Great experience. Loved the variety of the bike riding, zip lining, canoeing and cenote swimming. The Mayan community and lunch was delicious. 100% recommend. My 9-year-old was well equipped and loved it all’

Great Guide, nice cenotes, tasty lunch. If I could make 1 recommendation, it would be to add more jungle in the trip.
We biked through down town out to quieter roads, and then to 2 cenotes. Our guide made it really fun, he was so friendly, relaxed and informative. It was like biking with a friend who lives and knows the area. Easy to enjoy the time at cenotes at our own pace.no need to worry about entrance fees etc. Cycling was a great way to see different neighbourhoods of the town, the surroundings and the cenotes were beautiful and not busy. We had a breakfast at a beautiful small hotel before heading back to the shop.
We really enjoyed our trip with Luigi. He guided us through many exciting activities like zip lining, snorkeling, and canoeing. The cenotes were beautiful and we felt like we had the place to ourselves because of their staggered tour times. The lunch was delicious and a generous portion. Highly recommend!
My wife and I had an enjoyable bike and cenote tour. We really wanted this mix of activities! The bike portion had some technical trails, which was a new experience for us. Some dirt road style paths as well. We really enjoyed the variety of cenotes as well! Our guide, Iver, was very knowledgeable and a lovely person. The traditional Yucatecan food for lunch was fantastic! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to pedal and swim in cenotes!
Very adventurous tour for all levels. We saw spider monkeys, went on a bike ride to the beautiful Cenote, swimming in the Cenote, zip lining, a jungle hike, canoeing, and then an authentic private lunch with Mayan family. Tour guide very knowledgeable and provided history of area.
Amazing fun! Highly recommend! Lots of Mayan culture and beautiful sites. Definitely worth the time and money. Our guides were exceptional.
Amazing experience! So much packed into one day with the highlight of visiting a Mayan family and to see their life and eat an incredible meal. Pablo was great!
Pablo was friendly, knowledgeable, warm, and so accommodating!
Wonderful day! Pablo was Fantastic! He was very friendly and informative.
Our guide, Iber was very kind, knowledgeable and fun. We’ll be using Mexico Kan services in the future and recommend the Jungle bike and cenotes tour with lunch. Very grateful to the people and community of Takan for welcoming us and sharing a small bit of their culture and reverence for nature with us. Nothing short of amazing!
This was one of four trips we booked with Mexico Kan Tours and was yet again brilliant! The communication before the trip was excellent, the bikes and helmets were all in great condition. Iber was our guide on this trip, and he was fantastic! We did the half day tour to 2 cenotes followed by lunch. Each cenote was crystal clear and Iber provided us with snorkels and we were able to see turtles swimming! We experienced a heavy downpour but it did not affect our enjoyment - the jungle was still beautiful and breathtaking! As the tour ended back in Tulum, we did some gift shopping afterwards! Would highly recommend this trip!
Iber made our trip. The tour is expensive however Iber is very knowledgeable on Cenotes, nature and history of Mexico. You also visit 3 beautiful Cenotes which some we had to ourselves. Zip wires, rock jumping etc available at the Cenotes. Iber took photos for us. The cycling was quite short and a disappointment but it could have been due to the mosquitoes eating us alive! Finally lunch was delicious and lots of it. I would recommend this tour
We had a great experience with Iber! He was awesome and let us go at our own pace stopping whenever need be to check out nature and the wild life. We had an awesome time and would recommend Iber for anyone looking to have a good time!
It was such a great tour. The Cenote were amazing and there were no crowds. Also the effort and knowledge to provide knowledge about the flora and fauna was great. The lunch was also really tasty.
What an amazing tour today we had our guide was so informative about everything on route, we even got to see some spider monkeys whilst riding through the jungle :). The cenotes were beautiful and the zip lines and canoe was so much fun followed by the most amazing majan lunch. We had so much fun with the guide and the other two people on the tour and highly recommend it 😀thank you so much
Ursula was an incredible guide! We had a great ride, swim and lunch. We highly recommend the tour and Ursula as your guide if available.
