Great experience!! Our guide was super informative and we learned a lot! She really knows her history and you can tell she loves the culture and the water! Be prepared to swim (with life vests provided) and you’re in the water for a significant amount of time (seeing caves, snorkeling) but well worth the experience! The cenotes were beautiful!

This was the best experience in tulum. We had the best guide possible. She was super knowledgeable about the cenotes and super friendly. She was able to guide us throughout the experience. It was simply amazing.

It's one thing to jump into a pool of water, it's quite another to know how that water was formed, how the Cenote came to be, what keeps it going, what wildlife it gives life to, and what we can do to preserve it. Summer our guide was fantastic! We got incredibly lucky, were the only ones on the tour because of a cancellation. The variety of Cenotes she picked gave as a great understanding how different each Cenote is. Great guide and fantastic company.

We enjoyed visiting the 3 cenotes all with different personalities. We were blessed to have a private tour with Summer. She was very patient in answering our questions and knowledgeable with the information and history of the cenotes. She was very easy to talk to and natural in sharing her adventures.

We had a fantastic time on this tour, it was super fun from start to finish! Our tour guide Yulo was absolutely amazing, he was very attentive and informative, it was my mama's birthday and he made us a surprise and showed us all the beautiful cenotes and even a crocodile!! The tour is 100/10, we highly recommend!

Julio did a great job with the tour and preparation. We met in front of a little pizza shop on the street, easy to find, and hopped in the tour van. Julio provided water and snacks and gave us history of the three very different cenotes we visited. First a long beautiful snorkeling guide through mangrove trees and the underwater world. Then the Gran Cenote, the first with two mystical caves—yes there are bats but they’re chilling and the history is amazing—including the blend of limestone and tree roots which this cenote feeds. Finally we went to a fun cenote with jumping platforms. And Julio wowed us with a handstand plunge and backflip dive. The water is immaculate in all three, history was intriguing and Julio was a great guide. Highly Recommended!

Had a wonderful time exploring a variety of cenotes with Summer as our guide. She shared a lot of valuable information which helped us better understand the history of the cenotes which made the experience more enjoyable and she was full of energy and fun. Each cenote was unique and this tour is a great way to get a glimpse of the variety of cenotes unless you have the time to explore 10,000+ on your own :) We would definitely do this tour again and highly recommend Summer as your guide!

This was the highlight of our trip to the area. Summer was an amazing guide. We learned so much about the history of the cenotes and the ecosystem of the peninsula. And she made the experience engaging and fun for our 13 and 10 year old sons. She was just the best.

Such a fun day! Julio was the most fun, energetic, enthusiastic tour guide ever. There was a 7-year old boy in our big group who (with reason) was scared at different times being in the caves and snorkeling with the fishes, so Julio served as the boys’ personal floatie. By the end of the excursion, he had all the confidence to swim on his own, with a big smile on his face. Not all tour guides would be as patient and kind! The excursion did go longer than we had thought (around 5 hours) so by the time we were done, we were starving. We had heard of a great taco place nearby so Julio took us straight to it…and even got us a table! 5 stars all around.

Julio did a great job introducing my boyfriend and I to the Tulum cenotes! All three of them varied in terms of what they had to offer so we felt like the tour was very well-rounded. The tour was very organized and Julio couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating.

Our lovely guide took me and my partner (as the only 2 participants) to three very nice cenotes. He brought a torch which enabled us to dive into the centoes and shed some light into the darker parts of the cenotes. Loved it!! Pro tip: Do not wear sunscreen as it is not permitted in the Cenotes. The water could be cold so bring an extra towel to keep warm during the car rides between the cenotes.

Julio gave a wonderful tour of three vary different Cenotes. He swam with us and explained the unique features of each and pointed out wildlife. The first cenote was open air through mangrove trees, the second explored the cavern of Gran Cenote, and the third was diving at cenote Zemway. We had a great time.

My wife and adult son did the three cenote tour with Julio and he was excellent. So informative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the tour and in particular Julio who really made the day so enjoyable.

Great experience one of the best tours I’ve taken! Our tour guide Julio was a the perfect guide! Matched our energy-went over safety and made us feel comfortable. The Cenotes he took us to, all had unique features. We would have had to spend hours navigating the logistics/details. Worth the convenience of a knowledgeable tour-guide! Highly recommend!

This was a great way to see 3 different cenotes, and add some adventure into the mix! Carlos was a great tour guide. We had a fantastic time, would definitely recommend!

Wow, this was an incredible morning and we had so much fun. We really recommend this tour. You meet at the tour shop and head to the first cenote, which involves swimming / snorkelling through mangroves. We saw the crocodile “Pancheto” and lots of fish and crabs. It’s an open, beautiful cenote that’s long and windy and makes for a great time exploring. Plus, it was really quiet! The second cenote is a half-open cave. You can see bats, cave formations, and turtles. The final cenote is a jumping cenote with rope swings and jumps, which was super fun. Just be aware that photos and videos at stops 1 and 3 are an extra cost. We did haggle both of these down, but they can be a bit pushy at stop 3. Overall, it was a great day out and we couldn’t recommend it more. A brilliant way to see three very different cenotes, have fun, and make memories. Thanks to our lovely guide Julio – what a legend. 10/10 tour.

