Our Guide Mauricio was very cool and friendly. The day was cloudy and rainy so he gave us the option to go to a different cenote/Lagoon where we would enjoy more the water and also gave us the option to go eat before the tour as it was just me and my fiance. It was a very nice experience in a beautiful place.

We went during the tail end of rainy season but it was fantastic! Mauricio was so knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions and do what worked for us. At no point did we feel pressured to do any activity we weren’t comfortable with. The taco spot he took us too was amazing also! Highly recommend. It was both of our first times paddle boarding and we both learned a lot!

This experience was unique and unlike any other. An 8 am experience seems rough but it was worth every penny. If I could take all my friends and family, I would. The guide was a professional/natural. All you'll need is a towel and water, you can bring a phone but have it in a portected water case otherwise leave it in the guides car. For my girlfriend and I it felt like a rare non commercialized experience.

Mauricio is amazing! So kind and encouraging - a great teacher. We had a lovely time paddle boarding, snorkeling, and learning to free dive in the mangroves! Not to mention seeing the crocodile… Would definitely recommend you spend time doing this trip.

How do I even begin?! Mauricio has been the BEST tour guide we've had on this trip! He was very proficient on communicating, offers pick up and drop off which is super useful in Tulum, and his social battery was over the roof! My husband and I cannot wait to book a trip with him again when we are back!

We went with 4 (over 50 yr old) sisters/family and had a great time paddleboarding around a large cenote/bay. Mauricio was a great guide, very informative, friendly, professional guy who is a great paddleboard instructor for beginners. Took us to a fantastic place for tacos at the end of the trip. Well worth the time and money!

We had such a brilliant time on this trip with Mauricio. We were greeted on time and he was really easy to find. The trip was so fun and really tailored to us. We had a good time both paddleboarding and snorkelling and were tested, but not too far! Everything was done within our comfort zone with an expert. Afterwards we were taken for some really amazing tacos in an authentic location. We were also sent some great go pro pictures afterwards! Thank you so much Mauricio! This was the best thing on our Tulum itinerary- it’s an absolute must do! The cenote is so beautiful- and to experience it up close on the paddle board, snorkeling, and free diving. Not to be outdone, Mauricio is a wonderful guide, super friendly and accommodating. We were beginners but felt totally comfortable and excited about the experience. You will have no regrets if you book the cenote paddle board and snorkelling with MCkite surf. Rocio was very available and quickly answered all my questions prior to the tour. Mauricio was amazing guide with beautiful personality! He made us very comfortable, both my son and I. And the cenote was just incredibly beautifuuuul. We bring back beautiful memories with the superb pictures taken by Mauricio. Best morning of my vacations! Worth every penny.

Fantastic trip, Mauricio picked us up right beside our hostel, we had a great chat on the way to the cenote, had great fun paddleboarding and snorkelling which Mauricio taught us aswell as free diving, we even saw a crocodile! Mauricio was very knowledgeable on the area and each activity, finally he brought us to an authentic taco place which was gorgeous and then dropped us right to our front door, could not recommend this trip enough!

If you’re considering this activity, I highly recommend booking! Mauricio is very knowledgeable about the area, cenotes, and the best tacos in town! Our tour started off by meeting in-town at 8AM. We were one of the first people to arrive at the cenote, and pretty much had it all to ourselves which made paddle boarding that much easier since we didn’t have to lookout for other snorkelers. After exploring the cenote on paddleboard, we got into the water, snorkeled, swam under mangroves, and Mauricio gave us a crash course on free diving breathing techniques. I would recommend this to people who are comfortable in the water and can easily tread water. The whole time Mauricio was taking pictures and captured a bunch of great shots of us and what we saw that day. After we built up an appetite, Mauricio took us to an EXCELLENT taco shop in town, making recommendations on what we should get and on what else we should do while in Tulum. The whole excursion took maybe 4 hours, so we still had the whole afternoon to relax on the beach! Thanks again Mauricio!!

This May was my 2nd time doing a trip with Mauricio and it didn’t disappoint! Both times we did a cenote paddleboard and he makes everyone feel comfortable, shares personal stories that make it memorable and helps you master different paddleboard techniques while in the most beautiful setting. I can't say enough good things about this tour! Mauricio was a fantastic guide and instructor, and the cenote itself was so unique and beautiful. The tacos after were also excellent. We enjoyed the experience so much that we actually ended up booking a surfing lesson with him a few days later as well. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting the Tulum area!

We were a group of 5 with beginner experience on an SUP. We totally loved the experience. The mangroves were surreal and snorkelling is a must. Extremely beautiful, definitely recommend. SUP is the best way to experience this. Mauricio was awesome in helping all of us gain confidence on the SUP, and was very knowledgeable in explaining about the cenote. He was very easy to communicate both before and during the tour. Loved how he was taking photos and underwater videos throughout. Tacos in the end was the icing on the cake! Best local tacos we had in the entire trip!

