tour was supposed to be 4–5 hours, and our actual activity time was significantly shorter, with a large portion of the day spent waiting. I documented the entire process. To start, pickup was 10–15 minutes late, and I had to call to confirm that someone was actually on the way. Throughout the day, we experienced long periods of waiting with little to no communication. When the driver arrived, the van was empty, and there didn’t appear to be any traffic that justified the delay. We chose the 11:15 AM time slot, but we didn’t arrive or begin any activities until about 12:45–1:00 PM. We were served food first — it was okay, but it took quite a while. Then we did the ATVs, which felt like riding in small loops for about 45 minutes rather than an adventurous trail. Next, we started the zip lines at 1:40 PM and finished around 2:34 PM. After that, we had about an hour at the cenote, which was the highlight for us. Everything was done by roughly 3:30 PM. At that point, we waited for about an hour and a half with no updates on when we were heading back. I was repeatedly told “10 minutes” or that we had to wait for another group, even though we didn’t arrive with that group. After addressing it multiple times, we finally got a ride back to our meeting point. Overall, we received only around 2.5–3 hours of actual activity within what was supposed to be a 4–5 hour experience, and the long, unmanaged waits significantly impacted our day.
Firstly this score is not a representation of how much you’ll enjoy the day, the activities are fun due to their nature and the setting but the way this tour is run is a shambles honestly. Firstly the tour notes on what you need to bring leave out some important stuff which they then are there ready to upsell you from the start. If you have these, bring; - Sunglasses for ATV eye protection - Facemask or bandana for ATV dust and dirt - Wet shoes for the whole day including cenote - Waterproof phone case as you are allowed to film on this tour which is good! The first part is ATV’s and honestly the condition of these machines is shocking. None of the brakes work so keep your distance from the person ahead of you despite the tour guide constantly telling you to close up. Someone flipped ahead of me and if I hadn’t kept a good 50yd distance I wouldn’t have been able to stop in time! Then comes zip lining. Frankly the helmets and even the harnesses stink to high heaven so if you aren’t prepared for that it can be very jarring. If you accept that probably 1000’s of people have sweated into this equipment and it’s barely been sprayed clean then you’ll be ok, think of the worst gym sweat in existence x100. Anyway zip lining is fun but come the last one you are expected to zip line WITH all your possessions and bag from the locker! We had 2 tote bags and it was an utter shock that one slip and all our belongings could be scattered across the jungle, top tip, bring a zip closeable backpack for this. Finally comes the cenote. Personally I’m not a big swimmer so without warning being led through the dark cave waters for almost an hour was not my jam. Even the good swimmers in our group were tired and cold and done with it by the end. This may be down to our tour guide but a heads up would have been good. Transport was fine, don’t pay too much attention to the 5 minute wait time rule as we were picked up first and our driver waited up to 20+ minutes for some people. I don’t know what their pickup time was meant to be but the fact that he was pacing back and forth looking around and calling them the entire time suggests they want each tour to be full whatever happens because…. Tips. These lot are relentless in hunting for tips. Aside from upselling all that equipment that they DIDNT mention you needed, they bombard you with stories of how your cash helps the indigenous Maya communities and not the company. Fine, fair enough but after buying some stuff you get to the next part and another bombardment of tips and merch requests for a DIFFERENT Maya community unrelated to the last and of course, the company. Hmmmm. The lunch is ok, empanadas rice and beans nothing major. Here they will try to upsell you soft drinks and tequila tasting and your photos. Final point, our transport home we had a few seats in our bus free so they decided to load these up with employees and workers. Overall, compared to a very similar polished and well organised tour we had in Cancun this was quite badly run and you’ll have a much better time if you go into it with your eyes open to the above on what to expect.
It was a great experience! Something I’ll remember for a lifetime! You might think you don’t have enough time to enjoy everything but you do! It’s a great experience and honestly I would do it again! Definitely one for the books! Bring your own snack though but food was 1/5. Overall 10/10 experience though !
This was a wonderful experience with friendly and knowledgeable guides throughout the entire adventure. We did the ATV, Ziplines, and Cenote - beautiful scenery and well organized moving from activity to activity.
Tour was a 10/10. ATV’s and ziplining was fun. Cenote was breath taking. Get tour guide CJ. He was Amazing. He took a group of 5 non swimmers through the Cenote to ensure that we got the full experience.
The attractions on their own were great, and our guide Victor made it even greater. Loved the cenote and the detailed explanation. I would definitely recommend it to friends, family and anyone looking for a good time in Tulum.
The day started great. The excursion was fun. The big zip line was a great time and the cenote was really pretty. However, one of the employees decided that he would call me and my friends pendejo for no reason because he thought we didn’t speak Spanish little did he know half of our crew is fluent in Spanish And we knew that he was calling us all dumba**’s for no reason. This definitely ruined my experience and overall. Tulum has just been a huge money grab in this added to that feeling. The people here aren’t nice all they want you to do is pay them money and tip them while they make the experience unpleasant. Our guide cruise was nice. He took us to the Cenote and it was a great experience. However, his colleague calling us a**holes really put a damper on the experience for us.
