A simply amazing hotel in a quiet, relaxing location. You can walk to the pool or beach within a minute from your room. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful with it's own little cove. Sunbeds are easy to get either by the pool or on the beach with towels always readily available. The food in the restaurant is delicious, with a good range of options - The pasta dishes are superb. Breakfast is excellent too, with the fruit platter and bread basket a wonderful starter. The front desk team are very attentive and helpful. You get a tour of the facility on arrival, as well as welcome drinks. They're always contactable on WhatsApp and will book any taxis you require (the taxi's aren't cheap, but this isn't their fault). All of the restaurant staff are incredibly friendly too and are very impressive at remembering your room number - special shout out to Juan, Gilberto and Ulises. This was the first stop on our Honeymoon to Mexico and they couldn't have made us feel more welcome, starting with a heart shape in petals on our bed when we arrived. Would highly recommend anybody thinking about booking Jashita to do so!

We had an amazing time here. Very surprised to discover Soliman Bay with stunning turquoise waters, no waves, and shallow areas perfect for swimming. There is a reef just in front. The highlight of our trip was an unforgettable marriage proposal during a romantic dinner with a breathtaking view, thank you to all the incredible staff, she said YES! The spa treatments we had were amazing, they also offer private yoga classes. We stayed at the Allegra Suite, which felt quiet intimate. This hotel we higly recommend it for a very romantic getaway, thank you Jashita.
Jashita Hotel is one of those places you fall in love with immediately and makes you want to come back even before you leave. The hotel is beautiful. Is clean and perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature of Soliman Bay. The rooms are exceptional and the perfect private beach and stunning pools complete an already magical setting. Every detail is super curated, from the welcome drink to the goodnight cookies, making the stay unforgettable. The service is exceptional — always present, but never intrusive. You clearly feel this is a place managed with love by Tommaso and his family. The sea experience is incredible: kayaks, SUPs, and snorkel equipment allow you to explore the beautiful reef of Soliman Bay, spotting lobsters, stingrays, barracudas, parrotfish, and more. Breakfast is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and many options, from fresh yogurt with granola and honey to perfectly prepared eggs and delicious Mexican-style breakfasts. The restaurant is awesome, blending Italian and Mexican flavors. Special dinners, such as barbecue nights, are unforgettable, with super fresh fish and lobsters. This is not just a hotel — it’s a place you can’t wait to return to.
Every corner of Jashita is beautiful - art, solid wood furniture, flowers - all under and surrounded by the beautiful jungle canopy. Beautifully groomed soft sand pathways leading from reception to two pools, to a stunning ocean front restaurant, sand paths winding under the canopy to morning yoga in a tree house, to an open air spa, and to a pristine beach with beautiful couches and plush sun chairs. Our room had gorgeous ocean views, hammocks, a plunge pool, hot showers, and a perfect 4 poster king bed. The hotel arranged our transportation from the airport - which was seamless. We chose to stay in this perfect paradise bubble of snorkeling, sunning, swimming, dining, and regular trips to the spa along with our daily yoga for all the days of our trip. The only thing better than this perfect pocket of paradise are the people who run and are on staff at the property. We were greeted by name throughout our stay, gluten allergy remembered and carefully catered to, and such memorable and interesting conversations. Thank you for our incredible stay.
We had a great stay. The staff is incredible. Location and property are stunning. This is a great place to retreat in Tulum. Stay here if you want a very low key and relaxing experience. Free yoga every morning from wonderful instructors. Only caveats is the property is (wonderfully) far from Tulum’s main drag so taxis can be surprisingly expensive. Rent your own car if you will be doing any exploring. Or just stay put the entire time - there’s no reason to leave. Also the restaurant is primarily Italian just FYI(due to Italian owners). There’s Mexican food on the menu but it caters to American and Euro palettes (i.e. not spicy). They will bring you a delicious habanero sauce if you ask for it :)