Awesome instructor, very knowledgeable with great energy! In my group, we had different level of comfort with paddleboarding and diving in the water and we all learned new technics in both disciplines. The tacos were delicious and a perfect way to end this experience.

Our family of four had a fabulous time with Maurico. He is a charming and knowledgeable guide! We, along with our two teenage daughters, loved paddle boarding and snorkeling at Casa Cenote. Mauricio even taught us the basics of free diving so that we could swim under the mangrove groves. Afterwards, we had a delicious lunch at a local Tulum taqueria. We loved our morning and appreciated all of the photos Mauricio sent along after the tour!

We had such a great time! I would totally recommend the paddle boarding activity in the casa Cenote with Mauricio. He was an amazing instructor. He explained us the basics of paddle boarding very well (it was our first time) and did some fun exercises. Afterwards we did some snorkelling and swum under mangroves and next to a crocodile!! I wouldn’t miss this activity, it was one of our highlights during our trip in Mexico 🤩

My two friends and I had a great time exploring Cenote Manati (Casa Cenote) with Mauricio, our guide. He was on time, very friendly and experienced, and you could tell he wanted to make sure we were comfortable and having fun. We spent almost 3 hours at the Cenote, paddling, snorkeling and swimming, and the most adventurous in our group did some free-diving and SUP surfing moves as well. Lunch was super tasty, and we'll never forget paddling by Pancha the crocodile!

My wife and I did the paddleboarding tour with Mauricio at a beautiful open cenote. It was an amazing experience to paddleboard and snorkel in the beautiful cenote. The highlight for me was being taught how to free dive under the mangroves. Thanks, Mauricio for being a super cool guide and for the GoPro footage. And, boy can you eat a lot of tacos!!!

We had a great day paddle boarding!! Mauricio was super nice and helped us all on the boards. For some of us it was our first time and Mauricio was a great instructor! We were all doing jumps and learning more advanced skills by the end. The scenery was just perfect. Absolutely gorgeous. The day was amazing and he even brought us to the best taco place in town! Next vacation we will be back to learn to kite surf! Highly reccomend!

We booked 2 of us to go for the 8am paddle boarding with Mauricio. It was just the two of us in the group which was great as we got a lot of personal attention. We were both first time paddle boarders but Mauricio got us up to speed and comfortable really quickly - progressing from kneeling to standing. He also taught us lots about improving our technique and how you would catch waves on the sea. Despite being a physical activity, we found the paddle boarding through the mangroves to be really calming and peaceful. After some paddle boarding Mauricio gave us a lesson on free diving (which he is very enthusiastic about!) and we snorkelled around the Cenote where we saw some fish, crabs and Pancho the famous crocodile that lives in the Cenote. Mauricio took us through a mangrove tunnel and also to a secret cave which I we would not have found without him. Mauricio also took some great photos of us paddle boarding and snorkelling and we had free time to paddle and snorkel until we were finished. At the end of the experience, we went to a delicious taco shop stocked with a variety of traditional flavours. Mauricio gave us some recommendations of what to try too! If you’re going to book this, we would definitely recommend going as early as possible. By 10am there were quite a few scuba and snorkel groups at the Cenote and it’s nice to have the whole place to yourself.

A really cool experience in Tulum. I loved learning to paddleboard and experiencing the cenote. Diving in the mangroves was also a really unique and cool experience. We got there early in the morning and had the entire place to ourselves. Rocio is a fantastic guide and was super encouraging as we made our way around the cenote. We finished up at a taco place that he said was the best taco place in Tulum - and I totally agree - they were the best tacos we had in Tulum or Mexico City. I'd highly recommend this unique and fun experience.

My husband and I booked this activity, because we wanted to see cenotes and thought that it was great to not just look at it but have some fun with snorkeling and SUP. Also, all reviews about this activity were amazing and after having had our own experience we can wholeheartedly agree. Mauricio was AMAZING, funny, super knowledgeable, super super nice and he gave us a lesson in SUP, since we never had it done before. He is an amazing and fun teacher! Thank you again Mauricio for everything, especially also for the best tacos we had this trip!!! Which is actually not so easy to achieve because the food in Tulum is just awesome.

I was lucky enough to have a private paddleboard lesson and snorkelling with Mauricio. Normally, the lesson requires a minimum of 2 people but there was a glitch which allowed me to book so i had somewhat of a unique experience. From the start, i was really lucky as Mauricio picked me up from my hotel and we then drove to Casa Cenote to start the lessons. He was really good with the explanations and was patient in explaining what i needed to do. I learnt some surf jumps on the board and fell a few times but i was given more advice so felt like i learnt alot in a short time. I also had time to snorkel and was given the option to have a free dive and to see Pancho (the crocodile) which i did at a distance. After the lesson, we drove and had really amazing tacos. Overall, i loved the experience and enjoyed the compamy of Mauricio.

This excursion was our favorite thing of the whole trip! Marisol was an excellent and fun tour guide. We went before anyone was on the cenote which was incredible. And we had the best tacos of our whole trip!

