Amazing adventure! Julio did a great job, above and beyond. The entire experience was above expectations even though it was pouring rain for our ATV rides.

Didn't take the trip due to the outrageous upcharge. Now fighting for my money back. Just go elsewhere
Excellent experience with our guide CJ. I highly recommend this tour. It was safe and we thought our guide CJ was phenomenal. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great experience. The communication was a bit rocky at first, they were expecting me a day earlier than I booked. But the actual day everything went wonderful from the pick up all the way until drop off. Our tour guide Cruz was very pleasant, he made sure everyone was attentive during instructions, and kept us upbeat with the different activities. The food was delicious everyone asked for a second ‘cheese enchilada’ specifically lol. Definitely would book again & recommend to anyone coming to visit Tulum. We had a great group of people which played a huge part of the experience. ALSO the Mayan shop did kind of no pressure but pressured us into buying. But it was for the support so even if you don’t see anything that catches your eye, a donation is still appreciated greatly by them of course.
This excursion was absolutely worth it! You definitely get your money’s worth—there are so many activities packed into the experience, so you’re never bored. Our tour guide, Victor, was AMAZING—super knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. He truly made the whole experience even better. It does say that there is a conservation fee of $30. You just have to read the details on the page or you will miss it and be surprised when you get there. Pros: You do it your moneys worth, lots of activities, and an incredible tour guide (Victor). Cons: The mosquitoes were a bit intense, wish we had known how bad they hurt but then again. Victor did kinda warn us. The ATV route was very bumpy—but still fun overall. Highly recommend this excursion, especially if you get Victor as your guide!
Another great experience abroad celebrating my daughter‘s 40th birthday destination celebration. I really enjoyed the zip lines and the buggies! The entire excursion was a great experience. I definitely recommend.
So all in all this was good. But if you don’t know over 230 you aren’t doing the zip lines or the horseback riding. It didn’t bother me much but they didn’t compensate me for not being able to go. They didn’t really tell me ahead of time. I am 6’2, how many men I’ve 6 ft are less than 230… also they took my ID in the van for a long time made me a bit uncomfortable. The atv was fun but it definitely wasn’t through the jungle it was just on a busy dirt road. The cenote was the best part. But be weary of the stairs down there. Not terrible just needs work
We had the absolute Best time.. Definitely must do this excursion when visiting Tulum. Our tour guide took very good care of us. My only complaint was the lunch they must do better, but other than that the experience was Amazing 😍
Hey best experience ever but I'm trying to buy my pictures can anybody help me I don't have access to the website ?
The place was ok but very disappointed with the fact that : we ended up in Puerto Morelos instead of Tulum. The cenote was fine, nothing magical . The zip line wasn’t as expected, and non of them was 1km long as mentioned. Nowhere in the booking website is specify that for grand part of the experience phones weren’t allowed, wallet and backpack are not allowed and so you need to pay for : looker and insurance. I also had to argue with the Menager so that I can keep at least my wallet with me. Phones are not allowed because the place wants to sell you their pics and videos , if you don’t get the pictures from them you won’t any memory of this experience. Plus on the website it says approximately 8h , if we count the pickup time 8.10 until now that we are on our way back, it’s 6h .
This tour was at a very reasonable price and was simply an excellent tour! It is very safe, well organized, and FUN! Our tour guide Sergio was excellent! He continually checked that all members of the tour were safe and doing well. The zip lining experience required some hiking up hill through the jungle. We would recommend wearing athletic shoes during zip lining and wearing pool shoes while swimming through the cenote. Swimming through the cenote was very safe and fun! We would highly recommend this awesome tour!!
Everything was great and fun. Our tour guide his nick name is (crazy chicken) he was very nice and helpful. All the workers was nice and helpful if we asked questions.. it’s extra fees when you get there and you have to lock your phone up for the first two activities
Had an amazing time our tour guide was the best. I can’t swim so he guided me through the Cenote. The atv was bumpy but I had fun we went around the part about 3 times in different areas. The ziplines were fun we were basically hiking to some of the ziplines. There were a lot of mosquitos so I recommend some type of repellent. We went horseback riding it was very calming. And lunch was great just had to fight flies to enjoy. The ride back was a long rode in so it was a long rode out. Overall I had a great time.
This excursion in Tulum was the highlight of our trip! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, exciting, and full of energy. Our tour guide, Victor, truly made the experience even better—he was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire day. The ATV ride was such a thrill, and the ziplining gave us an incredible rush with beautiful views. We also loved the visit to the cenote—refreshing and stunning. The brief introduction to Mayan history added a nice cultural touch that made the adventure feel meaningful, not just fun. And the food? Delicious! I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tulum. It’s a perfect mix of adrenaline, nature, culture, and great hospitality. Thank you, Victor, for making it an experience we’ll never forget!