This tour was incredible, we loved it!! Highly recommend. Our tour guide was Alondra, who's absolutely fantastic. Make sure to have snorkeling gear to check out turtles & fish in the cenotes.
Martin and Kenya were excellent leaders, taking care of everything and making sure we were happy. Excellent mountain bikes that easily handled some of the rocky dirt roads. Both cenotes were large and away from crowds, very peaceful and a lot of fish in the second one. Lunch was an unexpected treat at a really cool cafe built deep in a jungle.
How did we manage to see and do so much visiting Coba, but never feel rushed or overwhelmed?! Dawid was a punctual smooth driver, and Paloma was a well informed and super personable guide. I generally don't like organised tours, but this was a treat!
From the moment of booking we had exceptional customer service and support! The information and contact prior to our trip was seamless and so informative. Make sure you wear closed toed shoes and a back pack as the info provided says. We met at 9am where we were warmly met by our unbelievable guides for the day Memo and Niko. We were given bikes helmets and off we went. These had been serviced and looked at before as we were sat having breakfast coffee next door at Rossina cafe. So we knew straight away the importance of the safety. We cycled to our first cenote while talking all things Mexico history and the stories of Tulum. Safety was of the upmost and we were lead and followed with clear instructions. Our first stop we spent an hour or so soaking in the water nature and jumping into the open cenote while finding out so much about them and how they form. Given snorkels and goggles to see all the fish and turtles beneath the clear water. We cycled to the next stop across the road and spent some time taking in a different style of cenote. Chatting like old friends with Niko and Memo. Lunch took us to the jungle with a typical Mexican lunch and drinks with some sensational views. From the rooftop jungle. We cycled home where my best friend got a puncture ‘no problem’ Niko and Memo were like the dream team while we cheerleaded as they seamlessly changed the tyre. Then off we set back to the start point. It has been a true highlight of our holiday. We loved being able to talk and hear everything while finding out so much about Mexico its culture and hints and tips of favourite places. Nobody knows a place like the people that live here. So grateful for this wonderful experience. We will most certainly be back and look forward to more adventures in the future. Thanks again for making some sensational memories for us and with us! 5stars 11/10 ✨
This was an awesome trip, the cenotes are just so beautiful and you can see so many fish and turtles. Niko and Memo were so accommodation and gave us all the history of the cenotes and anything we wanted to know about for that matter! Lunch in the jungle was fantastic and there was a viewing point you can climb up to to see over the forest. I can’t recommend this trophy enough. We enjoyed every minute, we learnt so much and Niko and Memo made it for us, they were the icing on the cake
Pablo was a great guide. He was friendly & knowledgeable & had a great vibe. The cenotes were beautiful. The lunch was really delicious. Definitely spring for the churros!
Great Tour and great Guide! Very special, highly recommend! We also got a lot of Information and always felt safe :) Thank you so much!
the tour was amazing and pablo was incredibly friendly and made the trip all the more enjoyable. the cenotes were stunning and incredibly refreshing to swim in. 10/10
Martin was amazing and informative and a delight to talk with and share the cenotes. Loved that it included biking in the jungle
Exciting bike ride through the jungle and gorgeous cenotes!! Our guide Pablo was great and very informative! Definitely recommend!
As a couple, we had the pleasure of joining a lively group of seven friends celebrating during our jungle and cenote adventure with our guide, Macarena. The experience was truly amazing and rewarding. We loved the zip lines and biking through the jungle, which was straightforward and very accessible. It was a fantastic way to get a taste of the jungle before the fun part—exploring the different cenotes. Jumping from the rope, zip lines, and canyoning made it even more thrilling. These are unforgettable memories, and we’re so grateful to Macarena for keeping the group united and the adventure so much fun!