We had a wonderful experience with Mauricio! We learned the basics of paddle boarding and got to snorkel at casa cenote, we loved getting to see Pancho the crocodile and all the amazing fish & wildlife! With Mauricio’s guidance we were even able to dive under the mangroves for a truly stunning view of the cenote. And the tacos were incredible too!! This was definitely a highlight of our trip, highly recommend!!!

Also got some cool maternity underwater pics haha. The tacos at the end were my husbands favorite food in Tulum!! Highly suggest booking with this company for any adventure that entices you. Mauricio was amazing! He made us feel very comfortable and showed us a beautiful, quiet cenote. I can’t see myself recommending any other company for a cenote tour! He even took us to an amazing local taco shop for lunch after we were finished at the cenote. Best part of our trip to Tulum by far.

We had the most amazing time with MCK. We actually took the Cenote tour as well as the lagoon tour and WOW we are so happy that we decided to do both. Helio was so kind and really knew how to capture some memorable moments for us to look back on. Everything went so smooth and was an experience that was unlike any I’ve had before. It was so fun going into town after for tacos too! We are quite the foodies and these tacos were delicious. It was great seeing such culture all around us and having time to soak that all up. We will definitely be back next year!!

We had the most incredible time on a stand-up paddleboarding tour with Mauricio. He took me and my 3 friends to Casa Cenote to SUP, which was such a unique experience and environment. We even got to see a crocodile!! Mauricio is super fun and outgoing, and very knowledgeable about cenotes and Mayan culture. He taught us some new paddleboarding techniques and we did a fun circuit afterwards to test our skills. He also taught us a bit about freediving and 2 of us loved it so much that we signed up for a freediving certification course for next weekend! Would HIGHLY recommend doing a SUP tour with Mauricio when you're in Tulum, it was one of the highlights of our trip :)

We were lucky to have seen Mauricio and his team shredding on kite-surf boards on the beach at Ahua Tulum. We rented surf boards, got a foil surf lesson, then went for a 1/2 day snorkeling trip in Solomon Bay. He was prompt, thoughtful, and truly knows the local area and history. We were the only people in the bay and had the best snorkeling adventure! After a full morning of amazing sea creatures, we SUP’d to the beach where he had cold beers and delicious fresh ceviche waiting for us. When the day was done, he sent us links to photos and videos he took during our experience. He became a local guide to the rest of our stay, and made our vacation that much better. We’re back now in October and plan to do it again!

Awesome trip since they show you special places with less tourists and take you for an awesome lunch afterwards. Great crew and fair prices. Can highly recommend!

Mauricio took us to the casa cenote for paddle boarding, snorkeling and crocodile sighting and we absolutely loved it. The taco place at lunch was also best tacos in the world. Thank you to Mauricio for an awesome tour of Casa Cenote by SUP and snorkel. It was the perfect introduction to paddle-boarding for our family on the calm waters and mangroves of Casa Cenote. Mauricio is an awesome guide and great teacher, allowing us to try different things depending on our comfort level with the snorkels and paddle-boards. We topped it off with a delicious and authentic lunch of pazole and quesadillas. Overall a perfect day. I would absolutely recommend the tour and Mauricio to anyone.

My boyfriend and I went on the stand up paddle boarding cenotes tour. I've never done stand up paddle boarding before so I was a little nervous, as I didn't want to hold up the group. We ended up being the only people on the tour, which was really nice. Mauricio (our guide / instructor) was awesome. We got to the cenotes early before anyone was there. So it was just Mauricio, my boyfriend and I. Very tranquil setting. Beautiful clear water that's the perfect temperature. We paddle boarded through the cenotes (even passed a crocodile which was terrifying but also super cool) and then went snorkeling. Mauricio took some photos of us (as we obviously couldn't bring our phones). Then we went to an amazing restaurant in Tulum Town for some authentic Mexican food. This tour was my favorite part of our Tulum trip!

For our 2-week trip in Tulum in February, my partner and I were keen to paddleboard. I run a SUP business in London (@paddleboardinglondon) and always want to see what sort of tours are offered at my holiday destinations. The MC Kitesurf & Paddlesurf website made it very easy to see the types of SUP tours available. The booking system was great - we paid a deposit by PayPal to confirm our reservation. Initally, we chose the SUP Ruins Tour, but unfortunately the conditions on the day were too windy. They immediately offered an alternative in a more sheltered location - SUP & Snorkel in Soliman Bay. We loved it - beautiful calm turquoise waters for paddling and a reef filled with life for snorkeling. Mauricio was a fabulous guide and so knowledgable of anything and everything related to paddling and the nature. To top it off, we had the best ceviche ever. Our second tour was SUP and Snorkel in Casa Cenote. Again, we went out early and we had the cenote to ourselves. The surroundings were just spectacular and it was great to have Mauricio telling us about the rich Mayan history and how people's actions are now threatening the delicate balance of the area. So interesting! Thumbs up for easy communication throughout the process. These SUP tours were definitely the highlights of our Tulum stay. Thank you, Mauricio and Rocio! We'll be recommending you to all our friends. Always great to support small, local businesses.