It was very good! Ask for Julio the best guide! Easy to talk to and fun! But know that the taxes and fees are an additional $30-35 usd! Which are Not advertised on their page or when you buy the tour.
This was an amazing experience!! CJ was an excellent tour guide!! Helped me conquer my fears!! I would highly recommend!
Love the experience, Isaias was the best guy for the tour. Friendly and very professional. The one thing that I did not like is the shared transportation. Client should be told about this beforehand. We spent 3 hrs or our vacation day commuting. Other than that the tour deserves 5 stars.
Great experience! Our guide Isiah was cool as a fan. Everything was easy from them picking us up at one the meeting locations, to engaging in the activities.
We had a great day full of adventure on the ATVs, cenote, & zip lines! I would recommend you to eat right before you go and to pack light snacks because we didn’t eat until the end of the day. Jose was a great group leader!
This was epic for the price! We have 2 teenagers and they LOVED it!! Our guide CJ was fantastic, he was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. This was a LOCAL tour so we loved that the money stayed local with the Myan ppl!! The cenote was next level!!!! Wish I brought my camera to the cenote and purchased a n under water phone case. They fed us lunch too, so good! If your local for a sign, just book it!! But the ATV was super dusty, wear some sort of glasses.
We had a great tour guide. He was very friendly and kept us safe. There are 8 zip lines so be prepared for lots of walking. They do supply you with water in between. The Cenote caves was the best part. The water is 30 feet deep but the life vest keeps you a float. Beautiful views and lots of culture to culture to learn. ATV and course back riding if you get that package. Over all it was a 10/10.
Had an absolute blast with Julio! He was attentive, funny, well informed and well spoken. He made the entire experience very fun and enjoyable. The zip lines were very fun, the cenote was very nice and had a guided tour through it with exploration of the caves. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who is claustrophobic. Overall it was a great experience.
We booked the six hour half day tour of Tulum ruins and a cenote. We were scheduled to depart at 8:50. They showed up thirty minutes late. Then we spent the next hour and a half sitting in a grocery store parking lot and then standing in the sun in the parking lot outside a tourist store. Waste of time and money. Six hour tour with 45 minutes spent at the ruins and maybe 40 minutes in the cenote 15 minute lunch.
It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. We got to experience some of the Mayan culture and be immersed in the jungle. Very memorable experiences
Such an amazing experience. We visited a sacred Mayan Jungle to zip line, ATV & swim in a cave cenote. It was way more than we were expecting. We started the day with a special ceremony to rid the group of any negativity before starting the day. Then we zip lined & road ATVs through the jungle leading us to a sacred cave cenote known as “the underworld.” Entering the underworld is exactly what it sounds like. It’s symbolic of entering the depths of Hell below the earth, to then finally emerge back into the light of the world with a new perspective. In the cave we experienced moments of pure darkness, while swimming through tiny crevices and pathways in the cave. We saw bats, ancient fossils, roots of the “tree of life” growing down into the cave to the fresh water below and so much more. Typically, you get to hop into these caves, take a pic and hop out. Venturing through the cave was so amazing and a once in a lifetime experience. Finally seeing the light and feeling the warmth of the sun after being in the cold, dark cave for 45 min was a spiritual experience in itself.
This was our only miss on an otherwise perfect vacation to Akumal. The only thing positive I can say is that our guide was very nice. We were told this would be a private tour for our group of 8. Not only was it not private, but we were in a group of almost 30 people. So you can imagine the slog it was to do anything. Upon arrival we were not greeted, but surrounded by people selling soda (no water), bandanas and water shoes. We were not offered water at all during the multi hour experience, so if you do go, be sure to bring your own. They were clearly overbooked - twice our guide took us to get helmets to start ziplines and ATVs but there weren't any available, so we did the "aquatic zipline" which was a joke - you're basically in a weird metal chair on a short zipline into a weird small pool - and then an awkward "mayan ceremony" followed by more hawking of goods. The "aquatic zipline" was bizarre and shortly after I had a rash all over my legs, I'm guessing from the gross water. When we finally got helmets it was clear they had not been sanitized and they smelled TERRIBLE. We were literally gagging and two of us got headaches from how bad they smelled. Then we got on the ATVs, which were not in great shape. 3 of us had ours break down while on the very weird looping ride, which was clearly meant to seem longer than it was. Another person in our group burned their leg on theirs. I've ridden ATVs dozens of times in multiple countries and these were terrible. The cenote was cool, but again, the life jackets we were forced to wear smelled so, so bad (like body odor) a few of us declined to do the cenote, just so we could get the gross life vests off our bodies. After that we just wanted to leave. We were grossed out, didn't feel like it was a good experience and a few of us were not feeling well physically. However, the staff told us we could not leave until the entire group was done, 2hrs later. They were completely unhelpful and it seemed insane for us to be trapped there with no way out. Luckily we were able to get a friend to pick us up, but we had to walk the mile plus out of there so we could drop a pin and be found, because the place doesn't even have signage. Terrible, terrible experience. No offer of refund. No apology. The booking agency ghosted for hours and then claimed they forgot to tell us they couldn't secure a private tour. Would absolutely not recommend this place or Cancun Guru (the booking agency we used via Trip Advisor).
