Departures Private Minivan Hotels To Tqo Tulum Airport

Eliel was amazing!!! Will be booking again when we come back!

Kevin is great ! He was our driver and very personable and an excellent driver! Love STP we use them for all our transport needs Which was 4 x this week and we have scheduled multiple in June . Easy to find, reliable and worth the money !

Fabian kept us informed prior to our arrival, was immediately available when we arrived at the airport, and was real friendly. The van was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone else

Mr Fabian was an amazing driver and got us there safely and very comfortably

So communicative. Joaquin E. Was amply attentive and professional. Loved that he pointed out landmarks of interest along the way. Had cool waters, towels, and AC. Safe driver. Clean van. Delightful.

My driver, Fabian was very nice and accommodating. He made sure i was comfortable and gave me some tips of where to go in the neighborhood.

STP Caribe was excellent. The reservation process was easy. The driver was on time. Our driver, Carlos Daniel, was a very careful and considerate driver. We received water and a cool wash cloth upon his arrival. We definitely will use STP Caribe again.

Excellent service from Daniel Vargas, he was on time, very friendly and highly professional. Would definitely recommend this company

Darwin was a great private driver from our resort to the Tulum airport. He was friendly, polite, and very professional the entire ride. He drove safely and smoothly, which made the trip stress free. The SUV was large, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for luggage. I would gladly book Darwin again and recommend him to anyone needing reliable transportation in the area.

Juan was amazing. Since I was traveling alone, I was a little skeptical of anyone who approached me. Juan reached out to me right away via text, was able to give me a landmark to his location within the airport and verify the info of my transportation. Also offered cold water and compressed for the heat. Thankful for the experience.

Our driver Ricardo (Ricky) was outstanding! Very friendly and polite! The car was clean and extremely comfortable and was modified to feel like a small limousine inside. There was chilled beer and water waiting for us. We highly recommend STP Caribe for your transfers!

Driver came on time and very friendly , I would recommend for the other clients. Very safe and clean.

Very pleasant transfer, punctual and well organized. Mr. Wilbert did an excellent job getting us to the hotel quickly and was always checking that everything is to our satisfaction.

We booked a private shuttle from the new Tulum Airport to our hotel, and everything went really smoothly. The driver was already waiting with a sign when we landed, helped us with luggage, and even offered us cold water for the ride. The van was clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable. The trip took about an hour, and it was much easier than trying to figure out a taxi at the airport. What really stood out was that the driver surprised my brother with balloons in the van since it was his birthday. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the ride to our hotel feel really special. The price was a little higher than the bus, but the convenience and that personal touch were well worth it. I’d definitely book with this company again.

Great communication. Great service! Juan Bautista was a great driver and when calling the company, they respond promptly.

100% recomendados! 🚗💫 Excellent service from the very beginning! Juan picked us up at the Tulum airport, then Jorge Sánchez picked us up in Tulum to take us to another hotel in the Riviera Cancún, and finally, Daniel picked us up from our hotel in the Riviera Cancún to take us to the airport. They were always on time and provided impeccable service. The drivers were incredibly kind and professional—their attitude was amazing, and you could tell they genuinely enjoy their work. They were so courteous, and the car was in perfect condition: clean, comfortable, and like new. I loved that they greeted us with wet hand towels to freshen up—such a thoughtful touch, I was truly impressed! They also offer water, and if you want to stop somewhere along the way to buy something, they’re happy to accommodate you. They truly made our trip start and end in the best possible way. We come to Cancún every year and used to rent with another company, but they’ve definitely lost us because STP Caribe went above and beyond! Thank you for your outstanding service and for making everything so easy and enjoyable. 100% recommended! 🚗💫