The tour combined all the things we really loved to do. Bikes, swimming, zip lining and eating! The cenotes were so fun to swim and see bats and snorkel. Our guide Iver was exceptionally informative on the nature of Mexico.
Another incredible adventure with Tripadvisor! Cesar was/is spectacular, start to finish. He’s a professor of these and many subject(s) for sure. For example he easily identified the Chakana on my necklace, an ancient Incan symbol from 1000’s of miles away. A rare individual, consider yourself lucky if you get him. Gracias Caballero. Only about an hour away, the direct drive through the jungle to Coba was easy and comfortable. You’ll learn much from Cesar about history and the land along the way. Being the 1st tour group at the site made a huge difference, avoiding all crowds. Peaceful bike ride was rainy but warm, kept the mosquitoes at bay. Reapply citronella btw. The site was spectacular. Roam the crevices. It’s a museum of a place. “Remember, there are no mountains in the Yucatán… These mounds around you are undiscovered pyramids” - Cesar. Where am I?! I kept thinking. So cool. Monkeys, zip lines, canoes, hidden tiny pyramids, copa blessing from an old Mayan priest, random caves, super fun adventure. Lunch at the Kab Hau sanctuary was lovely. Mole was amazing. Chicken was super fresh and flavorful. Wonderful to meet the local animals. The Meliponi bees were beautiful. Cenote was quiet and beautiful. A perfect wind down from the rolling day. Sacred feels. I highly recommend the experience. Thank you everyone involved.
This has been one of the most memorable highlights of our Tulum trip! My partner was initially concerned about the hiking since she was new to it, but our guide was absolutely fantastic! The biking, zip lining, canoeing, and overall experience was 10/10! If you’re looking for something to do during your time here, highly recommend you do this. It will be the icing on the cake for your trip and memories that will last a lifetime!
This is an amazing experience! Martin is amazing guide, and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else to tour us through the Cenotes. Martin is very knowledgeable about the land and the cenotes. Any questions we had, he had answers to. He made this very enjoyable. Also, he is not just a guide, he truly cares about the people, not just us but the natives that live on the land. He also truly cares about the cenotes and the environment. He is not just a guide but a good friend. After the tour he continued to help us with our trip, giving us recommendations as well as helping us with questions about Tulum and other things we were doing. As for the tour itself, it was amazing to ride bikes in the jungle, jump into cenotes and ride the ziplines. We also got to canoe through the larger cenote. We got to swim in a cenote and see bats flying above. Also these Cenotes are well taken care of. They are not crowded with thousands of people each day, just a few. And the group is a small group. The lunch is one of the best meals that I have had, fresh and authentic native Mayan food and all you can eat. This was an amazing day! Not just fun, but we learned a lot also. Muchísimas gracias por todo!
First and foremost Martin was an amazing tour guide, host and a new friend! The knowledge he had around the cenotes and the history of the land was very interesting to get the day started on the tour. He quickly formed a genuine relationship with our 11-year-old son just shows his care for his people and making sure everybody was having a great time. The tour itself was incredible! Visiting the three different types of cenotes, Cliff diving, snorkeling, zip lining in the canoeing were all awesome in their own ways. Would definitely run it in back! Thanks again Martin for creating lifelong family memories! Muchos gracias por todo!
We had an incredible time. The group was just us three which was really nice. Our tour guide, Iber, was so fun and friendly. He took really good care of us and gave us lots of recommendations for good local food and places to go dancing. The cenotes here are just gorgeous. It felt really peaceful. Iber really expressed the spiritual significance of the cenotes for the Mayan people.
The tour was great and Pablo was a great tour guide. Pablo knew a lot about the cenotes and provided a lot of information that was interesting and fun! Great tour and even better guide! Thanks Pablo!
The cenotes were awesome, biking fun and not too hard, Martin is an amazing your guide and we had so much fun talking to him!! He had a book of Mexican wildlife and plants and taught us about the cenote geology and ecosystem. Goggles and snorkels worked out great and he even had band aids when I needed one. 10/10 would do again!! Awesome tour agency.