This was a great activity. I have no complains. The tour guide was good and very nice. All together about 6-7 hours long.
Experiencewas amazing, so many long, fast ziplines, fun nd bumpy atv ride and mindblowing underground cenote
This tour was not the best. We were told all 5 of our kids would be able to drive their own ATV's and found out once we were there, the oldest 2 were the only ones aloud and the other three had to double ride with others. ATV's were old and broke often. Many had chains falling off repetitively or having to wait to have their machines to be exchanged 3 times during the ATV time. Zip line was fun but super scary and unsafe. Some of us did it, some did not. After thinking about it more once we left, I can't believe I let my kids do it. The structure you climb to get to the top alone was not safe at all. The cenote cave was fun and interesting. Our guide was very nice but we spent so much time waiting for the rest of our group to catch up to us. About 50% of our day was spent sitting and waiting. The lunch was white rice, black beans and two taquitos with lemonade. Any other drinks were at a cost. Overall was not worth the money we spent and we were disappointed.
Had a great 1/2 day family trip doing the ATV’s, zip lines and the cenotes, which were worth the entrance fee alone. Our tour guide, Victor, was excellent! Only negative comment was that the tour operator told us we didn’t need money or drinks as everything was included and to bring towels. We didn’t need towels but needed everything else!
My family and I had a great time. CJ, our group guide was very professional, helpful and patient. The food however was terrible which I expected. I would recommend that you bring your own food, eat before or after the excursions.
the tour was amazing!!! he was very informative and helpful throughout the whole trip only think that knocked a star off was the lunch at the end… it didn’t really fulfill and match up to the eventful day we had but the drinks were amazing!
This was a lot of fun activities so overall, we are glad we went. However, the logistics made it kind of frustrating. A few guests didn't show up from our hotel, so our entire group had to waste 20 minutes sitting and waiting for them. Once we arrived at activity site, we were continually shuffled from one area to the next, and told "they aren't ready for you yet, so just wait here." The ATVS were fun (bring a face cover or you'll need to spend $10 to buy one), Ziplines cool, Cenote awesome. It is a chilly underwater cave, so bring water shoes! (Or you can buy them for $35 at the beginning). Any old tennis shoes work. We recommend the tour, but wish they packed less groups into each hour, because it got old be keep being moved "over by that tree till they are ready for you". Lunch was tasty. We were glad we had only done half day activity, b/c it was exhausting. A whole day would've been too much.
Ridiculous from start to finish.. I was asked for taxes when I didn't need to pay any, everything is all about the money.. the 20km ATV part is a 5km ATV ride down a dirt road and back again... the zip lines are an accident waiting to happen.. the cenote was the only saving grace.. trust Mother Nature to be the only good point.. the traditional Mayan ceremony is done by a teenager in a fake designer t shirt.. then you're pressured into buying cheap tat that you're told goes to a 'Mayan community' .. make up you're own mind.... the food offering is like being on rations... rice eggs and beans... then we waiting for an hour in the heat without refreshments to be picked up to go home.. then we're asked to give tips!!! Ha .. here's a tip.. feed the horses, improve customer service, and give what you advertise!!! ... will be speaking to the tour operator to ask him to stop advertising this tour to stop his reputation being damaged by this facility.
First, the employees are very nice. They do encourage you to buy things from the local Mayan shop, multiple times throughout your tour. They pick up up at a super market, where you have about a 20 minute drive to the property. Then they get you on ATV, they were crap. I have blisters on my left hand from having to ride the break the whole time, because my bike took a football field to stop. Usually not an issue, but you ride single file down a dirt road on their ranch, you basically do a loop. You crawlllllll. Our group was huge and I think this made it even worse. The zip line was cool. The only all up on the highest one, your trust Instincts kick in because some of those boards are questionable. But everyone in our tour group seemed to enjoy all three zip lines. The cento is the best part of the tour. It’s a closed cento. And it’s a shame, it’s the time we spent the least on. Most of your trip is spent on zip lines. Again, our group was obnoxiously large and it impacted our experience. Our tour guide was fantasticz you spent a lot of time waiting around and transitioning from experience to experience. Overall, I spent a ton of time looking for the best tour. I don’t think we found it, but I realized you should keep your expectations low across the board. Overall I’d tell you that when we all talked as strangers at the end, we all said the ATVs was a waste. That’s ultimately what we wanted the most out of the experiences so take it as you will. I’d do a tour with this group, just for the cenote, especially if they gave more time here.
I wouldn't recommend this company. They tried to get more money from us at the tour. We had communication with the tour operator since there was no option for separate ATVs and he stated we can pay $40 USD at arrival. I was quoted $20 when picked up but I was still going to pay $40 since that is what was agreed upon then changed to $45. I showed them the messages and they agreed to the $40. Once paid they then told me I had to pay more money due to a remaining balance when Viator paid for the tour in full. They swindled more money from other people in the group that were picked up with us saying they didn't pay in full when they also booked with Viator. I refused to pay more money since we already paid $185 for 2 people. Since they were upset about the ordeal they wouldn't find a harness for someone in our group stating it was due to their size but one guide said they had one but then the guy who we had the money issue with spoke to the guy in Spanish then all of a sudden they didn't have the tools for the person in our group. The ATVs were in horrible condition and the brakes did not work properly. I had to swerve to miss the people in front several times due to lack to brakes and felt very unsafe on them even when I have ridden ATVs several times prior. Zipline was nice. Cenotes were amazing. Our tour guide when took us into the cenotes was very nice and he was very informative. The lunch snack afterwards was good as well. Due to the scamming of money and ATVs, I don't think I would recommend. Go with a different company.
