Jungle Adventure: Atv, Ziplines, Skyboard, And Cenote From Tulum

Jungle ATV experience was an overall fun day but felt like a tourist trap. When we arrived we were upsold to the vip package for double the price of what we paid initially. With this we got a couple extra ziplines and private cenote, but it didn’t feel worth it overall, as we were then again upsold to get photos from the photographer (as they do not allow you to take your phone). The food and tequila tasting was nice and the cenote was a good experience, however the atv riding was quite boring driving up and down the same road 5 times The guides were still awesome but we overall felt like it was lacking a bit for the price we paid.

We had a good time, but there was a lot of confusion and everything felt rushed to get the most people through. Of course they try to up sell additional options when you get there, so be prepared for that, but they weren't pushy about it, so that was nice. Everyone was friendly, but we didnt get to do the skywalk or the snacks which was supposed to be included. We left feeling underwhelmed for the price. Zipline was fun but very short and swimming at the beginning of the tour seemed out of place. We did enjoy the ATVs, but gain felt rushed through everything, Also a heads up, you cannot have your phone to take pictures or videos, except by the cenote, your only option is to buy photos from them. When it was time to leave, all the exits were locked you have to wait for someone to let you out or wait for you bus to take you back whenever everyone's done. We drove ourselves and parked, thus the frustration when we were finished and couldn't leave without "permission" from a supervisor. Just our experience from a family of 5.

Went for a friends bachelorette party and we were a group of 11. Geo was our group leader and was incredibly patient and ensured we were safe and taken care of. We did all the things and the tequila tasting was a pleasant surprise and so Great! Thank you to the team for this memorable experience and all the memories!

Very fun experience the trip itself is worth the money and our guide Gio was great. Only thing I’d say is be prepared to buy extra things, as soon as you arrive they will try to sell you goggles, waters shoes, etc…

We paid $98 for two people which isn’t bad at all for everything! Transportation was easy. When you first arrive they try to sell you a VIP package, which is annoying, but I understand. We didn’t buy it nonetheless. The activities were fun but each one feels rushed. Our tour guide Alan did a good job, and all the employees that helped with each activity were great. All in all, you get what you pay for. And they definitely make their money from upgrades. I think this may be a good excursion to do with children.

Great experience for the price. Enjoyed swimming in the cenotes the most. It wasn’t too crowded so was able to cliff jump and zip line into the water many times. Our tour guide Alan was very funny and informative. He was able to communicate with the whole group effectively, both English and Spanish speakers. Would return again on another trip to Cancun.

Wonderful family time that was thrilling and exciting. Make sure you bring a change of clothes, you will get mud on you from ATV. But don't worry, you get to wash off in the cenote that was gorgeous. Not to cold in the water, but just right for a hot humid day

Everything was amazing. You certainly get your moneys worth with this excursion. Allen was our guide and his service was top-tier. He went over and beyond explaining everything and making sure each person in our group was safe. I highly recommend this excursion for the value and the experience. To get a package with cenote swimming, zip line, ATV, tequila tasting, light snack and a traditional show, you can not beat it.

Excellent experience had a great time with all the activities included. Omar was very friendly, helpful and explained everything very well. Would definitely recommend somebody else.

The staff was excellent and even the ones putting the clips and straps on the cables at the zip line like Gabby. Our guide Nacho/Ignacio was Amazing! He brought humor and ease to our experience and made it wonderful. Thank you Nacho! Even encouraged my 13yr old to jump off the Cliff in the Cenote and said he would be there to help him if he needed help. Nacho even counted down as we jumped too and made the experience awesome. I recommend this tour and if you get Nacho, you will surely have an amazing time. Thank you to all the staff for contributing to such an incredible experience and the food was delicious!