We loved the choisen Cenotes. The tour guide was very friendly and he gave us good tips for the further trip. We loved the tour.
Ursula was awesome guide. Patient, funny, engaging. No "up selling." Jungle ride was amazing. Centones were awesome. Lunch was on a fascinating place.
Macarena was a great guide and we had an awesome time! We did a bike ride followed by multiple cenotes. She did an excellent job explaining the ecology and history of the area on the way. And then lunch at the end was authentic and amazing!
Really enjoyed the bike tour with Carlos, we were lucky to have the cenotes to ourselves and Carlos took the time to explain and share the culture. We really also enjoyed the lunch and the information shared by Ana. The biking is intermediate, some on city streets and some off-road in the jungle. All in all a great activity. Recommended.
Absolutely amazing ! From the pick up at the location, explanations, tips before / during / after the trip, to the general atmosphere during this tour, Alejo was an amazing tour guide ! Really nice to enjoy a trip like this ( still serious when it comes to cycling like that during multiple hours !) with a good group and someone that really cares and likes to exchange with it’s group ! Also big shoutout to Alejo for being able to do the tour in French / English / espanol ! This man is a a gem and deserves to be recognized for his talent ! Thanks again Alejo et à bientôt sur Montréal ! Thomas et Laureline les français du Plateau 😂😂
Pablo was great!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and fun. He was attentive to safety as well as everyone having a good experience.
Pablo did a great job leading us. He was sensitive to the groups needs and was very attentive. He made the excursion a lot of fun. He has an infectious laugh. The mountain bikes were in great shape. The three cenotes were different from each other showing the range of types. Zip lining was a blast. On top of it all was a terrific freshly made Mexican lunch. I highly recommend this tour and Pablo especially.
This was an action packed morning that really highlights the diversity of Tullum’s jungle. Pablo ,our tour guide was full of energy and general good vibes which MADE the experience. His knowledge of the area help you see everything in a different light. The food on this tour was actually good quality, so good I went back for thirds. Highly recommended.
The best activities that we have done in Tulum ! I recommend this tour at 100% ! You will not regret it, promise ! Thanks to our guide, she was absolutely amazing ! 🇲🇽
Cenote Tour This was a perfect activity. Light to medium physical activity with a short trail excitement built in (400 meters of roots and rocks). Alejo was wonderful. He was so generous with archeological knowledge, full of history and other information, generous with suggestions and stories of adventures… and was conscientious of all the riders abilities and interests. He took us to a jungle cantina, a delicious lunch spot in the middle of the jungle for tacos and hibiscus tea, called Ajal! More people should go there. He finds great places to go because he lives a biking and exploring life himself. I would definitely do this tour again.
We absolutely loved this trip! Our guide, Ursula, was very knowledgeable, engaging, and just an amazing person to spend the day with! Starts with zip-lining and a short canoe trip. The mountain biking is not for the faint of heart, but is the most fun for adventurous spirits. The cenotes were beautiful and refreshing with each one being a different experience. The last bit of the tour included an authentic Mayan Lunch buffet. The coffee is a must-try! This excursion thinks of everything so you don’t have to. They provide the water, life-jackets, snorkel-gear, and everything you need for the best experience. It’s worth it and unforgettable!
Great bike ride through Tulum from a local point of view. Alejo was full of knowledge and history about Tulum. Lunch was at a great spot for awesome chicken tacos! The cenotes were also very beautiful and interesting to see.
It was a great tour with Macarena, starting with a bike tour through the city right into the jungle, followed by two Cenotes nearby. The second cenote was amazing! Really beautiful! Afterwards, we had a little lunch in a jungle restaurant. It was also a great place and delicious. Highly recommend this tour:)
This your was amazing. Martin was the best guide - he was so patient, explained so many things to us about tulum, took great photos and is great company too! The cenotes were so refreshing and the cliff jumping gives you a thrill. Would highly recommend this tour and Martin as your guide!