I don’t know how the tour was because the night before our Airbnb was broken into. I explained our situation to trip advisor and they were concerned. However they didn’t refund any of the excursion price and didn’t reply to any emails beyond the initial correspondence.
We are 20yr olds from belgium, José was our guide. The whole experience was awesome, we mainly booked this for the ATV and we got our money’s worth right off the bat for about 40min of ATV in the jungle. But all the ziplines were incredible too, especially the 1KM zipline it’s a sight that takes your breath away. My favorite ones were the ones going through the trees of the jungle, there was also an “aqua zipline” but we didn’t do that one. The Cenote was also something we didn’t expect, it was our first cenote in mexico so maybe that’s why it felt so spectacular to us but it was amazing to go deeper into a cenote and learn more about their purpose and how they are formed. We expected the cenote to be something minor on the side of the whole experience but it was equally as nice as the ziplines. José was amazing, funny and understanding, thank you José! I would like to add that the pictures at the end were pretty expensive… there was a photographer but he asked us $40 for all the pictures of me and my partner which was a bit too expensive for us… i would take a waterproof case for around ur neck and make pictures / videos that way. Thats what we did. Hope they lower the prices of the photos in the future!
Im going to break it down like this: 1. Hospitality (10/10): Fernando was 100% the best your guide I've ever had the pleasure of learning from. Genuinely enthusiastic about diving, nature and culture; he was incredibly knowledgeable and I could tell that he authentically enjoyed sharing this knowledge with us. Also incredibly friendly, you'd be lucky to have him as your guide. Hands down made the experience. 2. ATV (8/10): a little underwhelming but honestly it's fair they have the trail for us that they do. I've been on an ATV only once before and understand well enough that off-roading clients into the jungle would be a terrible & dangerous business plan for anyone as many people would enviably be injured. I think if people want to ride rockier terrain they should invest in learning how to drive an ATV first before making a negative comment here. 3. Zipline (7/10): I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this part because I've done it before elsewhere and thought "I'm good on having to do that ever again" due to being underwhelmed and scared of heights- but I did very much enjoy this part, surprisingly. 4. Cenotes (9/10): i love being in water so this is what I signed up for. Lucky for me my group was small and our guide was also really stoked about diving and took us deeper into the cenote than some other groups. I've been in a cave like this before in a kayak so it was cool to be directly in the water.
Maya Adrenaline was an incredible experience, both great and surprisingly affordable. Our tour guide, Julio, was the highlight of the trip; he was entertaining, welcoming, and possessed a vast knowledge of the area.
The tour began with an ATV tour around the jungle. Followed by, a huge zipline! The sightseeing was beautiful and the tour was a once in a lifetime experience! The highlight of the tour for me was definitely the cenote. The cenote was absolutely stunning, and the guided tour provided information regarding the cenote, which was very interesting. Our tour guide Pedro was so funny and friendly, excursion is a definate need for your vacation!
This was incredible. My girlfriend and I spent $135 for an amazing time. We rode on ATVs, we did 4 zip lines, we did a Mayan ceremony (not religious at all, just done for good energy) and we swam in the most beautiful refreshing Cenote and they provided a meal at the end on site. Our tour guide, victor, was incredible. He walked through everything and it was great. A few things to note, they do pick you up at a few places, if you’re staying on the Tulum beach, they can’t pick you up there due to the taxi war they have here. You do need a swim suit, and comfortable shoes. They have lockers and mini gift shops to help support the Mayan communities. I 10/10 recommend this place. It’s safe and amazing. Plus they take great pictures for you and we paid $40 (USD) for all of them via airdrop. It was fun. Will do again.
Reasonably priced and a nice mix of things to do. All very enjoyable. No need to buy masks or goggles. It's really not that dusty. Lunch provided was adequate. Take insect repellent
I went with my boyfriend. We just got engaged and it was so fun. I can’t wait for them to send me the photos of memories. I highly recommend Pedro. Such a beautiful day and very nice people.
sus publicaciones sobre su tour son falsas y es un riesgo visitar sus parques. If you’re going to spend money, just go to Xplor, it is way 100x better They way they promote it, is nothing like that, this was a joke
Good spot. Fun tour. I would shorten the ATV little bit. Pedro was awesome guide as well. Water shoes are a must
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! 8 women on a great trip only for it to be ruined by a disgusting SEXUAL PREDATOR recording 3 of us in the bathroom, leaving us feeling completely violated. We demanded to see his phone and the person lied that they didn't do anything wrong and then they tried to act like we were lying since only one of us caught the person as they did it.
