Cancun Airport To Tulum Shared Shuttle Transfer

Made reservations day before. Arrived to get location and no driver was there. Called company and was told that reservation hadn’t been received until 5am that morning. Therefore there wasn’t anyone available to transport us to our hotel. We had to to make other last-minute arrangements.

I never took this ride! My flight was delayed due to a storm and they still charged me. I reached out to them way in advance,

Absolutely terrible experience! My flight was delayed and I was told I would not be accommodated for that and if i did not Make it for my scheduled pick up time then I would miss it and be classified as a no show. I then had to make alternative pick up arrangements and then a driver called me asking where was I when before then I was told I would not be accommodated. I will never book with you all ever again!

Luis is the best. Great driver and patience to find our destination. A long drive from Cancun to Tulum was more pleasant because of him.

Don’t book! When we arrived there was no one waiting for us. We had to ask multiple people for help before finding someone who told us to just wait. We were supposed to welcomed with our names on a board. Pickup DID NOT happen at all. Called and requested info, no one came or responded. I would not recommend booking through this company at all. Almost made us late for our flight.

Reached out a day before to see my flight information confirmed late I guess so they never came to get us. We called the help desk and the help desk couldn’t get them on the phone and this was a duration of 2 hours. When we finally got them on the phone it was around 12 and we scheduled for them to come at 9:30. The company informed me that they can have somebody in the area in the next 45 minutes but at that point we would’ve definitely missed our flight which was at 1:05 pm. I had to ask for a refund or a discount for the error on there end. Just wasn’t a good experience. The only good part which was already guaranteed was the refund.

Company had minor glitch with online so they reached out to me for additional details they were seeking. Very nice. Driver was there early waiting for me, complete with fancy sign. Tomas was a very nice guy who got me where I needed to go, safely. I definitely recommend this company and their shuttle services.

Hugo, our driver, was INCREDIBLE!! Between our hour flight delay and then the 40 minute luggage delay at the carousel, Hugo waited with the utmost patience. He was so attentive to us and our needs after traveling for 12 hours. The drive was smooth, fast and comfortable. I cannot recommend him or the company more!

Driver never showed and never responded to messages. Had my reservation cancelled but no notification until I decided to call while at the airport.

The shuttle to the airport did not pick us up. We had to take a taxi costing $180 US and almost missed our flight. Horrible! I want to be reimbursed for that cost.

Very good service. The van was clean as new. Provide flight information when reserving. They need this information and is not requested on the form. (Flight number , origin airport , time of arrival)

I do not recommend - they cancelled hours within arrival for no reason. We had to scramble for another car

I used Cancun Travel Experience to go from Tulum Airport to Grand Bahia Principe Coba back and forth. Both ways were really smooth with great communication. The price was less than half what the hotel was charging with their service. The driver was timely and professional. It was a really smooth ride. Since most of the shuttles are going from CUN to hotels in Akumal and Tulum, I found this company that went from the Tulum Airport for a really great price and purchased through a different site Via. Tor since I couldn't find the specific option through TA.

Ivan was our driver and he was gracious enough to accommodate waiting for friends who were on a later flight. He was polite and helped us feel Safe. Thanks for being a great driver!

Great service and comfortable ride. Our flights landed 30 minutes early from SFO. The guy is already waiting outside (by Margaritaville) with a sign. I would suggest to order to go margaritas for the car ride to Tulum. It was long but worth it. Also, if you want to get a hold of the tour company look up “Cancun Travel Experience” and message them in WhatsApp instead (not in the Viator app). They responded to me right away.

Was efficient, saw my name on a board, took our luggage and loaded it up for up. Comfortable ride to the hotel.

Was able to accommodate for me last minute for pick up from Cancun to Tulum! Was very polite and helped me with my bags. Thank you again for saving the day!

They Let Me Book A Reservation And When We Got Outside The Airport It Was Nobody To Pick Us Up. When We Got In Touch With Someone They Said They Were Booked Up & Had To Give Me A Refund.

Excellent service. No issues at all. Driver was friendly and waiting for us when we came out of the baggage area. Drove well. Everything was as expected.

This company was excellent to work with! They called us before our travels to verify they had all of our correct flight information and explained exactly where we would meet our driver. We had a private ten passenger van! Hugo was very polite and knowledgeable about the area! I would use this company again and hope we have Hugo as our driver!

The absolute WORST travel company. They don’t show up, their chat now function on the website goes unanswered, their phone number is always busy or just rings and rings. Buyer BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I arrived early. I made a call and they came prior to my original booking pickup time. The ride was comfortable and the driver even made a quick stop on the way by my request.

Our driver, Abbi, was waiting for us with a large printed sign with our names, even though our flight was delayed by an hour. He was prepared for three passengers, but we didn't realize we were arriving in different terminals. Abbi was super friendly about the extra time he took for us. His English was excellent, though he was patient when we wanted to try Spanish. We had such a nice experience that we arranged to have Cancun Travel Experience pick us up in Tulum for our return to CAN. We were so happy to see Abbi again! This company really came through for us, I will use them again when I'm able to get back. Highly recommend.

Awesome customer service. It was a very hot day and the driver offered to stop and purchase me and my four riders drinks for the long ride from Cancun to Tulum. I would like to request the same driver on return please.

Our driver Misael was amazing. He picked us up less than 10 minutes after meeting with the greater. Then brought us to get water /food and made sure we didn’t get overcharged. Made traveling in Mexico feel much easier and safer. Highly recommend this service.

I paid 140€ we wait but no driver. He sent us a picture of the sign with our name to prove that it was there but it is not true. We waited 1 hour and we had to find another driver who took us 200€. Very bad experience. Never again
