Encantada Tulum

Excellent stay for a solo traveler. Right at the beach, it’s a quiet getaway perfect for true rest and relaxation. The staff provided warm hospitality, and the concierge team was especially attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were lovely, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is clearly very well managed. I also appreciated having access to the amenities of their sister hotels next door, along with the great selection of hotel restaurants. Highly recommend!

Encantada is truly a magical place. My husband and I spent a week here and had the most amazing time. The service is top notch! They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The food was amazing, rooms were perfectly appointed, great location (close to everything but quiet), and the overall vibe was exactly what we wanted: peaceful and luxurious. Another perk were the free bikes at our disposal. Oh and the beach was amazing. We loved lounging under the covered day beds, reading, and being served yummy food. The Concierge team was the best. They helped us book a couple of private tours that were amazing and also airport transportation. We are so happy that we stayed here while in Tulum.

We had the most amazing time at Encantada Tulum. We didn't know if we were choosing the best hotel until we got there, and then we knew! The service was outstanding. They upgraded our rooms to the upper level ocean view rooms which were phenomenal in every way. They brought us coffee and breakfast to our patio. They gave us recommendations for what to do and see. If I come back to Tulum, I will absolutely stay here again. There would be no reason for me to look elsewhere. It's a little bit far down away from where all the action is, and that is exactly what we wanted, so it was perfect!

We stayed for 7 days at Encantada during the last week of March. The hotel is very beautiful, peaceful, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The room décor is great, cleaning standards are very good, and room privacy is excellent. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, located right next to the beach, and covered with stunning palm trees and greenery, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel breakfast is good; however, eating yogurt and granola for 7 days can become a bit repetitive. Offering some protein options on certain days would be a nice improvement for guests staying longer. Overall, the service and location are very good. Unfortunately, the sargassum season arrived early this year, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the sea and beach. That said, the sunbeds were very comfortable, and the beach itself was still beautiful.
