We did the cenote and lagoon tour on our honeymoon. It was around $180.00 for two of us. They do try to get you with a $40 per person photo fee. You can take photos at the lagoon but not the cenote. It was very enjoyable. Pickup was right on time and explained very thoroughly in the email. It was a smooth process. The van was comfortable and spacious. Fernando was sweet and a great driver. We picked up other passengers along the way. There was around 14 of us I believe. We ended up getting to Yal Ku. JJ was a wonderful tour guide explaining natural history and explaining the process of how to snorkel. He helped us spot a sting ray, eel, and many other creatures. We then went to the cenote, which was gorgeous. JJ made sure to explain everything and added humor throughout. It was overall a great experience. Recommend.

We had Mateo as our driver, and he was excellent—professional, safe, and very accommodating. Our tour guide, Jojo, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. As a non-swimmer, I was initially nervous about being in the water, but Jojo made me feel safe, calm, and comfortable throughout the experience. I truly appreciated his patience and reassurance. Highly recommend Mateo and Jojo for a wonderful and worry-free experience!

Great half-day experience to take part in. The guide was really informative and helpful. The cenote and lagoon were amazing things to discover. Advice would be that you only get a snack on the trip, so it is worth taking some extra bits to eat with you. You are unable to take photos at the cenote; there are photographers there. It is a shame because they are good photos to show what you have been up to; however, they are ripping you off for the cost of the photos. We were staying in Playa de Mejures, so it is about 2 hours drive.

Amazing trip to Tulum, the cenote and snorkeling with sea turtles. Bus pick up was perfect on time the experience of each location was made better by our guide David, knowledgeable, relaxed and hilarious. We are coming back next year for the cenote and turtles but will be requesting to go on David's day as we had a great time with a bit of freedom with our time which we appreciated. The cenote is a brilliant experience and the lagoon is a great finish. The guide was really knowledgeable. Ensure you take a top to swim in as you are not allowed sun screen. You may want to take additional snacks, as there are no stops to buy meals.

Wow, wow, amazing! This was my first time going to an underground cenote. Felt like I was in the discovery channel. The best part was our tour guide J J, is very knowledgeable, as I was blown away looking at the stalactites and stalagmites, tree roots, bats, he gave us all the info I was curious about. We had 13 people in our tour group. It was a good number of people, not too big. Everyone had a great time! $125 for cenote and lagoon snorkeling was well worth it!

What a great way to spend a day. Our guide Cesar was professional, informative and damn funny. He and Nelson our driver worked so hard to give us a safe and remarkable day. Tip your guides! They deserve it and so much more!

What an amazing experience! This tour exceeded all of our expectations. The cenote we visited was adventurous and absolutely beautiful. The cool, refreshing water was perfect, and swimming through the dark caves made the experience even more exciting. Our guide shared so much fascinating information about the cenotes, which made the tour both fun and educational. The lagoon snorkeling was beyond anything we expected and ended up being our favorite part of the tour. We saw so many colorful fish while swimming in the crystal-clear, refreshing water. It was such a memorable and enjoyable experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire tour even better. We can't believe we forgot her name, but she was truly outstanding. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure!

Cesar, our guide, was very engaging and funny. We was very skilled at getting strangers to have fun together. Victor, the driver, did a wonderful job.

We were a family group of 8 on vacation and had paid in full a month in advance. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our start time and they no showed us or left early. Not sure which. No refund was offered. They called at 20 minutes before our start time and said they were leaving. I asked them to wait 5 minutes and they wouldn't. I would recommend staying as far away from this group as you can.

Great little getaway from the resort. Our guide Cesar was entertaining and knowledgeable. He introduced the other families and kept us engaged the whole trip. The lagoon was turbid and the visibility was bad, so not much more of an experience that snorkeling in a lake. We did not spend much time there. The cenote was an other world. Crystal clear water and cave formations above and below water. Time was short there too but very memorable. Highly recommend, especially from Tulum.

Amazing experience. Henri and Juan Manuel were great team guide/operator. I came for business but will be back with my daughters so they can get this great experience. The cenote we went to had many mysterious nooks and crannies. And Henri guide us through them fearlessly. Came wait to come back and will be sure to book through Cancun Adventures. Thank you!

This was incredible. Friendly guide and spooky cenote but very cool. A lot of swimming but they give you life jackets so it’s fine.

Did a half day, staff was JJ and Nector, both of which made the entire thing very easy going and fun. We were with 8 other people, and the price very affordable for what we got, especially seeing as we were offered snacks and water throughout the trip.

A really nice combination of snorkeling and exploring the ceynote. Our tour guide,JJ, was knowledgeable about Mayan culture, wildlife, and pointed out many unique aspects of the ceynote and it's stalactite formations. They also provided water, snacks and comfortable transportation to the lagoon and ceynote. It was fun, educational , and an overall best experience

“JJ” and his team were excellent guides in this adventure into the waters of the Yucatán. This tour is a wonderful “tasting” of both outside lagoon waters and inside cave waters in an efficient 2 1/2 hour package. The bonus was the interesting commentary from JJ and the great care throughout, including cold water and snacks. A must-do excursion for the whole family!

Henri and Orlando were great! Henri was so pleasant and knowledgeable as our tour guide. You can tell he loves what he does! The execution itself was also the right length of time, a lot of other options were 4+ hours.

We had a wonderful time! Henri and Edgar were great. The only issue was at the gift shop after the Cenote, the sales people were pushy, we felt rushed and did not know how much we were being charged.