Isaiah was a friendly and knowledgable tour guide! However, we went on a very busy day so the activities seemed to be a bit disorganized throughout. The cenote was incredible and ATV/ziplining were both a lot of fun.
The driver was courteous and on time at our pick up spot. The excursion included 6 ziplines, amazing under ground cenote and atv ride through jungle! It was so much more than we expected, they really don’t charge enough for this experience so make sure you tip your guide. Our tour guide Isais was so nice, energetic and made this excursion so much fun.
The host afrikinmazing. Pick up was easy and arrival was a breeze. The activities we had a blast at every one. It rained on and off the whole day which made it more fun for me. The group was great. Everybody just having fun.
Rafael was a great tour guide. He made sure that we had fun and was very patient with the other patrons on the tour.
Terribly coordinated. We waited outside our hotel gate in the rain for 40 minutes and were not picked up. Called the tour guide 3 times in the duration and he kept saying “few more minutes” yet still no where to be seen half an hour later. Ultimately called TripAdvisor to cancel the trip. Think twice before booking this one.
Loved the experience. We would do it again!! My family enjoyed swimming in the Cenotes, zip lining, ATV and horseback riding. Much fun!
We had a great time. Would recommend for anyone to go and have fun a couple of family. Just be related to get muddy. But all you really need is sunglasses no bandana.
This experience was definitely the highlight of my trip. Our tour guide CJ was amazing, he was funny and very informative. That ATVs and zip lining was a lot of fun. And the cave cenote was an experience like no other. Be aware of the 30$ per person tax fee, it does say that in the description but a lot of people missed it. You’ll have to pay that once they pick you up.
Highly recommend this! Our guide CJ was amazing, competent, encouraging and patient. Loved the ATV ride, but I did get tired. The zip lines were absolutely wonderful, some of us were a little scared to try it, but CJ was incredibly encouraging and we all completed them. The cenote swim was a great experience. I was too tired to the horseback riding, stayed back and had a great lunch. If you've never tried zip lining, this is a good place to start.
Everything was amazing and fun - even in the torrential rain!! Chilango, our guide, was informative and fun. We will do this excusion again when we come back to try it in dry weather
It was ok, very crowded. I guess the company took on way more guests than usual. So there were wait time for zip lines. Everything was just prolonged which made the day extremely long. Oh and watch out for the HIDDEN FEES. You will be required to pay an additional $35 per person upon arrival.
Loved it all. Our guide was Sergio & he was wonderful. The food was also very delicious. A grwat way to spend the day. The cenote was awe inspiring. Will be back & will tell our friends.
Bad from the beginning. Late pickup from the meeting point, because my group of 4 was not even listed on the roster, therefore not notified of the pickup time change (called customer care while waiting). Encountered an event on the way to excursion (out of our control), which made the entire group of people (9-10 ppl) 3 hours late to excursion. When we finally arrived, the last group of the day, we were promised that we would experience everything that was listed as advertised and not be rushed through experiences. We only experienced 2 out of the 5 ziplines and we were definitely rushed. The company promised excursion photos to everyone in the group. It has now been 2 WEEKS and my group of four has not received photos yet. Others in the group have received their photos. Two emails have been sent to the photo people at jungleridesphoto@gmail.com regarding our photos with ample time to respond and no response. I just want my photos as promised. Can't add photos because I don't have any
The tour guide Victor made the experience zip lining and riding ATV’s in the jungle a memorable experience. From the moment that we were picked up until the moment that we were dropped off a fun time was had! See you next year!
