Freddy and Carlos took amazing care of us and the club was the best we have been to. We highly recommend this spot for the food, drinks, views, and especially the service. Bonus points for free parking with the per person minimum which was an incredible value. They also welcomed our small pet. When you think of Tulum, this is what you imagine, and this beach club met every expectation. Do not waste your time with any other spot. Our waitress at La Ponderosa recommended it and her recommendation was spot on. Go there too.
Felt like we found our own secret slice of paradise here. With a minimalist yet naturalistic aesthetic, the hotel design pleases the modern senses yet also feels like staying in a jungle treehouse. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and space to move around. Plenty of places to relax and staff that attend well but stay out of the way. Would absolutely return.
I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family for one week, and I can honestly say that everything exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, quiet, luxurious, and full of charm. Every detail of the interior design has been carefully thought out, creating a unique atmosphere where you can truly relax and unwind.
The breakfasts were exceptional – delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented every single morning.
What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very first day.

We stayed here in May as our last stop on our Mexico trip. They went above and beyond for us. My partner had been speaking with the team to arrange a proposal and was given great options and advice. They helped him pull off a wonderful engagement. The staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable.
It is in a great location. There is a lot nearby in walking distance.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic !
We had the chance to try almost everything on during our stay, and every meal was excellent (Breakfast, beef tacos and Aguachile is demential)
That said, you should be prepared to spend a fair amount, as dining/drinking can add up quickly. (But well, it’s Tulum)

The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful, and the proximity to the beach makes it feel truly special especially with a toddler.
Also the beach is cleaned from seagrass every morning ! Thats a really cool for the area.
The only small downside was that a few things felt a bit overly monetized and overprice, such as the yoga classes and even the Nespresso capsules in the room.
Asside from that, it was a lovely experience