The tour was fabulous. Julio is wonderful. We had to pivot when the Casa Cenote was closed due to currents, but Julio picked another Cenote. Gran Cenote was beautiful and he was very informative. Cenote Zemway was so much fun with the platform jump and the swing. And Cenote Corazon was so relaxing. Definitely would recommend and thank you!

One of, if not the best tour ever been on. Julio was fantastic. Attentive, energetic, accommodating, the list off his qualities goes on and on. We visited three very diversified Cenotes, all within a few minutes of Tulum. Mangroves, Caves and rock jumping.

Hands down the best excursion I have ever been on. The cenote tour in Tulum was absolutely unreal. The water was crystal clear, the caves were breathtaking, and swimming through the underground caverns felt like something out of a movie. The guides were some of the best people we have met down here! They treated us like family and made the day amazing

Brilliant day out to 3 Cenotes with Julio!! Julio was a brilliant guide, so friendly and helpful. We snorkeled, dived, went into caves and saw turtles in the cenotes. We went to Cenote Zemway, Grand Cenote and Casa Cenote. All Cenotes were fabulous and so unique. The tour had 4 other people and we never felt rushed. We finished at about 2pm. Would highly recommend.

The tour with Julio was absolutely incredible. It ended up just being us on the tour, so we essentially got a private tour to ourselves. Julio is extremely friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. He took us to three amazing cenotes, all with different energies, and guided us through snorkeling, jumping, and some of the wildlife. It was an incredible experience, and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tulum. We got to see animals and also just have a lot of fun swimming and taking in the beautiful sights.

We were a group of 4 friends and absolutely loved this experience. The three cenotes were different and interesting. We also loved our guide, Summer, who was an incredibly charming Italian mermaid. She was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the ecosystems of the different cenotes.

The Cenotes were something that our daughter insisted on doing and it didn’t disappoint. Julio explained all of the cenotes to us, and was conscious checking on how we were doing The culmination was when Julio did a handstand dive into the cenotes at Zemway

This was a great half day adventure! We really had such a good time visiting and swimming in all 3 of these beautiful cenotes. Julio was so joyful and enthusiastic and shared so much information with us about the cenotes. He is also a great photographer and videographer so definitely let him take photos for you!

We (4 of us) had an amazing time with Julio. He was fun and energetic, and made the experience enjoyable for everyone. Each cenote is unique so we have different experiences from each location. My favorite cenote is the Grand Cenote but my kids love the Zemway for jumping.

I went on this cenote adventure with my adult daughter--we had so much fun! We were greeted with kind enthusiasm by the staff which was genuinely maintained throughout the experience. This was a fantastic way to visit three very different cenotes without having to vet locations, mess with getting admission, or having to drive. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and presented geologic and ecological information naturally with a lovely sense of humor. She easily connected with the group (included two other couples) and nimbly met individual (and diverse) needs. You do not need to be a great swimmer to enjoy this adventure--relax and go have fun! Highly recommend for families, couples, or solo travelers.

From Snorkeling to high jumping to swimming right next to a docile crocodile- I highly recommend an afternoon with Julio visiting three cenotes that are each distinct in their beauty while feeling safe the entire time.

We did a tour w our two families - 8 of us total. With 4 kids (two 13 year old and two 9/10 year olds). I mention this because my son, freaked out at the bats but Julio was so patient and kind with him. Julio's energy was incredible... hilarious and just a blast to be around. Gave us tons of information and we knew we were in good hands with him the entire time. We even saw the local celeb, Panchito the crocodile. In any other world, I'd have been terrified but he made sure we were being super responsible and safe. So much fun - and all made better with Julio at the helm.

This was a great way to see a variety of cenotes efficiently and close to town! Summer was so fun and knowledgeable. Def worth it!

Julio was amazing. Three very different cenotes. Jumping off the ledge in zamway was amazing. We even met the famous Panchito at Casa cenote!

Julio was amazing. The jump was super fun. It felt like you were the air for a good 5 minutes. It took time for me to jump but once I did, I felt the adrenaline. Julio was so enthusiastic, so much energy and humor, and if you see him, ask him about his other job. He’s so helpful and is an over the top example of what you would expect of a great tour guide. All the cenotes were fun. At the very start, I was insanely claustrophobic, but just going a bit, I realized how nice it is, You get some free time and see so many turtles! Make sure to be relaxed when breathing through your snorkel! So much fun and would recommend.

This was an amazing trip. We went to casa cenote where we were able to see a crocodile up close. Julio was our guide and he is amazing. I get a little panicky in the water and Julio helped me relax. He also helped me when I got leg cramps while snorkeling. The next cenote ( I forgot the name) was one with lots of bats, stalactites and stalagmites. Julio was very knowledgeable and explained about everything. He also took us to the various spots in the cenote very carefully. The third cenote was cenote zemway. This had various jumping points. We snorkeled in all the cenotes and it was great. Overall, really amazing experience. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we were not taken to the Gran cenote ( as advertised)which I was really looking forward to.