Fantastic day great guide all staff were brilliant, very well organised, it was fun, interesting and exhilarating highly recommend
How do I start? We were picked up on time which was a positive. However the drive to the venue was not advertised as part of the adrenaline activities. The driver smashed into a speedbump going way over the speed limit in a soccer mom van, my partner was left with a tweaked back and my knee smashed onto the seat Infront. Driver basically apologised and said he didn't know the roads very well in this area... Great start. We then turn into a dirty road where the centre is located and it's a 1 mile road of massive pot holes. Great fun. Once we arrived, I mentioned the drive to one of the workers and they merely shrugged it off as and said "well these things happen, but sign here to waiver any injuries you may get in the future". Great! We just went with it after thinking it couldn't really get any worse... ATV was quite enjoyable plus the first 3 ziplines. Then on the last zipline, one of the assistants strapped me on but didn't even lock the zipline correctly until I pointed it out, " oh sorry my friend"... Great Cenote was fairly enjoyable, lunch is watery beans with rice and taquitos, would advise to eat before hand. They also try to really encourage you to buy accessories that you really don't need like bandanas and watershoes, trust me you will be fine without any of those. If it wasn't for our guide ' Chilango' who was relatively nice to the group, it would have been even more of a disaster.
Totally worth it! My little girl and teen boys had a blast. The staff were nice and the lunch was so delicious! Totally recommend this activity!
Our instructor CJ was great ! We enjoyed every single activity. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend these activities while out in tulum !
My cousin and I had a good experience. Our tour guide Jose was very nice and professional. And even helped me out while swimming in the cenotes. One thing I recommend to travelers is spray a lot of bug spray !!!! I was eaten alive by mosquitoes lolz
This excursion was ok. We arrived by van transfer at the site and started off with them selling us additional equipment (bandanas, waterproof phone cases, etc.). They definitely pushed these items and made it seem like we were going to be eating bugs if we didn't have our faces covered. So we bought bandanas and they were totally not necessary. Just bring bug spray and your own waterproof phone case from home. The only time they let you have your phone is during the cenote portion of the excursion because they have photographers during the zipline and ATV and then they try to sell you their photo package (started off at $30 per person). We didn't buy any photos, but if you do, you can definitely negotiate down. The ziplining was fine. They weren't particularly friendly and just hurried you along each of the zips. ATVing was fun, so that was the best part. The cenote is about a 5 minute drive from the main site, I thought it was going to be a bigger cave, but it was just a large hole. It was cool, but I think there are other cenotes in the area that are cooler and if you have a car, you can go to them for free on your own. Oh, and don't let the $39pp price fool you, you have to pay $30pp in taxes and fees once you arrive. It ended up being a pretty pricy excursion when it was all said and done.
I was nervous but BOOK IT!!! Stayed at Hilton Tulum and it was only a 15 minute drive to the site. The driver was right on time. Julio was our guide and he was absolutely the best (I hope you get him). They were selling waterproof cases, water shoes with thick soles, bug spray and sunglasses if you wanted but bring your own. Lunch is provided after you finish all activities and it was delicious. Rice and peas, taquitos with lemonade. Other beverages are available for additional costs. They offered an extra charge for pictures ($25pp for the group) which everyone paid for because they were so good. The ATV, Mayan ceremony, and zip line were a vibe but the cenote was icing on the cake. Best $38 spent!!!!
We had a great experience! I had a group of 9 people for this activity! Because we had such a large party, we were picked up at our air bnb. Contact via WhatsApp with the organizer was easy to arrange the meeting location and time. When we arrived, we were welcomed and paid the additional $30 cultural fee (in the fine print). Then we started right away! We rode ATVs slowly on the surrounding dirt roads which was fun but not quite what I was expecting for a “jungle atv ride”. Then, we rode a series of zip lines. The first one was a a small one with a seated cart and a 220lb weight limit. After that was 3 bigger zip lines which were amazing! The first big zip line, you need to walk up a lot of stairs - so being physically fit for stairs is a must. Also, they don’t have really large-sized zipline harnesses so take that into consideration. After the zip lines, we explored a cenote. For me, this was the highlight of the day! It was beautiful and a guide takes you into the cenote caves with a flash light. The structures are beautiful and we got to see bats which was really cool! The end of the day is concluded with lunch - we were served taquitos, beans, and rice. Water was available throughout the activities. I’d recommend water shoes, securely fitting sandals, or tennis shoes. Also, have a water proof phone case with a neck strap if you want to take your phone along on the zip lines and cenote. Our guide made this experience a lot of fun and always had us laughing! I’d highly recommend this - the amount of activities you do for the price is great!
It was amazing experience! Rafael made it even better, he was funny and accommodating. The only negative was the transportation from the meeting point to the place where the tour took place, we waited for over an hour, it was hot!!! We were thirsty, and the driver wanted me to pay for some warm water he had in a cooler. Other than that, the tour exceeded my expectations.
This was amazing start to finish. Loved every bit of it. Not one complaint accept the mosquitos which nobody had any control. Jose was the best!! Loved his humor and personality.
